"Missed Scope and Milestones"

We were disappointed by the delivery. Much of the functionality that we described to multiple stakeholders as 'must haves' were not included in the final scoping analysis. Even when we asked directly whether these items were included in the scope list items, we were assured they were covered within the items. To my dismay, I later found they were indeed--left out. To get this work implemented, it would have over doubled our cost moving forward. This would have made us rethink the whole Marketo platform, not only LeadMD.
