**What do you like best about LeadLander?**

I’ve tested numerous website visitor identification software platforms over the past few years, and I still haven’t found a B2B visitor identification solution that builds trust the way Leadlander has for my agency and our clients. As marketers representing sales-driven companies that invest premium dollars in Google Ads, social campaigns, and account-based marketing strategies, we’ve found Leadlander delivers daily value. It helps us and our clients verify website visitors and continue conversations with warm leads that didn’t convert through our landing pages or main website strategies.

The solution is priced fairly, and the backend is intuitive while still being simple to use. Its built-in AI functionality has also been helpful when cold emailing. On top of that, the company provides above-average support and customer service, and I consider our partnership with Leadlander beneficial for our brand as well as our B2B clients. I highly recommend this software.

Nothing. Leadlander gets the job done and performs up to our expectations. It's a very small investment that has proven to be the foundation of our marketing strategy.

**What do you like best about LeadLander?**

I really appreciate being able to see which companies are visiting our site even if they don't fill out a form. It turns traffic into real opportunities instead of just numbers. I love that instead of waiting for inbound leads, we can actually go out and start conversations with companies already showing interest. This feature makes us feel a lot less cold since they're already looking at the website, so we know what they're interested in. Also, LeadLander gives us new leads we didn't have before, allowing us to act on interest instead of guessing, which helps us focus on warmer prospects. It makes our outreach more relevant and timely, tapping into existing interest that was already happening on our website. The initial setup of LeadLander was super easy as it was just about having some code pasted to the website, and we started tracking immediately.

**What do you dislike about LeadLander?**

You know, if you don't have Salesforce, it might be a little bit limited on CRM integration. Sometimes you're not able to see the exact person, so you have to do some digging, but that's not a huge issue because you often know who you're selling to, so you can look for those people.

Leadlander is very intuitive in the layout for showing who is searching and reviewing your company.  The detail of the web searches and page hits is key in sending the right prospecting information as a sales executive.   The interface is very easy to jump to company information, profiles and lead list.   1-stop shopping to Leads!!

What I like most about LeadLander is that all people within our company can receive daily reports showing who has visited our website. This gets our teams excited about potential leads and companies that we could work with. I also love that we can use the contact search feature to uncover contacts within companies we'd like to sell to.

The only thing I dislike about LeadLander is that you have to search within a company you can't just search contacts by position.

LeadLander is identifying visitors to our website, allowing for simple integration with our CRM tool (HubSpot), and allows our inside sales reps to build out qualified contact lists to reach out to.

**What do you like best about LeadLander?**

So we use Leadlander to track hits and traffic on our website.  As you can imagine, there's sometimes too much traffic to gain value and at other times not enough traffic to quantify.  LeadLander does a great job at organizing and making relevant the "big" data and also helps with categorizing the small data, if you will.  I can create custome reports via vertical and/or my specific accounts and patch which in turn maximizes my time while searching for a lead or researching a potential prospect.

**What do you dislike about LeadLander?**

What I disliked originally about LeadLander was the fact that I had trouble synthesizing and analyzing the data within our reports in order to make it relevant to my patch.  I got on with our AM, Ahmed E., and he helped me create reports and showed me how to best navigate the data to find value.  He was absoutely fantastic.  Sales reps are often impatient and love to talk over folks; which makes me at best self aware and Ahmed was perfectly patient and got me to the data I needed in short order.  He also helped me save some searches and watch/track certain key prospects.  Now what I disliked is moot.  Thanks Ahmed.

**What problems is LeadLander solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're helping me find the data that is relevant to my accounts and my territory.  I can quickly drill down on our daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reports on web traffic and find the data that is key to my patch and not the entire company.

As a Leadlander customer, I value the insights generated that facilitate our proactively reaching current and prospective customers. In our seventh textbook on "The Business of Golf," we advise golf course owners that subscription to this value service will help them enhance their customer loyalty, identify groups that might be interested in hosting tournaments, and engage and entice golfers to visit their course.  We are using Leadlander to differentiate visitors to our website who are interested in purchasing our just-released book or are consultative services.   We find the ROI very attractive, supporting our monthly licensing fee.

**What do you dislike about LeadLander?**

The toggle switches should be turned "off" to generate the most information regarding visitors to your site.  I would have thought the reverse - turn them on.   My mistake.

We are differentiating visitors to our site who are interested in purchasing our recently released book vs. our consultative services.

It is great receiving external feedback showing how our marketing spend effectively reaches our ideal clients in the regions we want to target.   It's like having a real-time feedback loop for your advertising investment.

It can be frustrating to see hits from awesome potential clients on our site, but the data falls short of providing a specific contact name or actionable intelligence.    To be honest, however, any more might be a little too "Big Brother" ish.

Advertising spending makes up a significant portion of our annual SG&A costs.   LeadLander helps us make sure the investment is reaching our ideal potential clients.

I will not run paid marketing campaigns without leadlander. I rely heavily on the data I get from LeadLander because Google Ads and GA4 no longer tell the full story of what the user is doing.

I am seeing more ISP IP information than I used to. More of a sign of the times of people working from home so I get their ISP instead of the IP address of the company they work for.

LeadLander has given us great insight into our web visitors.  The tags have been very helpful in quickly identifying sources, type of leads and conversions.  I love that you can toggle between companies and ISP to get a complete picture of your website traffic.  The contacts have proved to be one of the more valuable features to quickly be able to find contact and then more importantly, filter them.  They made it very easy to set up and get started and their support has been amazing.  We use the product everyday and not sure how to live without it now.

I really love the product so don't have any issues at this time.

First thing I do every morning is look at the custom reports for my accounts and see which ones are looking at our site and what they are looking at. Also, the contact lookup is a great resource.

Don't always get the contact information of the person viewing the site.

Looking up contact information for accounts is easy. All you need to have the the companies URL.

The leads provided are organized and easy to interact with, providing additional layers of helpful information.  The ease of integrating filters and features also helps plan new web-leads for a sales team.  You can even modify how frequent the reports are triggered, so it's easy to use whenever you need.  LeadLander looks like a promising tool that our sales team will use.

It may be difficult to determine the true value of each lead provided, so there will be a manual cross-reference needed in order to maximize this app's efficiency in our operations.

I have just started using LeadLander and the features that it offers to follow up on website leads saves a great amount of time by providing a wealth of information at your fingertips.  It offers many capabilities such as watchlists, territory filters and much more.

LeadLander lets me know when others are thinking about my company.  I can tell when they have disucssed us in a meeting by the number of visitors to our website.  It's easy to track and follow.  THe interface is easy to use.

Sometimes the descriptions of the person visiting the website are a little vague based on IP addresses, but sometimes it spells out the the exact person.

Without LeadLander, I wouldn't know who is visiting our website.

**What do you like best about LeadLander?**

Easy to use and to upload your list of accounts.  It's pricey for one license but if you have multiple licenses it's really cheap.  Perfect for the SDR team as well as AE team top accounts.  You can get ahead of your accounts before they MQL.  Also, a great way to look at geo-locations.

**What do you dislike about LeadLander?**

Some of the information on the lead that is pulled is incorrect.  It pulls public information to create a profile that can sync to Outreach or Salesforce.  Also some of the geo location is private so it may not have all the information on the lead.

**Recommendations to others considering LeadLander:**

Do the trial version first and see if this is really what you like

**What problems is LeadLander solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting ahead of the lead and seeing the activity.  You can also see how long they spent on the website.  This is useful especially if a prospect is visiting a use case page.  You can gear your conversation around their search history or what pages they visited.  Excellent conversation starters.

I like that Leadlander simplifies which accounts within ABM are interested in the solution that I am selling. I like that you can plug in a link into the program and track which companies, or in some cases, prospects, have viewed that webpage.

There is a lot of information coming in from Leadlander, but not all of it is useful. It's a lot of information to digest, especially when you have a large territory. It's also not the most intuitive platform - it took me a while to get assimilated to all uses and functions.

Leadlander has benefited our business because it allows us to gain better visibility into which companies have expressed interest in our product. Leadlander makes the outreach to the company or contacts much more seamless.

I liked the alerts that you could set up so that a rep in a particular territory could know if an account they owned was on our site. Great for teams who use an account-based strategy.

There could be more integrations. Would like for there to be a way for these to integrate directly into HS to then trigger emails to the accounts we're after or with other ABM software.

With the tool, we're able to have a more concise view of the unknown accounts that are on our site and let us provide a better experience by not having to gate as much content.

There really isn’t much I can say I dislike about the platform/service.  It’s a great tool at a very reasonable annual cost.

For my sales team, it was very useful to see when prospective clients were hitting our site and what pages they were hitting and/or what the prospective client was searching for.

**What do you dislike about LeadLander?**

For larger prospects, it was impossible to know who exactly within the organization was hitting our site so it was not very useful when companies that had 5000+ employees were active on our site.

Actually, there's not much to dislike. Sometimes like all tools, something goes South. However, Leadlander's customer service is second to none. Responsive. Because they understand time is money, and downtime is no money.

Companies today have different definitions of what a "lead" is and often value quantity over quality. Leadlander is the tool for QUALITY over quantity because it provides you the first clue to a sale: WHAT a visitor is looking for on a website. That "path" that is traceable using Leadlander in the visit gives you clues if you look closely. Using some inductive reasoning, you are able to "see" things you couldn't possibly see without it. And WHATyou see leads to actions to take to sell your product and service. There is no automation that can do that.Even AI will fall short. The latest example on a client's Leadlander we deploy  is we saw a major company going to one single page that had a wiring diagram of one of our client's products. With a little detective work, we helped the client prepare a proactive sales approach do contact the company after we found the right person, and suggest an audit program for all of the products within that company. That would have NEVER happened without the knowledge Leadlander gives you. Especially in B2B, but also in B2C to a degree, this software is a gift to anyone seeking knowledge to sell more of their stuff, whether products or services.

The essential problem Leadlander solves is that it gives you radar. Using your website without Leadlander is like flying without radar: you are blind. It puts Google Analytics to shame. The knowledge it provides -- the reverse IP lookup -- is the first step to understanding behaviors of visitors to your website. With that understanding, you can take "rifle shots" at targets rather than the typical "spray and pray" approach companies utilize in lead generation. It is the absolutely opposite of programmatic, which measures "hits" (How Idiots Track Success). We use it on our websites, and deploy it on our clients' websites.

**What do you like best about LeadLander?**

LeadLander's intuitive dashboard makes it easy to see WHO is visiting my website and what they are doing. Additionally, when visitor information is able to pull in Linkedin data to the LeadLander dashboard this is super helpful! This feature has saved me a crazy amount of time, so I don't have keep going back and forth between LeadLander and Linkedin. The customer support is also really great to work with. Very Friendly and responsive.

**What do you dislike about LeadLander?**

I found it a little challenging to run reports at first, but with a little training it became very easy, especially since you can save report filters. I still think, this could be a little more intuitive but overall I am happy with the feature.

If you already have a ton of Marketing Technology software on your website, you may not get a ton of value from LeadLander. I know there are other platforms out there that offer similar technology with a CRM built in, like Hubspot or Marketo, however in my experience these tend to be much pricier than LeadLander.

**What problems is LeadLander solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadLander allows us to better understand HOW people are using our site and better prospect with converted visitors. For example, when someone fills out a contact form on our site, we are able to identify the pages they clicked on before and after the conversion. This really bridges the gap between our marketing and sales department, so it's super handy. Additionally, LeadLander keeps adding new features so we keep getting new benefits!

really does not fill in all the breach, but the best feature of Leadlander is being able to trace individual users who came to your website and see what pages they have been to.  The lead scoring characteristic is somewhat helpful if you have no other option of tracing this in your CRM.
If that user is familiar in your database as related to a specific email, then it will trace them over time to see what their scheme is. You cannot do any experienced reporting in this respect though, just lists of page visit and dates, and also a form of compliance if you have them enable to work with Leadlander. 

**What do you dislike about LeadLander?**

 It feels like it was developed in 2000 and then was never updated.
From an inspecting point of view, First, Reporting is pretty basic, and it is difficult to associate the data they collect with your CRM other than manually or possibly with CloudHQ.
you could get a suitable list of companies who have visited your site, and that list you have is more accurate than Hubspot's software/tool, but less specific than Lead Forensics. Lead Forensics refines out the user's ISP, so you will only get the actual company you are looking for. And for addition I Hate to say this, but Leadlander's UI is so outdated.
