"Practical, Production-Focused Conversations That Make Meetings Worthwhile"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadium?

The conversations rarely stop at introductions. Many quickly move into practical discussions about production requirements, which makes the meetings feel worthwhile from the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadium?

Every so often a discussion develops faster than expected, and we need to involve additional engineering staff at short notice. It is a good problem to have, but it does require some flexibility internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Record-Keeping That Makes It Easy to Pick Up Where You Left Off"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadium?

Their record-keeping has been excellent. When we return to a conversation after several months, the background is already there, making it much easier to pick things up again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadium?

Because development priorities can change, there were occasions where opportunities had to be revisited later than originally planned. It was manageable, but it meant some conversations paused for a while before becoming active again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Thoughtful Introductions That Lead to Meaningful Conversations"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadium?

The introductions feel thoughtful rather than transactional. We are meeting organisations that are open to meaningful discussions instead of expecting a quick sales presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadium?

Some conversations naturally take longer to develop because organisations are still evaluating their internal priorities. That means progress is sometimes gradual, but it reflects how workplace wellbeing decisions are often made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rich Healthcare Context That Gets the Right Teams Involved Early"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadium?

They understand that enterprise healthcare opportunities require context, not just contact information. The additional background they provide helps us involve the right internal teams before the first conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadium?

Some opportunities required additional internal coordination before meetings could be scheduled. That occasionally added time, but it also ensured the discussions included the right subject matter experts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Follow-Through That Keeps Opportunities Moving"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadium?

Their follow-through has stood out to me. If a prospect postpones or goes quiet for a while, they continue working the opportunity instead of moving on too quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadium?

A few meetings were delayed because of prospect scheduling, which slowed momentum at times. While that was largely outside Leadium's control, it still affected the pace during a couple of weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Thoughtful, Adaptive Targeting That Improves as Campaigns Run"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadium?

Their targeting process felt more thoughtful than a lot of agencies we have worked with before. They did not just pull large lists and blast messages. The outreach evolved as campaigns ran, and they were willing to adjust based on the feedback we were seeing from prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadium?

There were a few moments where we wanted faster changes to messaging after seeing certain response patterns. Nothing major, but some adjustments took longer than I expected during the first phase of the engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Data-Driven Campaign Adjustments That Improved Engagement"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadium?

I appreciated their willingness to make adjustments when the data suggested something wasn't working. Rather than treating the campaign as fixed, they continuously refined targeting and messaging. That flexibility made a noticeable difference as the engagement progressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadium?

There was a learning period at the beginning where appointment quality was somewhat inconsistent. We had to provide feedback on the types of businesses we wanted to prioritize, and it took a few iterations before everything was aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adaptable Campaigns and Insightful Feedback That Improve Targeting"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadium?

I like that they always try their best to adjust campaigns based on real conversations instead of sticking to one approach. The feedback they share has been useful for refining both our targeting and messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadium?

There was a short stretch where campaign activity slowed while they refined the target audience. Communication stayed clear throughout, but naturally we were eager to get things moving again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adapted Messaging That Truly Fit Our Niche Market"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadium?

I appreciated that they adapted their messaging once they understood our market better. Our services are fairly niche, so generic outreach was never going to work well. After a few rounds of feedback, the communication became much more aligned with how we normally position ourselves to potential clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadium?

The onboarding phase took longer than I expected. We had to spend extra time clarifying who we actually wanted to target because some early outreach felt too broad. There were also moments where campaign momentum slowed slightly during adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Thoughtful, Timing-First Approach That Builds Trust"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadium?

They do not seem focused on filling calendars. If a project clearly is not ready for contractor discussions yet, they're comfortable keeping the relationship active until the timing makes more sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadium?

Industrial projects can change direction without much notice, so a few meetings have naturally been postponed. That's not something anyone can completely control, but it does affect planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
