I like the ease of use and especially enjoy the plug ins where I can highlight a name and search their contact info all in one step. I can create lead lists and its easy for me to import directly from LeadIQ into both Salesforce & Outreach, making me much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With any lead tool like this, there are going to be innacuracies. Some times cell phone numbers are not available or inaccurate. It can also take a few trys to load when I use the extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how I am able to export contacts directly into Outreach sequences from Lead IQ without having any manual actions to perform in salesforce. I also like how Lead IQ verifies email addresses and phone numbers to show that they are accurate. I have found that when people are newer to their job roles, Lead IQ is more likely to have their contact information whereas other tools like ZoomInfo may not have this information for a few months if someone is new to their role. Not all of Lead IQ's contact information is accurate and a lot of times, I have run into situations where I have gotten the wrong phone number from Lead IQ and it is someone that may have the same name but not the same person as the the prospect I was trying to reach. In some awkward instances, these phone numbers have sometime been routed to a family member of that person too. Overall, I have been satisifed with Lead IQ when it comes to sourcing contact information for prospects when tools such as ZoomInfo may not have been able to. I love the way they have integrated AI into their platform. The way data is presented as well as how it is integrated into the rest of my tech stack is flawless. I'm in awe at how seamless it is. I've worked in lead generation the last 4+ years, this is the coolest and most effective tool I've had the opportunity to use. I cannot express enough about how helpful the scribe toool is. Yes you need to edit the emails but the information it pulls is in insanely helpful, and has helped me book many meetings in just a few short months, duue to the highly personalized nature of the data included! The customer support team is also top tier. Multiple times they have offered to join me in a live huddle to help me work through an idea or something I want to achieve to help me understand feasibility but also the most straight forward workflow for what I want to capture. This tool is so easy to use, its incredible what you can achieve and it took like 2 seconds to implement. I have been using this minute by minute since we started our trial and was THRILLED that only one week in, we got approval to sign a contract. The value is there as soon as you start using it. The LeadIQ Chrome extension is intuitive and user-friendly in my prospecting and daily outbound activities. I also appreciate how it syncs with my organization's Salesforce to update contacts. There are not many monthly mobile credits for an individual user at $48.99. Also, I wish there was an option to purchase is purchase mobile credits a la carte (only pay for the features I need the most). Also, there is a lack of reliable prospect work numbers (including with extensions) that aren't corporate HQ dials. Finally, I often have to confirm a non-bounce email domain by cross referencing with Hunter verify credits with LeadIQ work emails. The green verified checkbox is helpful, but there are limitations. I like the chrome extension and ease of use. I can bulk add many prospects into my Outreach sequences at a time. It's better than Similarweb Sales Intelligence by far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not sure about the data freshness, I will often get wives of the CTO I am prospecting or other family members. I also get folks with the same name but completely different industry, for example I reached a car mechanic listed under the same name as a prospect in DevOps. It's always hard to ensure accuracy witht these data enriching tools, personally I find Zoominfo to be a bit better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LeadIQ is very easy to use (its Chrome extension is a great and useful feature), the database is of good quality, and it's easy to create contact lists and move contacts between systems. Getting contacts' phone numbers is a bit of a pain: We get roughly 10-15% of phone numbers only. Also, it's not possible to get tokens reimbursed once they are used, even when the phone number isn't in the database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it is easThe tool is incredibly user-friendly, thanks to its Chrome extension and pop-out window that make it easy to find contact information from LinkedIn and sync it directly into HubSpot. The email quality is decent, and the phone number data is improving, with the premium search being a valuable addition. I also appreciate the 'Scribe' feature. While AI-generated emails still need refinement before being sent out, they do offer useful ideas and a starting point. Currently, phone is the only channel that’s really effective for me, so I’m looking for higher quality and more extensive phone data. LeadIQ is decent, but it’s not ideal for my audience in L&D/HR. I liked that I was able to one click add prospects into my workflow as I was working through my prospecting flow daily. It made things very smooth and easy. The downside is that LeadIQ seems to be more of a LinkedIn plugin. Comapred to other prosecting methods, I felt as if I was solely stuck to prospects that were on linkedin. I also feel as if the data could be better. Some, not all, numbers would be dead, a spouse, or a wrong number. It is the most important aspect for me as I am call heavy.
