What do you like best?

That I can import to SalesForce with correct email or edited profile and import as either a lead or contact. Also I'm able to tag my different prospects for being imported to OutReach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

That it only pulls from Linked In and at times, those profiles are not up to date. Also it doesn't have a 'lead source' or 'tag' to transfer from LeadIQ to Salesforce (but you can do this in a backwards way from Outreach but it's extremely manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It's super easy. Just click a button and capture the lead, then another click to send it to your CRM.

being able to create multiple lead lists in LeadIQ, and capture to those accordingly.

That you can capture data from a lead search list in Sales Navigator, not just from the person's profile page.

What do you dislike?

It doesn't have the ability to capture accounts.

A database with domains and accounts would be great. We run a 3d tool specifically for this.

We used to have a very manual way of lead prospecting. The speed I can prospect at with LeadIQ is 3x faster than before.

What do you like best?

Lead IQ is great for getting mobile numbers for most of the US companies and some of the EU companies that I have been prospecting. Originally we bought it as I was finding people on LinkedIn, creating a contact in Salesforce, manually populating the data in Salesforce and then importing into Salesloft. By using the LeadIQ extension I can build a list of leads in LinkedIn and automatically push all of these leads into both Salesforce and Salesloft and straight into a cadence which has saved me hours of work per day. What do you dislike?

Sometimes the data in LeadIQ isn't great. I have had situation where I have called a mobile number and have been connected to a prospects parent, wife or children and this hasn't always gone down well. I have heard of colleagues experiencing this as well and often the mobile numbers are people's personal phone numbers and this results in the awkward conversations of 'where did you get my number?'. Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are going to use LeadIQ then you need to be prepared to accept that for using a product of this nature that is low effort to implement and is easy to use then you are going to have to be prepared to accept that sometimes the data won't be spot on and you will have a handful of awkward conversations! LeadIQ has reduced a large amount of manual process that I was experiencing when trying to move leads from LinkedIn to Salesforce and Salesloft. I also spend barely any time on hold anymore as I don't really call company lines and have to deal with gatekeepers as I mainly call work phones or mobile numbers. What do you like best?

Ease of use and reliability. LeadIQ does exactly what we need... we're a fast growing startup doing a ton of outbound prospecting. LeadIQ keeps us nimble and ensures that we're getting the right lead information back into our CRM quickly. We love it. Their team is great to work with, too. What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

I really like the campaign feature, where you can bucket specific leads for a campaign and import to Salesforce, Hubspot, or Salesloft. The side window that pops up makes quick browsing and prospecting much easier than toggling between tabs. They know which tasks are the most time-consuming during prospecting, and made the most necessary bridges available to save time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The emails and phone numbers aren't always accurate, but I like the community option where users can report and update contact info. I ended up calling someone's mother on a number provided for my prospect. Close, but not quite. Makes for a funny story though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Contact info accuracy is about 80-85%, and it's much easier going down a list of folks on LinkedIn and simply checking the ones you want to capture as opposed to typing in a company name or first + last name and finding nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Used credits to find numbers/emails werent there. I tried calling numbers from leadiq and they were non-working/wrong person. I also want to note the unprofessionalism of your organization's worker we had. Kyle was sharing his screen and Jonathan slacked him with inappropriate comments concerning my coworker using vulgar language. This notification popped up on his screen, open for everyone to see. What do you like best?

The usability of the tool is really good. It's easy to use, intuitive and their chrome extension is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

One of the great things about it is how it automatically responds as you cruise through LinkedIn. It brings up whoever you are looking at in the main screen, and when you have a list pulled up, it has the same list next to you. It provides a few bits of information on each person, and you use credits to get more specific information (cell phones, addresses, etc...) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

One issue I've had is that there are times when the numbers are incorrect. I appreciate that this is going to happen with any service, but it's frustrating when you are paying for it. But they do provide a place to report bad numbers, you just hope other people are tagging bad numbers as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a great piece of software, and a powerful tool to have at the ready. But don't count on it being 100% correct all the time. We utilize it to source additional contact information for our sales process. I was unfamiliar with it prior to this job, but it's been a true asset. What do you like best?

The ability to auto-sequence people. Being able to go from LinkedIn to Outreach directly cuts so much out of my workflow. Gives me a list of all the people on that specific linkedin list and the option of immediately sequencing them (+ button). It's a very powerful tool for lead gen and SDRs and BDRs!

What do you like best?

The worst part of prospecting is finding leads in say Sales Navigator, and then manually needing to import them into your CRM. With Lead IQ, their info is scraped, phone numbers, emails are found, and you can easily import to your CRM with the click of a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

LeadIQ has been super helpful for our sales team. It has cut our time spent souring by 90%. This tool has allowed up to exponentially increase our volume as a team and produce bigger numbers. It finds all the information needed and sends it directly to our CRM system with the click of one button. It doesn't allow for duplicates in the CRM which helps with somebody reaching out to the same person at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the information pulls by LeadIQ is not always correct. The mobile phones have sometimes been completely random, not working phone numbers or even a family member- that can be frustrating. However, it does oftentimes give you options for phone numbers and it will tell you if the email has been verified or not. Some problems I have with LeadIQ is that the mapping between LeadIQ and your CRM can sometimes be difficult. You have to make sure the mappings are the same in order for the information to link up correctly. There might be some difficulty with your mapping and there also might be some difficulty with the information that it provides. It uses credit for mobile phones- which you have to pay for, that part isn't included in the free version but if the number was wrong you can report it to the data police and get that credit back! What do you like best?

With the Click of a button, I am able to get all the relevant contact information for a prospect I am looking to email or call. Not even that, I can import them into any CRM that I using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Not being able to get 100% accurate emails is a little frustrating, but as the database grows the less likely this will happen. It will give you the best guess email which is usually right but any person can just match it with a verified domain from the same Org and copy the format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

9/10 I get accurate emails addresses and I can vote down an address that bounces so other users don't use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
