Lead IQ is great for getting mobile numbers for most of the US companies and some of the EU companies that I have been prospecting. Originally we bought it as I was finding people on LinkedIn, creating a contact in Salesforce, manually populating the data in Salesforce and then importing into Salesloft. By using the LeadIQ extension I can build a list of leads in LinkedIn and automatically push all of these leads into both Salesforce and Salesloft and straight into a cadence which has saved me hours of work per day. Sometimes the data in LeadIQ isn't great. I have had situation where I have called a mobile number and have been connected to a prospects parent, wife or children and this hasn't always gone down well. I have heard of colleagues experiencing this as well and often the mobile numbers are people's personal phone numbers and this results in the awkward conversations of 'where did you get my number?'. I really like the campaign feature, where you can bucket specific leads for a campaign and import to Salesforce, Hubspot, or Salesloft. The side window that pops up makes quick browsing and prospecting much easier than toggling between tabs. The emails and phone numbers aren't always accurate, but I like the community option where users can report and update contact info. One of the great things about it is how it automatically responds as you cruise through LinkedIn. It brings up whoever you are looking at in the main screen, and when you have a list pulled up, it has the same list next to you. One issue I've had is that there are times when the numbers are incorrect. I appreciate that this is going to happen with any service, but it's frustrating when you are paying for it. The ability to auto-sequence people. Being able to go from LinkedIn to Outreach directly cuts so much out of my workflow. Gives me a list of all the people on that specific linkedin list and the option of immediately sequencing them (+ button). It's a very powerful tool for lead gen and SDRs and BDRs!

The worst part of prospecting is finding leads in say Sales Navigator, and then manually needing to import them into your CRM. LeadIQ has been super helpful for our sales team. It has cut our time spent souring by 90%. This tool has allowed up to exponentially increase our volume as a team and produce bigger numbers. It finds all the information needed and sends it directly to our CRM system with the click of one button. Sometimes the information pulls by LeadIQ is not always correct. The mobile phones have sometimes been completely random, not working phone numbers or even a family member- that can be frustrating. However, it does oftentimes give you options for phone numbers and it will tell you if the email has been verified or not. Not being able to get 100% accurate emails is a little frustrating, but as the database grows the less likely this will happen.
