**What do you like best about Leadinfo?**

I found VQ when looking for a platform that could give me more details about who was visiting my site.
For those interested in business-to-business, it can be a valuable extra source of information. You would be surprised who is looking at your pages, and it will lead to sales with the proper strategy.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

This is not a solution for me because I meanly work business to a client. I was surprised which companies came to my site, but that is not the client I am after. For me, it was essential to get information about the location of my website visitors and more details about them, but because they are individuals, that information was not available.

**What problems is Leadinfo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe it would be an ideal extra lead source for those who have a B to B company

I know which companies are visiting my website so that I can proactively follow up with them.

he problem on our side is that the plan we have signed up to has a limit on the number of customers. I intend to find out the benefits of VQ as we use it and upgrade it in the future.

It gives me an insight into my marketing activities by helping me to increase the resolution of anonymous visitors.

**What do you like best about Leadinfo?**

Leadinfo is easy to install via Google Tag manager and a breeze to use with a clear overview and intuitive UI. I particularly like the screen recording feature, which seeminly none of the competitors offer.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

EDIT:
LeadInfo's cancellation policy left us feeling rather deceived. It was not made clear by the sales team or on the platform that there is a 1 month cancellation 'notice period', nor did we sign a contract confirming this (I guess it's in their T&Cs). There is a button to cancel on the platfrom, but this needs to be 'confirmed' by staff, who didn't reply until I followed up - at which point we were close to our monthly renewal date. They subseqeuntly told us we have to pay for an entire month of non-usage due to the notice period. 

This is not a good experience and I haven't seen any other such platforms behaving in this way. Cancellation of subscription-based SaaS products should be clear and simple in my opinion. 

Unfortunately, this experience has left us with the impression that the team may prioritize customer retention over providing transparent service and value for money.

I suspect that the lead quality isn't as good as some of the competitors. There were multiple instances where a lead was identified as a random company, when in fact it was me. This wasn't the case on Snitcher or Albacross, who identified my compay successfully.

**What problems is Leadinfo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadinfo has helped us to optimise our website UI by analysing how users navigate the site and what leads them to convert via the screen recording feature. Though I don't have full confidence in the quality of company matching, it's also been helpful in verifying that targeting further up in the funnel is working.

Regarding lead identification, while we strive for accuracy and boast one of the highest success rates in the industry, we acknowledge that there can be hits and misses. The nature of identifying companies based on web activity means there will occasionally be inaccuracies. However, on average, we are among the most precise providers in the market.

For B2B organizations, this is the ideal tool for following up on 'soft leads' who have visited the website but have not converted. With limited sales capacity, it is obviously much more efficient and effective to approach website visitors (whom you know are to some extent 'in the market') than to approach random organizations.

The possibilities for automatically sending reports could be improved.

You can see a lot of information about your leads, such as which pages they visited and who works at the company. Also you can see how the leads reached your website, for example via your campaigns.

We have international clients, and it seems like the German leads are not as specific as the Dutch leads.

If useful companies visit the website through campaigns. Also we can see that are customers are visiting our website but not buying. So we can see which pages they visit and contact them according.

**What do you like best about Leadinfo?**

Firstly it's very easy to use. Not being massively tech focussed I found it fairly easy to install, set up and work with. I did get help from their customer suport very quickly when I needed it
Secondly, the information is accurate, extensive and provides as much detail as it allowed due to privacy rules. 
And thirdly, my sales team can now follow up with companies that have actively visited our websites, and ensure that their time is being spent working with targets who have a clear and visible  interest in our products

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

All the features which were included in the trial period were not included in the basic package that I opted for (unsurprisingly). Granted, I could have spent more money and made these availble, but perhaps it might havebeen better to make this clear from the get go. Saying that, I am happy with what I have!

I now know who is visiting my websites, and can decide to pursue them from a visitor or exhibitor point of view. So I can target accurately warm leads (and discount any others easily by their easy to use tagging system).

If you're site gets a lot of visits, you will get a lot of leads. When you finally do get help from customer/tech support, they do fix the problem.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

Customer / Tech support is lacking. Can only email them. There is no chat function and no one to call. Can be very frustrating when there are issues that need to be fixed such as not being able to add other users properly, accounts being deleted, and the system blocking us from new leads even after upgrading.

We needed to develop a list of leads that have an interest in our service and we can get them without cold calls.

We implemented LeadInfo to deliver marketing-qualified leads to sales. The software is very useful for that purpose, but has other qualities that help our company grow. We now know more about our website visitors, and are able to improve our website because of the information Leadinfo gives us.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

The only downside is that sometimes it shows a certain company as a visitor, but it was another company located in the same building.

It was very easy to use and to set up. Just a few steps and we were up and running. I loved that they were able to integrate our marketing warehouse software witht their services and their chat feature was easy to receive customer support when i needed it.

I appreciate getting daily emails on the leads on our website and using visitor queue to identify who and where the leads on our site are coming from.  I really like how easy it is to split up geography across my sales reps. I frequently use the software as does my team and LinkedIn integration is great too.   This was simple to implement and set up users.  Customer support has been great to engage with and get my team up and going.

We are still working out the connection with salesforce so it wasn't a simple plug and play but this could be an internal problem that our salesforce admin need to resolve

**What do you like best about Leadinfo?**

The software package has recognized many more organizations nationally and internationally for years than competitors. It regularly expands in functionalities, responds to market developments. Leadinfo shows in real-time and in daily reports which companies have visited the website and what they have done. And how they got there (SEO, SEA, with which keyword). Additionally, it is easy to categorize them, whether automatically or not (segments), into customer, prospect, not interesting, etc.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

Unfortunately, it is not possible to set up rights/settings per user (for example, marketing/sales). Or super user and normal user.

**Recommendations to others considering Leadinfo:**

Sign up for a subscription, this tool recognizes so many more companies than other parties in the market. And in terms of price and quality ratio, it's also very good.

**What problems is Leadinfo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More insight into new and returning visitors on the website and what they do on the website. This allows us to be more active in our sales and marketing. As a result, we can act more quickly based on real-time data. 
Additionally, it provides insight into what happens at the front end (awareness phase) of the pipeline from inbound marketing, before they have disclosed their email address through a contact form or download.

What I really appreciate about VQ is the fact that it reinforces the SEO efforts we are making overall. It is such a benefit to see where our website hits are coming from, as well as it is a great tool to track conversion from view to demo request.

It's simple to use, provides deep insight and is convenient.

I highly recommend!

I dont see any downsides. Perhaps being able to more effectly delineate user from ISP might be helpful.

Knowing when/what company visits your site is a great place to start when making cold calls as it shows some level of interest in your company. It can also be a great sign to follow up - sometimes, after leaving a voicemail or live message with an office manager, I'll see that my company has website views within that same company.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

It would be great to know who specifically is visiting the site within a given company.

Visitor Queue lets me see companies and people that visit our website, but we can also see the pages they viewed and for how long.  All the information is timed stamped, so you can track responses to emails, meeting and speaking engagements.  There are other great features and actions you can take with each visit.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

So far there is not anything that I dislike.  It would be great to drill down more into what department or person is searching the site (but I am sure that technology exists).

We can see the interest level of potential customers after conferences, meetings, webinars and email campaigns.

Not sure. Unable to track anything although I have added the tracking code to backend.

Unuser-friendly dashboard. Unable see anything and dashboard is complex. Nowhere on Youtube, there's nothing to learn and implement to track the data we want.

It didn't benefit me for anything. I added the site and kept looking into it for days.

VQ seems to pick up our web hits as soon as they happen, providing the pages visited, for how long, howe many times. VQ is also very user friendly with the interface, allowing to allocate leads to the correct account manager, leave notes and so on. I like the fact that compaies are that are targeting us can be easily removed from the visitor list too.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

No fault of VQ, but we very rarely have any useful contact information (names mainly) given.

VQ is helping to identify what sectors are investigating our products.

**What do you like best about Leadinfo?**

Convenient and easy to use dashboard to track website visitors and their behaviour. Along with some nice features such as Lead Gen forms to be used on your website which you can customise for new and returning visitors. The origin of how visitors found or landed on our website is also a nice feature as it helps us with understanding how visitors are finding us and where we need to improve.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

Similar to what other competitors also face is that sometimes visitors use their network VPN or other protective settings and you only see their internet provider and not the actual company. This unfortunately means we lose out on knowing who the actual visitor is to our website.

**What problems is Leadinfo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are tracking performance of our webpages compared to the marketing campaigns we are running, as well as tracking how our current prospects and customers are interacting with our website. For the results where we have contact information from website visitors we are following up and adding them to the top of our Leads Funnel.

The implementation was easy when my company started using it 1 month ago. The site is user friendly and not overly complexed. Customer Support is very responsive.

The hidden feature does not block our ownn website no matter how hard I try. There is still some room for improvement. Would love it was able to share contact details on all the companies right now it only does it for some.

Identifying companies spending adequate time searching through webpages enables us to get early insights to potential new project work.

Easy to use and reports come as frequently as you like, even daily.   Search feature helps to locate key account names quickly. 

LinkedIn feature is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

Limited details on actual user data.  When big company names with hundreds of employees and groups visit for extended pages and periods of time, it is challenging to identify specifically, but still, the information is useful to reach out to existing contacts and be that person that wows them that they were "just looking for something".  Good timing.

It helped me to see who is visiting the website, and with the help of HubSpot integration, we can target only quality people for our retargeting ads. We have 70% traffic from countries where we don't do business and used to send our newsletter to everyone. Now we have a clear picture and send the newsletter to only specific companies.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

I feel documentation is not updated as the VQ has grown.  It would be great to have better documentation.

**What problems is Leadinfo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have 70% of traffic coming from countries where we do not offer our services, but most of our employees live in those countries. Now I can know the quality of our visitors, which helps us improve the performance of our ads, as now we know which companies we should target instead of targeting all the visitors visiting our site.
