I wish Visitor Queue would pre sort visitors we have already tagged as not interesting, or competitor.

Simple interface. Easy to understand results. Decent company information.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

Visitor Queue is mediocre at best. Fine for small companies, but larger companies should find a different solution. Their pricing model is based on the number of visitors to the website. Anything over 500 projects you into a much higher paying model. So, if you are a small company with few visitors to your website, it might be a good bare-bones solution for you. 

I have compared Visitor Queue results with results from ZoomInfo Web Insights and Visitor Queue is missing a lot of web visitors. So, if you have relatively low website visitors, I think it will work for you, but if you have more than 500 per month - I'd find a different solution.

Bare bones website visitor identification without many features.

Being able to see each hit on our website allows us to see what pages are connecting with end users, where we are getting hit geographically, and a lot more information.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

Although the data is good, its a lot of data! Cell service providers come up which gives us no information on who the end user is. If they could automatically filter out service providers that would be nice.

being able to see who is visiting allows us to seem more proactive in our cold calls.

While contact information is added occasionally, this would be a high-value add-on. Hubspot automation would be positive too.

Visitor Queue offers a clean, straightforward, and easy to navigate interface. It does a good job of populating Company Information for reviewing and exporting.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

Integration via Zapier is easy but limited. As of this writing, the only trigger event I'm aware of is when a new website visitor is logged. It would be nice if adding a tag could trigger automations via Zapier. 

I would like it if more of the information that shows up in the CSV exports was accessible via the main interface. I would also like the option of downloading those CSVs directly from inside the web app rather than having them delivered via emailed ZIP file.

**What problems is Leadinfo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visitor Queue helps us identify new leads including sometimes their area(s) of interest. It also lets us know when existing prospects visit our site which gives us insight into their level of interest. This information helps us to find new opportunities and can inform our follow-up efforts.

It is really nice to be able to see in real-time the visitors to our website, and be able to remove ones from the list that are bots or unwanted visitors to prevent future similar issues and counts to our totals.

Not sure I have a dislike yet. Easy reporting directly to email might be nice, but it really is simple to login and see the details really quickly.

We have a better idea of who is visiting the website and seeing where they come from so we can identify the campaigns that are successful and where people are coming to the website from.

The amount of people it shows, being able to export directly into excel, and being able to filter by demographics. Very easy to use.

Comany titles are generally not reliable, I'd like it if I could customize what information I export to make profiling easier.

Getting extra traffic is always nice, especially when it's consistent and new companies being brought in.

The market has evolved, and tracking who visits your website is a feature ofered for free by many CRM vendors. I believe their core business service is no loger needed. It does it's job well but you can get it for free somewhere else.

They auto-renewed without notice. I hate software that auto renews itself you if you do not pay attention and disable it.Renewals should be an intentional action, not automated.

At least notify when it is about to happen.

I like the layout of the dashboard and easy access to web info. I also like that Visitor Queue provides what pages each visitor looked at, this makes it easier to collect meaningful leads.

Some companies do not provide any info in the Company Information or Contacts tabs. I would like to see this filled out more consistently

Visitor Queue is a pretty cool website visitor tracking tool. It's super easy to set up and use, and it gives you a lot of great insights into who's visiting your website and what they're doing.

I really like that it shows you the company name, contact info, and even their firmographic data. That's super helpful for targeting your marketing efforts.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with Visitor Queue. It's a great tool that's helped me learn more about my website visitors and improve my marketing efforts.

Visitor Queue may not always be able to identify visitors correctly, especially if they are using incognito mode or ad blockers - which is annoying.

**What do you like best about Leadinfo?**

I have trialed and tested several platforms that provide data on B2B or B2C contacts that have visited my website. The accuracy of the contact data is extremely high and the platform is very simple to use and navigate. I absolutely love that it'll report on a users site visit journey and the ability to export these visits into an Excel spreadsheet. The rep that I worked with was very knowleadgable in this space and very generous with the trial time, allowing me the opportunity to fully see the benefits of using the VisitorQueue platform. Adding the snippet of code to the site for reporting took less than 2 minutes, super easy to setup and integrate.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

There are only 2 things I wish VisitorQueue was able to offer/provide:

1. Prospecting Tool
2. B2C Site Visit Data

VisitorQueue allows its users to learn the types of Companies that are visiting the website and their interest levels on which type of product they are in the market for. This allows us to tailor our outbound marketing activities to those industry contacts for a more personalized marketing follow-up/outreach.

Up to the minute alerts on visitors so we can react and strike while the iron is hot. Clear dashbaord, you can see the company detail and identify the relevant businesses easily. A good intuitive package.

Fo our specific niche, there was little identification o the key businesses we needed.

Compared to other offering in the market, the data was average but not what we were looking for. There are obvious GDPR issues with people from companies looking on devices that they have logged into on a personal level.

It tracks a lot of companies. When we choosen website visitors tracking tool, we tested 4 of them and Visitors Queue showed best results in terms of tracking. Also it si easy to use and has a low learning curve. 
Tool does exactly what it should, with simple and nice interface and moderate pricing.

It does show me a couple of the businesses that have visited my website. I also like the layout and functionality of Visitor Que.

I have used ZoomInfo but it is so expensive which is why we were looking for an alternative. I love the function of seeing who is visiting our website. I know it can only show public IP addresses aka businesses that are visiting.. however, ZoomInfo shows quite a few more than VisitorQue so for us, we're not sure VisitorQue is reliable enough for us or gives us enough data.

We are trying to find leads. We want to know who is looking for our services and is looking at what we do so that we can go out and try to capture those people.

Visitor Queue has been very helpful with one simple thing - providing information on who & what companies are visiting your website. In doing this, it gives the user insight on what companies to prospect into.

The downside of Visitor Queue is the lack of detailed information thats given. The only information thats given is the company, visitor location, industry and website. If Visitor Queue gave us some more insight on who was visiting the website, it would prove to be much more useful. Also the emails that Visitor Queue sends arent the most reader/user freindly.

It eases the burden of finding new leads, especailly the ones that visit your companies website. It benefits the user by generating new potential meetings and business.

I like to see what organisations are looking at our website. also the ability to filter out companies based on a number of criteria such as size, query, name and industry to name a few. meaning we can immediately discount false clicks and bad fits. It is also incredibly easy to use as the leads are quite straightforward.

Visitor Queue allows easy to manage, time saving overviews of who, what and when visited your website. I have used it at every company I have been with, from Aerospace to Fabrication. I am able to easily obtain quick info on every lead that comes by our website. I run two sites now and use VisitorQue on both! A must have!

Everything works very well!I would like to perhaps see some more Traffic Flow analytics.

I don't have any specifically.  My marketing team runs the software, it delivers actionable data to my inbox about website visitors.  I mean I guess the data could always be better, but I suppose it can be difficult to determin who's on a website and information about the company, so I don't think I could expect much more.

Without visitor queue I would not know who had visited my website, what company they work for, or how to get ahold of them.

Visitor Queue is a great tool for marketing tasks, such as customer  prospecting or analyzing how your website is doing. It gives you quality information and great insight. It´s really intuitive, so easy to use and export all the data you want. You can easily integrate it in your daily business routine. It´s so useful that I chek it out everyday. Give it a try, you won´t be disappointed!

You don´t know exactly who´s visiting your page, as it gives you information from their company in general, but i understand that this information is very difficult to get.
