LeadHunter USA finds local jobs for home-service contractors — plumbers, electricians, handymen, landscapers and more — before they turn into marketplace leads. A desktop app for Windows and Mac runs quietly in the background and watches the local Facebook groups and Nextdoor feed the contractor already belongs to. When someone nearby posts asking for their trade, AI reads the post and decides whether it is a real request for work, then pushes it to their phone within minutes — with the community it came from, what the homeowner actually wants, and a link straight to the original. Mobile apps for iOS and Android show every lead. Setup takes about ten minutes: install it, sign in, pick your groups and confirm your trade keywords. A flat $75 a month, or $720 a year, covers every lead with no per-lead charge and no cap. Unlike the marketplaces, LeadHunter never resells a lead — Angi, Thumbtack and HomeAdvisor sell the same request to several contractors who then compete on price. Seven-day free trial, no credit card. Read-only by design: it never posts, comments, or messages anyone from the contractor's account. Built by a plumber who got tired of overpaying for leads.
