**What do you like best about LeadGenius?**

One-stop solution for marketing campaigns and lead management. It made us reduce our marketing team and control extra expenses by efficiently managing our marketing leads in one place and that too in a price-effective way.

**What do you dislike about LeadGenius?**

Sometimes, leads may be out of our preference or target audiences, making it difficult to close them as converted leads. Due to the remote operations of LeadGenius, the company's work efficiency get reduced sometimes.

**What problems is LeadGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadGenius helped us get into that market which was almost impossible for us to reach in such a starting phase, and quality data helped generate sales. My marketing efforts were also rapidly decreased because of this software.

**What do you like best about LeadGenius?**

Contact with the team in charge to support the project, beeing accompanied by targeting specialists who understand the challenges of Demand Generation as well as those of loyalty/retention is priceless. Global foot print with consistent data accuracy is a huge asset.

**What do you dislike about LeadGenius?**

This is not a blocking factor but adding a connector with Hubspot would be nice to have, to empower the CRM directly and let the ops work in it directly.

**What problems is LeadGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I found a reliable, accurate and global source of B2B data, while taking care of the specifics of each market. The commercial contact is excellent, assured by specialists.

**What do you like best about LeadGenius?**

I like how user friendly  leadGenius is, makes dealing with issues at work so easy and dont ever really have any questions, because everything is so self explaintory

**What do you dislike about LeadGenius?**

I dislike how when gettin gonline and going to websites that have cookies can make the system slower, but besides that no real dislikes. i get around this by using a different web browser

its a great product and easy to figure out highly recommended

**What problems is LeadGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i use lead Genius for work and it keeps everything in one place. i love how i am able to access it anywhere and i can take things on the road with me. makes work seem much less stressfull

You can find a variety of things you can solve use LeadGenius. Especially work-related things.

The AI and human computation helps in targeting the right companies to lead to sales and profit.

The human touch is sometimes missing. Also, manual labor is not required

The monotonous, mundane work of sales reps is not required and the targeted companies are a suitable match.

Financial, studying in general the benefits are great it breaks down to where it easy to understand especially when it is a complex problem

**What do you like best about LeadGenius?**

I like that there is live in person training and support available 24/7 to help you with the tool and make sure that you are making the most of it. The tool provided us with the necessary infrastructure needed to build a strategy for managing and acquiring leads. Previously, we didn't have a strategy in place so it was very difficult to manage and acquire new leads. Since implementing this tool, it has freed up capacity for our staff to work on other initiatives to grow our business.

**What do you dislike about LeadGenius?**

Although you are able to generate an ample amount of leads with this software, the leads are sometimes irrelevant which can be a waste of time. Some of the leads we have received have been outdated or what we call "dead leads". you need to watch out for those if you plan to use this tool. I think there could be ways to make leads more relevant to the consumer and thus save time.

**Recommendations to others considering LeadGenius:**

It is a tool primarily used to acquire customers. So if that is your focus this could be a good option. The primary industries this tool serves are computer software, technology, marketing and advertising. The lead scoring functionality is also strong and worth considering.

**What problems is LeadGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use this for lead generation and campaign management. It works best for specific channels: outbound calls, e-mail, social media. This tool has helped us become more efficient in our lead generation activity.

I liked the integration between several CRM and lead genius that can be leveraged to the maximum.

Sales people are pushy on emails and randomly assuming the tech in place.

**What do you like best about LeadGenius?**

LeadGenius has been an invaluable partner to our business. I run business development at a small firm, and they make my work appear as if I have an entire team behind me. Not only do they undertake the requested tasks (lead sourcing, lead enrichment, data verification, and other daily requests) but they strategize on how to make my efforts more efficient, such as researching competitors and doing analysis, building out target lists, and strategizing on how to create more traction with my email efforts. Not to mention their turn-around time is short; especially if/when I have urgent last-minute requests.

**What do you dislike about LeadGenius?**

I haven't encountered any downsides to using LeadGenius.

**Recommendations to others considering LeadGenius:**

They are efficient, and thorough, and a great team to work with. They have several team members on each account so no detail goes unnoticed. 

**What problems is LeadGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are greatly helping with R&D efforts, and allowing me to focus my time with outreach, proposals, client management, and to work with my team on bigger initiatives. The amount of time their team saves me on a weekly basis is significant.

They generate new leads and verify contact data using human, which makes it more reliable than other 3rd party databases.

I think their price a bit higher than their competitors

Generate net-new leads for target accounts, verify existing contact leads and enrich data.

**What do you like best about LeadGenius?**

The team assigned to us from LeadGenius is awesome. They are highly reliable and are very flexible when it comes to our lead needs. We run new sales campaigns every week, and LeadGenius continues to provide us with very good leads.

**What do you dislike about LeadGenius?**

The only thing I would like from LeadGenius, would be a small lead database of all the leads they have ever provided us for internal tracking purposes.

Be direct and detailed in exactly what leads you want them to research for you.

**What problems is LeadGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using LeadGenius to prospect highly qualified leads for our sales team. Since using LeadGenius, we have seen improvement in email and phone interactions.

**What do you like best about LeadGenius?**

The team is top-notch. Great support along with high quality data and customized information workflows make this a powerful service. Importantly, there data is trustworthy and they take feedback and turn it into action. Dedicated team from AE's to Support. 

**What do you dislike about LeadGenius?**

The product doesn't offer a ton - meaning the actual UX + Product interface. They are road mapped for some cool features and UI options. Looking forward to the next iterations!

**Recommendations to others considering LeadGenius:**

Make sure that you have a clear expectation of what you want out of data sourcing and have enough scale to get the value. For example - you need a plan for a few weeks in advance for your data. You can't just query the backend for lead data. That said, there is no better provider of great customized data at scale.

**What problems is LeadGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We us LG for data-hygiene on target ABM accounts. They are incredible at keep contact records clean and ensuring that we are reaching out to the right people. We've realized a massive increase (50%+) in data accuracy and attributed significant net new business to the leads sourced by LG.

**What do you like best about LeadGenius?**

My favorite thing about LeadGenius is the human element added to the this contact data provider. Give LeadGenius a list of target accounts and personas you are looking to work with and let them do a calibration for you. Once you have the results, you can work with your account management team to hone in on the contacts that matter to you. What you end up with is a steady stream of qualified leads for your ABM programs, no manually searches required!

**What do you dislike about LeadGenius?**

There are some issues around direct dial and address information, but there are workarounds for this level of research. The team has been very flexible in delivering what I need for my sales development team to be successful. 

**What problems is LeadGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use LeadGenius to augment our contact data for target accounts that we have developed internally. LeadGenius helps us meet our new name and qualification goals within our target account buildout.
