Without question, the CRM functionality is incredible. I connected my Linkedin account to LeadDelta in just a few seconds. I immediately imported all of my contacts, giving me a clear birds-eye-view of every connection I have. I struggle to think of anything but I am pretty sure it will be corrected in the multiple updates and new features. Lead Delta works in the browser and interacts directly with my LinkedIn account. The result of what is happening under the hood is a clean tabular view of my connections, what they do, how to contact them, and a possibility to tag and group contacts for further action. When ready I can export data in CSV and upload it into another CRM system. If connection details are not up to date, I can pull the latest details by just clicking a button. All in all, using Lead Delta makes my work with the LinkedIn network a whole lot easier and efficient. A contact who I may want to approach can be tagged; all contacts can be grouped and filtered. I wish the cap on the number of mass messages were higher than 25. I also would like to know how I can work with multiple LinkedIn accounts from the same Lead Delta account - I believe at the moment, I have to work with different LinkedIn accounts from different browsers. This is just amazing! Most social media inbox are broken and doesn't have most features that business owners and I would even say "organized people" need. This is where LeadDelta comes really handy.
