LeadCounty turns US county public records into ready-to-work real-estate leads. For each county it joins assessor, treasurer, recorder and court records into one profile per property and per owner: tax delinquency and payment history, liens, deeds and sales, value history, absentee and out-of-state owners, inherited and probate properties, code violations and more. Every property gets a plain-English likely-to-sell score with the reasons behind it, plus separate scores for wholesalers, flippers, landlords and tax-lien buyers. Investors and agents search and filter on a map, build lead lists, export one clean row per property (including files ready for skip-tracing providers), track leads and calls with their team, and send seller letters with reply tracking. Data is refreshed weekly. Plans start at $99 per month per county.
