What do you like best about Leadbeam?

Hi there- Thank you for your review, love that it's helping out in the field! Unfortunately those complications are choices made by your team's salesforce admins, Leadbeam has the ability to flag, merge and bypass duplicates. Hopefully can get this out to the team soon!

What do you like best about Leadbeam?

LeadBeam makes logging activity in the field extremely fast and efficient. When synced with salesforce it’s the best way I’ve seen too monitor, log, and follow up on activity in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leadbeam?

The Leadbeam team gave us lots of support when setting up the tool, making the rollout relatively pain-free. Our reps get a lot of value from Leadbeam and I would recommend it to any org with a field sales department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadbeam?

Occasionally, reps have complained about inaccuracies with the speech-to-text fill of the lead fields. However, this is rare and could be user error - the rep feedback on the tool has been extremely positive overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leadbeam allows our field sales reps to quickly prospect details into our CRM without sitting down to punch all this data in on their laptop. This has resulted in more complete and more accurate date flowing into our CRM. What do you like best about Leadbeam?

LeadBeam has been a complete game-changer for me as a sales rep at Floral Image. The ability to log voice notes, upload photos, and automatically capture lead data while I’m out in the field has saved me hours every week.

It’s helped me stay organized, follow up more effectively, and spend more time focused on clients instead of admin work. It truly feels like having a personal assistant in my pocket.

"Effortless Call Logging That Saves Hours"

What do you like best about Leadbeam?

The only downside I’ve noticed is that the data in the maps feature isn’t always up to date. I’d love to see more frequent refreshes so new businesses in the area are added sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for Sales Reps on the Go. Voice Feature Is a Game Changer"

What do you like best about Leadbeam?

I’m constantly on the road meeting restaurant owners, and this tool makes it super easy to update notes, add new leads, and make quick adjustments on the go.

It’s intuitive for any field rep and designed specifically for them from the ground up.

It uses AI to enrich leads.

You can keep track of and record notes on leads very quickly.

It takes 2 seconds to create leads.
