I really love the lead routing solution. It is very flexible and has many customizable options to route various objects in Salesforce. The previous UI of lead angel was a bit difficult to pick up for new users however they have made significant improvements for those that are using the updated version. We were having difficulties with routing leads in Salesforce and lead angel provided an easy to configure, round-robin solution that was customizable for the different teams and scenarios we were trying to solve.
