Horrible UI, hard to navigate pages, outdated lead quality, but overall the worst part is the switch up from unlimited to an expensive credit based system while still advertising and marketing unlimited leads

Great platform that gives us accurate contact data and robust insights into the buying intent of prospective target customers which really helps narrow down which targets to focus on and deliver personalized email campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Lead411?**

It is great platform that works without any issues and that is very convenient and highly effective for lead generation.

**What problems is Lead411 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform made it immensely easier to find the right type of prospects and ensures we can drill down into the right titles which helps improve pipeline velocity due to more accurate targeting and timing.

**What do you like best about Lead411?**

Lead411 helps me and my team spend less time searching for leads and more time selling. It allows me to build accurate lists quickly and prioritize prospects who are more likely to engage. I appreciate the real-time alerts and intent signals that help me time my outreach better. The product provides accurate contact data, focusing on verified emails and phone numbers so I can reach real people directly. I like the sales trigger and intent signals, which offer real-time notifications about company changes like new hires or M&A activity. It's also easy to use, has helped me find better leads with faster turnarounds, keeps me updated on company changes, boosts my outreach success, and is an affordable option for good data and market intelligence.

**What do you dislike about Lead411?**

I find some contact details, especially phone numbers, are outdated, particularly in niche areas and smaller markets. It's limited for deep enterprise needs; if someone needs a very large database, global coverage, or complex account-based workflows, Lead411 may not match larger platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Lusha. Lower-tier plans restrict the number of leads you can export without extra cost.

Lead411 helps us find better leads faster, with accurate contact info and real-time alerts, boosting outreach success. It's affordable and keeps us updated on company changes. It prioritizes prospects, offers intent signals for timing, and is great for a mid-size company.

**What do you like best about Lead411?**

I appreciate Lead411 for its cost-effectiveness. The price of using Lead411 is significantly less than alternatives like Zoominfo, which was a primary factor in our decision to switch to it. Additionally, I value the ability to load lists for enrichment after events such as tradeshows, which allows us to ensure the data is accurate.

**What do you dislike about Lead411?**

I dislike that the data quality in Lead411 is often very out of date. We've encountered several instances where employees had left a prospect company over a year before, which is frustrating. The user interface is also very poor and difficult to navigate, which hampers usability. Additionally, the initial setup was quite challenging, particularly the buggy integration with Hubspot, requiring support from Lead411 to function correctly. The need for each user to log in individually to Hubspot rather than having a global login is also inconvenient.

**What problems is Lead411 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead411 to enrich Hubspot and research contacts, finding it helps in identifying job titles of prospects. However, it rarely enriches data effectively and often has outdated information.

**What do you like best about Lead411?**

I like how accurate and up-to-date the contact data usually is. It makes it much easier to find the right people and reach out quickly. The interface is simple and easy to use, so daily workflow becomes smoother. Overall, it saves a lot of time because the data quality is reliable.

**What do you dislike about Lead411?**

Sometimes I come across a few outdated contacts, especially from smaller companies. The pricing can also feel a bit high if you need more seats. Apart from that, the tool works well, but the data accuracy isn’t always consistent across all segments

**What problems is Lead411 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead411 has reduced the time I used to spend on manual lead research. I get relevant and accurate contacts much faster now, which speeds up outreach and improves productivity. It helps me find quality leads quickly and makes the entire sales process more efficient

The intricate detail in contact information for potential leads, and the ultimate success rate of these email and phone numbers available in the masses. As well, the simple layout of the platform makes it extremely user-friendly, without too much issue navigating the UI.

**What do you dislike about Lead411?**

Sometimes the contact information could be more refined - sometimes I will run into a case where select emails say they are verified, where after sending any emails, only 60-75% of the emails work accordingly, leading me to cross reference potential formatting errors (i.e johnsmith@lead411.com vs. johnsmith@lead.411.com)

Being able to overcome the difficult pipeline of being able to speak directly with decision makers, rather than having your message filtered through a large chain of employees who have no priority to relay your opportunity.
