**What do you like best about Lead Generators International?**

price and in pre sales they said they had experience with our ICP which was not true.

**What do you dislike about Lead Generators International?**

Bait and switch tactics. We engaged Lead Generators International (LGI) for a U.S. outbound appointment-setting campaign in early 2026. Our signed agreement defined the target as U.S.-headquartered companies in specific industries, and we paid a $5,000 deposit up front.

On the recorded kickoff call after we signed and paid, LGI told us they had never run a campaign comparable to ours and had no comparable U.S. referenceable customer in our industry. On the same call, they described our target buyers as reluctant to take calls from lead-generation companies and said such buyers screen those calls out heavily. That was the first time we heard any of this.

None of it lined up with what was described during the pre-sales process, which was the basis on which we chose them.

We asked to end the engagement and requested our deposit back. LGI declined to refund us.

Sharing our experience so other buyers know to confirm a vendor's actual track record with their specific buyer type before signing, not after.

avoid them because after you pay they deposit you have no protections of your investment

They have very professional team and doing your work timely and efficiently.

Honestly, i haven't any bad experience but yeah you can say nothing is perfect.

I think people should take advantage of their services because they have very experienced team

Even i didn't know the market of North America but they give me the best solution for my product through market research.
