My role became much easier after Angela taught me how to use the filters effectively. Most of the phone numbers are also up-to-date, which has been very helpful.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I have been using Lead Forensics on my company website for several years.  The leads we have captured have helped increase our revenue and allow our sales team to engage new customers in new industry's. Working with my Lead Forensics representative, Angela Trible, I have been able to further expand the platform and connect with my CRM system for seamless integration notifying our team of potential opportunities without me having to manually manage the workflow.  I highly recommend giving Lead Forensics a try.

The Lead Forensics platform is detailed and provides real insights into customer behaviour.

The team from Ollie who was our account rep to Jack, our customer success manager were diligent and supportive. They helped provide data for a business case, and the onboarding was thorough. We are currently integrating with an external service which is straightforward, allowing us to do more with the data gathered.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

We have been using the system for a few weeks, which means we have not seen any downsides at this stage. Once the system is used more, I'm sure there will be the odd area for improment.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

While the capabilities of Lead Forensics are pretty extensive, the high-touch account service has made it possible to learn and implement in a way that wasn't overwhelming.  We initially discussed the goals we had as a company, and Ryan, our Account Service Rep, put together a roadmap to start implementing things.  LF is now a vital part of our marketing reports and helps us ensure our campaigns are effective.  I log into LF every day to gain insight to where my focus should be.  The importance of knowing who is going onto the website cannot be overstated. I now rely on it.

I'm very happy with LF.  Even when I find areas of improvement, they are taken into consideration with the team.

Lead Forensics provides us with vital visitor information that plays a huge part in our growth strategy. We also have a very helpful and insightful Customer Success Manager in Joseph Stone. I find that since dealing with Joe, he has provided us with so much help, guidance and support that he feels like an extension of our business and I value his input greatly.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Provided useful insights into the organizations visiting our website and the pages they were viewing. This intelligence (including details about the company, like size, location, and industry) helped our sales team make more informed and actionable calls. Good filtering capabilities so we can create reports based on target prospect profiles and remove current clients. Adding the plugin to our WordPress website was easy and smooth. Our client support rep was also very helpful in getting us set up and maximizing the value of the tool.

It was tricky connecting Lead Forensics to Salesforce. It's nice they had the integration, but it took a little work to get it right. The user interface could use a fresh look.

We needed to get more out of our website. We optimized for search to improve traffic and provided gated content to capture some user information. But we felt we were missing a ton of opportunities from organizations that were browsing our site but remained anonymous.

Lead Forensics allows our sales team to find warm leads to nurture and turn into sales. Just this past month, we had a rep get a sale for two units from a lead that was tied back to Lead Forensics. Our sales team can easily use this to get leads and follow up with potential customers. It is also amazing to see how it ties into Google AdWords and we can see "real-time" when users are searching for our competitors or their specific competitors products.

I dislike that you cannot know exactly who was visiting the site, but this is a privacy law and out of Lead Forensics control.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is giving our sales teams more leads to folllow up, nurture, and turn into sales. This benefits me in that our company as a whole is more successful. I also like that I can use it as a check and balance to see how our Google AdWords are working.

If you want insight into which businesses are visiting your site and what they are doing - Lead Forensics is the best tool for it.

The HubSpot integration could be better.

The integration with Salesforce is very useful and the LF team did a great job in helping get this set up.

The SF integration was somewhat difficult to set up given the difference in our SF vs. the instructions that LF provided. That being said, the LF team was there to help us.

Everything is laid out clearly, the tools are straightforward to use, and data parameters are easily adjusted to allow comparisons over greater/shorter lengths of time, allowing us to identify statistical trends.

The visitor categories aren't always added, so we do often have to put them in manually, which impacts our reporting.

Easy to use, incredibly detailed and accurate information about website visits available compared to other platforms. Our Customer Success Manager (Tom Mayhead) is incredibly responsive and provides regular guidance to ensure we know about updates and ways we can improve our processes.

The CRM integration is in need of a bit more detail.

LF helps us to understand if we are attracting the right kinds of organisations to our site - this solves both marketing and sales problems, allowing Sales to see specific companies, locations and what they were looking at in order to reach out, and allows us to make consistent improvements to our messaging and website and measure if this is attracting the right kind of attention.

Being able to see which companies have visited your website each day.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

We've been a long term customer of Lead Forensics, price hikes each year without improving the software has made it difficult to justify this software over alternative channels which have consistently provided better ROI.

The reason for the 1 star, is partially the above, but primarily the awful customer service approach when it came to cancelling the contract. We were 1 day past the 30day auto renewal date, and they have forced us to pay in full for a service we won't be using.

Very short sighted business approach, when there are so many alternatives out there.

I would highly recommend considering alternatives.

The ituitive data that drives new  and enhanced sales strategies. We use this every day and the chats we our rep Ryan is great to maximize our use.

Wish it had some further intergration with Google Suite system, so we can connect it with our Analytics, Search Console, or a back and forth with our CRM Odoo. This way we can link our data channels versus a manual conversion. Also, instead of just LinkedIn contacts, a global database that is shared across LF users collected in various ways, that optimize the accuracy.

The one slight dislike about is the timing disparity within the emails, but this doesn't cause too many issues.

Our business uses Lead Forensics every day by multiple users and have seen a difference in our order generation from using active leads provided by Lead Forensics.

Lead Forensics' customer service is out of this world!! Any time we have a question, we reach out our person and she answers our questions immediately. In addition to the live inroduction & training to Lead Forensics, they've sent over training guides, FAQ's, how-to's, and more. Super helpful and responsive....highly recommend!

There is a lot to learn with Lead Forensics and it takes some time to get to know and learn how it works best for your company. It's not just a simple plug and play, but their customer service team is A+++ and helps every step of the way.
