## Lead Forensics Reviews
  ### 1. User-Friendly Tool with Room for Cost-Value Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jo W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I find Lead Forensics to be a great prospecting tool. It gives instant visibility of which prospects and customers are visiting our website, which helps us reach out at the perfect time and keep conversations moving. This strengthens customer engagement and saves time with valuable company insights. I really like how user-friendly it is, and the initial setup was fairly straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Identifying the actual individual visitor would be helpful and the value for money ratio is questionable. Other companies like FullEnrich are cheaper and provide verified emails and mobile numbers, not just company names. Identifying the individual visitor would allow our SD team to know exactly who to contact rather than guessing or having to research a company directory.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics gives instant visibility of prospects and customers visiting our website, so this helps us to reach out at the perfect time, keeping conversations moving. It strengthens customer engagement and saves time with valuable company insights.

  ### 2. Insightful Web Tracking with Stellar Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew H. | Bathroom Sales , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I use Lead Forensics to track website visits and it helps me generate leads. I love how it shows me exactly how long each company spends on each page and specifies which pages they visit. When speaking to potential clients, it helps me identify exactly what they are looking for on our website. It integrates well into HubSpot, which is great for my workflow. The initial setup was fantastic, and Jess, our current account manager, does an amazing job of making sure we are happy.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Nothing

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to track website visits and generate leads. It shows me how long each company spends on pages and helps me identify client interests, making it easier to tailor conversations.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you Matthew for your excellent review. It's great to hear how it's helping you in your sales efforts and that your Account Manager, Jess, is doing such a great job.

  ### 3. Seamless Salesforce Integration and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** lauren S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I really like the visibility Lead Forensics provides over the organizations visiting our website. The integration with Salesforce is incredibly useful, as it allows our sales team to see all the relevant website activity directly within their CRM. It's also great that we can segment relevant visitors to different account managers, making our workflow smoother. Having all the information in Salesforce means our sales team can access everything they need in one place, which is super convenient. The initial setup was very easy, and our CSM Ashutosh Bhaskar has been fantastic. He's knowledgeable, makes informed actions, and is always super friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Contact and prospect lists could be synced with Salesforce as if uploaded manually means they are quickly out of date. We are trying to manually match up web data with our email data in Salesforce but haven't found a way around this as yet.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to identify companies visiting our website and integrate this with Salesforce, giving greater visibility over traffic and segmenting visitors for our sales team.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you for the great review! We're glad to hear Lead Forensics is giving your team valuable visibility into website visitors and working well with Salesforce. It's also fantastic to hear your positive feedback about Ashutosh Bhaskar, we'll be sure to pass that on.

We appreciate the feedback on contact and prospect syncing and will share it with our team as we continue improving the platform.

Best regards,
Dawn

  ### 4. Clear Marketing Insights That Help Us Spend Smarter

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It has really helped us figure out where to focus our marketing dollars. It shows what’s working and what isn’t, so we can tweak our strategy where we need to.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It’s hard to filter out certain industries. For example, we have Education set as an industry, but we only want higher education versus lower levels, and right now it can’t separate them.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is solving how we are using our market dollars and how we refine our strategy.

  ### 5. Powerful Visitor Insight That Sparks Prospect Conversations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabby E. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It helps us gain visibility into the businesses that have visited our website, which shows intent and interest. It’s a powerful tool that allows us to start conversations with potential prospects.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I personally think the dashboard could have a more modern look and feel to it to make it easier to navigate. I also feel as though there is a lot to of different report types which can sometimes be confusing, knowing which one to use.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics gives us clear visibility into which companies have been on our website. It shows the pages they visited, the keywords they searched for, and provides contact information for people who work there. Overall, it’s a strong sales enablement tool for our sales team.

  ### 6. Boosts Lead Generation but Needs UI Refinement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob M. | Vice President of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like the contacts Lead Forensics provides. It really helps us scale our prospects and get warm leads. The way it shows the type of business and the roster is useful for us.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I wish there was a bit more flow in some areas. Sometimes, I can't remember what page I'm on and what buttons work. When going into a company page, searching for the contact should be easier, like having the top three contacts pop up that match the pages looked at, such as marketing, HR, etc.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps us scale our prospects and get warm leads.

  ### 7. Auto Alerts to HubSpot and Email Make Follow-Ups Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dougie S. | Account Manager, Pelion IoT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Review who has visited and the auto alerts to Hubspot and email alerts as a result. I use it daily and it integrates well with hubspot and outlook via hubspot

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Sometimes glitchy to login but this is only occasional. I'd like to be able to adjust what views I get when highlighting an account visit on the right view pane

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics gives me the ability to target activity to prospects more accurately by spending time on accounts that have visited us. I use Lead Forensics to identify accounts that have visited us and what pages then check my outbound sequencing in hubspot to see who has opened emails. Without this I would find it much harder to spot activity by prospects and customers in hubspot - this way I can see who has been active and target my time

  ### 8. Effortless Lead Generation with Intuitive Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Damian L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I really like that Lead Forensics is easy to use. It transforms cold calls into warmer conversations, making interactions more effective. I appreciate being able to see who has viewed our website, as it indicates that they are already interested. Overall, I find everything about it simple and effective, and I don't think it needs any improvement.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There is nothing not to like

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to generate leads, making cold calls warmer conversations. It shows who viewed our website, indicating interest and easing outreach.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you for your fantastic feedback. We’re delighted to hear Lead Forensics is helping turn cold outreach into warmer, more productive conversations by identifying companies already engaging with your website. It’s great to know you find the platform simple, effective, and valuable for lead generation. We truly appreciate your support and recommendation.

  ### 9. Easy to Use with an Impressive Range of Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lena B. | Sales Executive II, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead forensics puts a world of information at my fingertips. Not only can I better track click paths, campaign effectiveness and areas of interest, but I can see which companies are interacting with the marketing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I haven't found anything I dislike so far.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics gives me the ability to track campaigns well beyond click paths. I can see what types of businesses are responding to different messaging, help guide our sales team to warm leads, and also tell if a meeting the sales team had with potential clients is driving the needle by the way that client interacts with the website after the fact.

  ### 10. Unmatched B2B Visitor Insights for High-Value Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael G. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics gives us visibility into high-intent B2B traffic that would otherwise be completely anonymous. We rely on it daily to understand which companies are engaging with our site, what pages they view, and how that behavior aligns with real sales conversations. It’s especially valuable for longer, high-value sales cycles where visitors don’t immediately fill out a form. The platform is intuitive, actionable, and far more useful than traditional analytics alone.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

One limitation is that identification works from visitors browsing on a company network, so traffic coming from personal devices or home internet can be harder to attribute at the company level. That’s an inherent constraint of the technology rather than the platform itself.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics solves the problem of anonymous B2B website traffic. In our business, many high-intent visitors research extensively before ever submitting a form, which traditionally leaves sales and marketing blind. Lead Forensics allows us to identify the companies behind that traffic, understand what content they’re engaging with, and prioritize follow-up more intelligently. This has improved sales conversations, informed how we optimize our website, and helped align marketing activity with real buying intent for high-value opportunities.

  ### 11. Easy to Use Platform with Truly Helpful Custom Success Managers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** richard t. | Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The platform is easy to use, and the Custom Success Managers are really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Occasionally, the IP addresses correspond to a shared building with multiple offices. This is unavoidable, though.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me solve multiple problems at once, from sourcing new clients to selling products to my existing clients.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you for your feedback, Richard. We’re delighted to hear you’ve found the platform easy to use and that our Customer Success Managers have been so helpful in supporting your goals.

We also appreciate your comments regarding shared office locations. This can occasionally affect visitor identification. It’s fantastic to know Lead Forensics is helping you both uncover new opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.

  ### 12. Accurate Data, Easy Setup, and Brilliant Support from Lead Forensics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah R. | Business Sales Support Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I have been using Lead Forensics for about 2 months now. This has significantly improved our lead conversion rate. The data is accurate and easy to use. The support I have received from Jack at Lead Forensics has been brilliant! I use the system daily to target new business. The set up was super easy and I was given a lot of support to help get going.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

At the moment I am yet to find anything significant that I dislike. As I am fairly new to using the system I am still getting to grips with how it works and what it can do to benefit. Perhaps this may be unique to my workplace but sometimes its difficult to establish if it's a business or a learner viewing our website.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

building in the Lead Forensics platform with our CRM so that the systems talk to one another. This will help take away some of the manual work behind using the systems.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience Hannah and for the 5stars! We’re thrilled to hear Lead Forensics has boosted your lead conversion and that Jack has been so helpful. Integrating with your CRM will make things even smoother, and we’re excited to see the results!

Best regards,
Dawn

  ### 13. Powerful Website Tracking to Understand Customer Demand

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** daniel d. | It infastructure manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

website tracking to understand customer demand

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

its not always clear how a person navigated to a page

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its helpful to understand what customer click on most to ensure we focus on those areas to better drive business decisions

  ### 14. Clear Visitor Insights with Names, Roles, and Page-Level Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayne F. | Human Resources Manager and Sales Assistant , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Ultimately, it shows WHO has visited our website together with exactly what page has been visited and provides names, job titles and contact details. It also shows how many times they have visited our website.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The only thing I would say is a downside to Lead Forensics as it doesn't have an option to identify the visitor as potential

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to get new business. To be able to contact a company who have been on our website, rather than total cold calls is a long term problem solving benefit for any business, trying to get new.

  ### 15. Pre-Qualified Leads, Seamless User Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guy M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like that Lead Forensics is easy to use, reliable, and accurate. It gives us valuable insights into companies that are actively looking for the software and services we provide, turning them into sales opportunities. It effectively provides us with pre-qualified leads, helping us identify companies likely to be good prospects. The initial setup was very easy; we simply gave a code to our web developers and got started. The integration with our Zoho CRM works well.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There's only one thing that I wish was better. A mobile app. They currently don't have one and the mobile optimization on the website is very clunky. I'm a very active user of the platform and I can be away from my desk for extended periods. Having a good mobile app would make it easier to assign visits as they happen and receive alerts & notifications etc.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to capture website visits, turning them into sales opportunities by identifying ghost visitors. It provides valuable insights into potential leads, helping me pre-qualify prospects and close business effectively.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thanks for your feedback Guy and for the 5stars! We’re glad Lead Forensics is helping you identify high-quality leads and that setup and Zoho integration were smooth. We appreciate your suggestion about a mobile app and will pass it on to our team.

Best regards,
Dawn

I appreciate how Lead Forensics helps us bridge the gap between website traffic and actual lead visibility. I love that we're able to identify anonymous visitors and reach out to them directly. It's great to gain insight into companies or individuals who are interested in working with us. From a sales perspective, it helps strengthen our pipeline. I also found the initial setup to be super easy.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The accuracy of company identification can vary at times.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics bridges the gap between website traffic and lead visibility, identifying anonymous visitors to strengthen our sales pipeline.

  ### 17. Clear Data Insights, Room for Accuracy Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonia S. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like that Lead Forensics captures more visits compared to other similar tools. It provides a clear and easy-to-use way of showing the data. It's also helpful in determining if our SEM is targeting the right audiences. The initial setup was easy and not difficult.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

We are having a problem to know who exactly visited our website and the contact acquired in Lead Forensics are sometime not accurate. In addition, the business industry is not quite correct, so we need to check the data manually

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps us determine if our SEM targets the right audiences and captures more visitor data compared to similar tools. The way the data is presented is clear and easy to use.

  ### 18. Uncovering New Potential Customers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark L. | Branch Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We are receiving details of companies that we haven`t dealt with before so possible potential customers

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Only downside yet has been the repetitiveness of some of the same customers, maybe this could be filtered?

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feeding us new customers that we may not have known before

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you for your feedback, Mark. We’re delighted to hear Lead Forensics is helping you uncover new potential customers and identify opportunities that may otherwise have gone unnoticed.

We also appreciate your comments regarding repeat visitors. There are a variety of options available to help prioritise activity, and your Customer Success Manager would be happy to help you refine these further. Thank you for your support.

  ### 19. Great for Uncovering Hidden Leads and Buyer Intent

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas B. | Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics is great for surfacing hidden leads, uncovering buyer intent, and understanding where leads come to your site from and how they behave across your pages.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The UI is limiting at times, but is easy to understand and is always improved upon

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfacing buyer intent from qualified prospects and uncovering new leads that were missing from campaigns and outbound.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you for your feedback, Lucas. We’re pleased to hear the platform is helping you uncover valuable leads and better understand buyer intent.
We also appreciate your comments on the UI—ongoing improvements are a key focus for us.

  ### 20. Exceptional support from Joe and some powerful insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean B. | Digital Marketing and Internal Communications Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Joseph Stone (Joe) has been amazing to work with. From day one he has been knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of Lead Forensics. He has given me the tools and confidence to use the platform far more effectively, always taking the time to explain things clearly and tailor guidance to what we actually need.

What I have appreciated most is his responsiveness and consistency - whenever I have a question or need support, Joe is there with a helpful, practical answer and a clear next step. His expertise has made a real difference to our setup and day-to-day use.

Lead Forensics itself has been a valuable tool for us. It gives strong visibility on who is visiting our website, helps us uncover opportunities we would otherwise miss, and supports better, more timely follow-up. With Joe's support, we have been able to sharpen how we use the insights and turn them into real marketing and sales value. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

If I had to pick anything, it is that the platform can feel a bit complex at first and takes time to get fully confident with all the features. There is a lot of capability, which is great, but it does mean the learning curve is slightly steeper than expected.

To get the most out of it, you really benefit from having dedicated support or training alongside you. The tool is powerful, but it is not always plug-and-play, and having someone guide you through setup, best practices, and how to interpret the insights makes a big difference.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is solving the problem of anonymous website traffic - turning visits into identifiable companies and decision makers we can actually act on. Instead of seeing only numbers in analytics, we can understand who is engaging with our content, what they are looking at, and how interested they are.

That benefits us by helping to uncover opportunities we would otherwise miss, prioritise follow-up based on real intent, and tailor our marketing and outreach to what prospects are genuinely exploring. It supports more timely, relevant conversations and helps us focus effort on organisations that are already showing signals of interest in our services.

  ### 21. Improved our lead tracking, simplified our lead magnet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James W.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I use Lead Forensics to track PPC clicks to our website, which helps make our ad spend more economical. It offers better insights than Google Ads and allows us to qualify our leads with emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles. We can see the keywords searched by anyone who clicked our ad, which is helpful for adding more keywords. It also allows us to filter out people we don't want to find our ads using negative keywords. The initial setup was really easy; we just installed a bit of code in our Google ad, and it collected data immediately.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

No complaints yet! Perhaps the website could look a bit nicer? But not really a complaint

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to identify interested businesses without forms, track PPC clicks, and it enhances our ad spend economics by offering better insights than Google Ads, and qualifying leads with detailed contact info. Seeing keywords used in ads lets me optimize with new and negative keywords.

  ### 22. Using Lead Forensics to identify potential warmer sales opportunities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley D. | Senior New Business Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We use Lead Forensics as a means to track activity across our website and identify potential warmer sales opportunities to follow-up on. We also use it to track known prospects and existing customers to identify up-sell opportunities. I like that Lead Forensics provides a simple to use Visitor List dashboard that provides all the information needed, including which sites/pages have been visited, time spent on each page and total number of visits. Additionally, the reporting functionality allows us to identify which pages and industries are most frequently coming to our website.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The contact search functionality is useful, however, I do sometimes find that the known contacts within Lead Forensics don't always match with the known contacts from an organisations LinkedIn page. This does leave some gaps when collating contact data on prospective individuals.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying warmer leads and sales opportunities to follow-up in a target manner as opposed to taking a spray and pray approach.

  ### 23. Easy to Navigate with Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

An easy-to-navigate platform that offers a simple, yet effective way to garner new prospects. Good support from the team when needed.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Some of the set up can be a little time consuming in terms of inputting via post codes but nothing major to note so far

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better insights into website traffic - allows us to understand if various marketing angles are working as well as additional new prospects to reach out to whilst keeping an eye on current customer touch points

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you for your feedback. We’re delighted to hear you’ve found the platform easy to navigate and effective for identifying new prospects, and that our team has been there to support you when needed.

We also appreciate your comments on the setup process. We’re continually looking for ways to make configuration even more efficient while helping customers gain valuable insights into website traffic and new business opportunities.

I find Lead Forensics very easy to use. The software has an intuitive and modern dashboard that makes it refreshing to understand the data coming in. I love how it allows easy access to the sites of prospects or clients on the website, and even connects with LinkedIn for searching contacts. I also appreciate the amazing customer service, which started with James Simmons understanding our needs during the sales process, followed by incredible onboarding and training from the CSR team. Additionally, the setup was seamless thanks to the great support. The software helps us track and see who's visiting our sites, whether they're new clients, prospects, or returning clients, and lets us actively target clients genuinely interested in our products. It's also valuable in informing us when returning clients access the site, reminding us to follow them up, which has proven beneficial for projects.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I'd love to have an app on the phone that's easier to use. And I'd love it if the notifications were quicker to come through to me on email or through the portal to notify us when certain prospects are returning to the website.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to see who's visiting our site, targeting genuinely interested clients. It alerts us when previous clients revisit, prompting follow-ups and reviving stagnant projects.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you for the fantastic feedback! We’re so pleased to hear that Lead Forensics is helping you easily identify and act on engaged visitors, and that our team made the sales and onboarding experience seamless. It’s great to know the platform is supporting follow-ups and reviving projects, and we really appreciate your suggestions around mobile access and faster notifications - feedback like this helps us continue to improve.

Best regards,
Dawn

  ### 25. Review from Led Forensics Customer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan H. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics has become an essential tool for us at Brian James Trailers. It allows us to see which companies and individuals are visiting our website, even if they don’t submit an enquiry, which gives our sales and marketing teams a significant advantage in prioritising leads. We’ve been able to identify new sectors and geographies we hadn’t previously considered, which has helped us expand into markets we were targeting. The platform integrates well with our CRM system, making it easier to manage leads and follow up in a structured way. We also appreciate the support from the Lead Forensics team, who have guided us through setup, helped with best practices, and provided training to ensure our team can use the tool effectively

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The platform isn’t without its challenges. The interface can feel a bit dated and the layout is not always intuitive, which can make navigating certain reports confusing at first. Occasionally, some of the contact details obtained through the platform are no longer valid, which can result in lost credits. While Lead Forensics integrates with many platforms, we would like to see more direct connections with certain CRM systems to remove the need for middleware. Despite these minor issues, the benefits in lead generation and market insight far outweigh the drawbacks, and any initial setup challenges are quickly resolved with the support team.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics solves the problem of unidentified website visitors. Many potential customers browse our site without filling out a contact form, which previously meant we had no way of knowing who was interested. With Lead Forensics, we can identify these companies and key decision-makers, understand which pages they’re viewing, and prioritize follow-ups effectively.

This is benefiting Brian James Trailers by:

Generating warm leads we would otherwise miss.

Helping us target new industries and regions where there is interest but no current business.

Improving sales efficiency, as our team can focus on prospects who are actively engaging with our website.

Enhancing CRM integration, allowing seamless management of leads and tracking of follow-up activity.

Overall, it has turned our website into a more powerful sales tool and given our team confidence in pursuing opportunities we might have overlooked.

I use Lead Forensics to target companies and customers visiting our website and understand what companies are interested in our products.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

  ### 28. Simple Integration, Insightful Leads, and Friendly Account Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

simple integration, easy to use, insightful information and it does generate leads! Bonus is that we always have friendly help to hand from our dedicated account manager

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There's nothing that I really dislike about Lead Forensics, other than I don't like the idea of data collection and cold calls! LF provide our team with tools and guidance on how to handle this though so it puts my mind at ease

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its a huge advantage having the advance insight of a website visitors areas of interest, as we're able to make an informed decision when we reach out. It means that the correct team member is ready to guide them through the areas in which they showed interest in.

  ### 29. Essential Tool for Uncovering and Prioritising Website Leads

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex D. | Digital Marketing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics provides us with clear insight into which businesses are visiting our website without converting. Our internal lead generation teams rely on this information daily to uncover new opportunities, better understand visitor intent, and customise their outreach efforts. The platform allows us to easily track who is interacting with our content, which pages they are viewing, and how frequently they return. This detailed data enables us to prioritise prospects, refine our conversations, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our marketing activities.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The user interface appears somewhat outdated, which sometimes makes it harder to notice certain useful features. I often find that it takes me longer than I’d like to locate the tools or views I need, mainly because they aren’t displayed as clearly as they could be.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics has enabled us to connect the dots between our website traffic and tangible, actionable leads. Previously, we had very limited insight into which businesses were visiting our site unless they filled out a form. With Lead Forensics, our teams are now able to identify these visitors, gauge their interest, and follow up with more targeted outreach.

This has enhanced our lead generation efforts, improved the quality of our conversations with prospects, and provided us with a clearer understanding of what potential customers are seeking. Additionally, it supports more informed decision-making across both sales and marketing by revealing which campaigns, pages, and messages are most effective in driving engagement.

  ### 30. Company Interaction Alerts That Improve Engagement Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Callum F. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It’s not just a one-time update; we get a notification every time a company interacts with our website, which helps us understand their activity and better gauge their level of engagement.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

If it’s from a large company, it’s difficult to know who to engage with, since there are no further details beyond the company name.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us understand whether both current customers and prospective customers are actively engaging with our public materials, which in turn lets us use our time more effectively and focus our engagement where it matters most.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Hi Callum, thanks for your review. We're glad to hear you're finding the trigger alerts helpful in seeing when people are coming to your website. Unfortunately due to GDPR we cannot tell you the exact person that visits your website, but you can use our contact data to identify the decision maker/s you would normally sell to and follow up with which follows best practice for process and results. I have asked your CSM Adam to follow up with you in more detail.

Best regards,
Dawn

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

I find Lead Forensics particularly helpful for using business lists and creating categories to track targets or accounts we're interested in. I appreciate being able to drill down into the content a visitor is looking at, whether it's a pricing page, the homepage, or a blog, as it helps us prioritize based on visitor actions. It's also extremely intuitive in managing the setup, adding business lists and target accounts, and analyzing visitor activity. The monthly account calls are very helpful in providing insights into how our account is used.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Nothing comes to mind

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics lets me track website visitors who are known customers, suppliers, and target accounts in real-time. I find it helpful to create categories for business lists and track visitor actions on different pages for prioritization.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cherie S. | Business Development Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We like the fact that not only does it tell us who has landed on our website, it tells us what landing page so we can call and mention their specific needs

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It would be good if LF could tell us who was looking on the site but saying that when we use the credits their relevant contacts are always good

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It shows us who is landing so they are hot leads, how else would we know to call them, gives us the edge over our competitors.

  ### 34. Valuable Insights, Outstanding Support

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It is a great tool to use and makes my job that little easier with live leads to reach out to.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

For the larger companies I work with that visit the website, it is difficult to know who it was exactly.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It notifies me of which companies visit out site, and when I check on our CRM to check if we have them already, if not I would then add a new account, the website link, name, address and number is always useful for this.

I like how Lead Forensics provides insight into who has been on our website and which pages they have viewed. It's also quite helpful that it offers location data, allowing our team to target specific geographic areas. I find it easy to use, and I really appreciate the ability to create lists for vertical-specific customers. This helps our team, who manage particular verticals, gain insights into which customers within our segments have visited our site. The initial setup was easy, too.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Doesn't always allow you to assign a lead, sometimes takes a few attempts.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics gives us insights into website visitors and the pages they view, enhancing our geographical targeting. We also manage vertical-specific customer lists to understand which customers engage with us online.

Being able to track website visitors in real time and set up alerts allows us to target prospects with accurate and relevant marketing activity. Its like having an extra member of the sales team! Setting up the flows is really easy and its now part of our day to day work. We use HubSpot as our CRM system and the fact that we get the two working together makes things so streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There isn't really anything to dislike. Our Account Manager really understands our business and what we want to achieve so once everything is set up, it sort of does what it needs to.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To be honest there isn't really anything that we need at the moment but Joe will always come to us with new developments and then work with us to see how it can benefit Pressac.

  ### 41. Sophisticated Tool with Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monty F. | Business Development Manager

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I use Lead Forensics for website leads, and I'm really excited about their credit feature. My customer support team, especially Angela Tribal, has been super awesome. The customer support is outstanding, and the tool is sophisticated. The credits feature is just next level for doing business development. Though I'm new to the product, its function is pretty straightforward and the customer support team has been great and available.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I'd like to be able to input any URL or company and spend credits on those as well and not just website visitors. This may already be a tool that I'm unaware of. I'm unaware. But my learning curve being new to the product.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics gives me an organized way to evaluate and infer who visits our website. By using credits, I'm able to communicate with the proper decision makers to meet my goals.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thanks for your review Monty! We’re thrilled to hear that Lead Forensics and the credits feature are helping you connect with the right decision-makers, and that Angela and our support team have made your experience smooth and straightforward.

  ### 42. Powerful Customer Insights with Seamless Pipedrive CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The thing I like best about Lead Forensics is the ability to gain insight on what products, business, and tools our customer is most interested in. With Lead Forensics I've also been able to easily integrate the data captured from Lead Forensics into our CRM system, Pipedrive where our sales team can also easily review this data and reach out to customers. I've also enjoyed the automated emails that give you a snapshot of customer visits as well as the ability to categorise everything super easily. As well, Joe, our account manager for Mistral Group, is fantastic and super helpful on every success review call or any additional questions we may have.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

What I dislike is when you first integrate the data within Lead Forensics to Pipedrive, you need to manually push it through although this only happens once and once it's pushed through you don't need to do it again.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting insight into what our customers are thinking and seeing where we can push certain vehicles to which customers as well as get an idea of who is visiting after our campaigns and what we can market or promote next.

  ### 43. Insightful Tool for Identifying Website Visitors

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** james w. | Cleaning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like how Lead Forensics helps me to find new business opportunities and tailor conversations based on the information of what potential clients have viewed on the website. I also appreciate being able to see stats on the most common website pages and visitors.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It's hard to identify who the person is, and often the emails given in the contact bit are wrong. There's also a bit of a teething process to understand how to use it.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps identify who visits our website, finds new business opportunities, checks the success of meetings, and tailors conversations based on visitor activity.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you, James, for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear the platform is helping you uncover new opportunities and tailor your outreach more effectively with valuable visitor insights.
We also appreciate your comments on contact accuracy and onboarding. We’re continually improving both data quality and the user experience, and our team is always here to support you.

  ### 44. Fascinating Visitor Insights That Sharpen Our Marketing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I find some of the statics they can provide fascinating. Being able to establish the behaviour of our vistors gives us an insight on how to market most effectively and what may be working for us and what may not.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

For obvious reasons the system cant identify who has been on the website but understand the restraints around that.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can be difficult to monitor the effectiveness of a website so being able to track what pages have been visited and how long people spend on these allows us to tailor our marketing better.

  ### 45. Essential Tool for Business Growth and Lead Identification

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corey H. | Group Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Without lead forensics, I would not be able to identify who is visiting my website and not following through. After using it, I now find it almost an essential tool in my toolbox as a Group Business Development Manager. There are many industries we do not currently serve as a business but we are slowly starting to see prospects from new industries we are now aiming to break into which is a promising sign we are looking in the right areas. I also have experience of using Lead Forensics as an outreach tool to collect relevant contact details of key decision makers and have successfully won work and built relationships through this method. Very easy to implement and get up and running. We have a lot of member within the company who are not familiar with this kind of software and they have managed to build a good understanding of how it works and also use it daily. I use it very frequently too, definitely on a daily, or every two days basis. I like that it can integrate into other platforms such as CRM systems. Since I'm currently building a CRM system, I'm looking to use Lead Forensics as a lead collector and then import the leads into the CRM system via a trigger report.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The only downsides I've found is that the layout isn't the cleanest or most intuitive. The webpage looks a little bit outdated, though it is still functional once you spend time identifying where certain reports are or learning what the name of certain things are such as trigger reports (which our account manager helped me out with when i didn't understand it.) Sometimes I have used credits to get contact details but when attempting to email these contacts I get a bounce back email and lose my credit as the email is no longer in use. I'm not sure where the emails are extracted from but sometimes they don't work. It would be a good idea to allow direct integration rather than the use of middleware with some CRM systems such as Monday.com as there is no direct option here.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool is helping us better understand the visiting behaviors of businesses. We are able to identify certain patterns, such as when people browse our site but do not proceed with an enquiry, even though some of these visitors would be ideal clients. With this insight, we can refine our website funnels to address these issues and also reach out directly to see if we can genuinely assist, rather than letting potential opportunities slip away. In sales, timing is often a matter of luck—whether it’s due to supply challenges or new projects. Knowing that someone is actively exploring our services allows us to focus on those who are more likely to get in touch with us.

  ### 46. Turning Website Traffic Into Leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conor W. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

From a marketing perspective, Lead Forensics is incredibly valuable for understanding our audience at a deeper level. It allows us to see exactly which businesses are visiting our website, what pages or resources they engage with, and how they move through our content. It also helps us prioritise high-potential leads, tailor follow-up campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of our content in driving interest. Essentially, it bridges the gap between anonymous website traffic and actionable marketing intelligence, allowing us to convert more visitors into engaged prospects and ultimately, customers.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There are a few areas where the platform could be even more useful:

It would be great to have the ability to map out key contacts within those businesses that we should be approaching.

Increasing the percentage of businesses we can track would improve our coverage and insights.

Some guidance on actionable next steps after identifying leads would make the tool even more effective for sales follow-up.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics solves the challenge of anonymous website traffic by turning it into actionable marketing intelligence. Instead of guessing who is visiting our site, we can now identify the businesses engaging with our content, understand what interests them, and assess whether we are reaching the right audience.

A huge part of the benefit comes from having an excellent account manager, Joseph Stone, who works closely with us to refine our targeting, suggest ways to maximise the features of Lead Forensics, and ensure we get the most value from the platform.

  ### 47. Insightful Visitor Tracking with Great Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like the reports that can be set up with Lead Forensics, as they provide a nice, concise daily summary detailing which organizations have visited our website, how long they stayed, and the pages they've visited. I also appreciate that these reports can be tailored to gather the precise data we want to track for our product-market fit organizations. Additionally, I like how Lead Forensics can be integrated with our CRM, which automates processes, allowing our sales team to instantly access the data they need without delay. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to our amazing Customer Success Manager, Jaycee, who simplified the process and showed us how to get the best out of all the features Lead Forensics offers.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

For some of our team, they initially found Lead Forensics a bit confusing and felt that the interface was a bit slow at times. They struggled to understand certain features, but this has improved the more time our team has used Lead Forensics.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics has helped us to better understand which organizations visit our website, and what they're viewing, as we had no way to look at this previously. It helps inform sales outreach and automates CRM integration, saving our team time.

  ### 48. Lead Generation Powerhouse with Insightful Features

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like Lead Forensics for its ability to track prospects and the insights it gives me. It's really helpful to see when they looked at my website, where they looked, and what keywords they used. This information really helps me make directed and detailed messages since I know what prospects want and need. Also, the customer success managers are great; they help broaden my knowledge of the program and make understanding it easier. The initial setup was very good, thanks to their customer success department.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

no comment

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is great when the pipeline is empty, helping with lead generation. It tracks prospects and provides insights like website visits and keywords, allowing me to craft directed and detailed messages.

  ### 49. Invaluable Real-Time Website Visitor Insights for Smarter Outreach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Fantastic, real-time monitoring of website traffic. The information provided (visitor company, number of employees, pages visited and how long spent on each) is invaluable when making contact with the potential customer. You already know what they are researching and with what they need help.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The leads are a little less valuable for larger companies (through no fault of Lead Forensics). It is not too difficult to find the correct contact in a small(ish) company but can be very difficult in a company of 500+ people.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We also monitor when our existing customers are accessing our website. This allows us to be proactive in reaching out to them to make sure they found the information and assistance they needed. The customer is generally very appreciative of this approach, and demonstrates how we have their best interest front of mind.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thanks for your feedback! We’re glad Lead Forensics is helping you monitor both new and existing visitors in real time, giving you valuable insights to engage proactively and show customers you have their best interests in mind.

Best regards,
Dawn

  ### 50. Easy to Use with Valuable Visitor Insights and Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly M. | Sales and Marketing Support Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics is incredibly easy to use and navigate, making it simple to access the insights we need. We consistently receive excellent support from our customer account manager, who provides proactive communication and guidance whenever we need it.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There have been a couple of occasions where changes to status settings weren’t being retained. However, this was only a minor issue and was resolved quickly once raised, so it hasn’t impacted our overall experience with the platform.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform gives us valuable visibility into who is visiting our website, which has been a huge advantage when planning and refining our campaigns
