What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Identifying companies that have visited our site is important to us in helping us to measure the success of our campaigns. We can instantly tag them as a prospect, customer etc and assign them using the lead manager tool to the relevant sales manager. We often see visits from email campaigns and PPC that have hit the site and not converted for whatever reason. By identifying them we can follow up and knowing that they have been on our site helps open conversations for our sale staff to begin building relationships with the buyer. The data tool is also really helpful. We know who our audience is so by filtering out those positions we are often able to identify the right person to be speaking to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

Not a dislike as is the nature of our industry, but we receive a lot of visits from .ac websites which would be helpful if we could filter out completely. We get round this by tagging these as non-qualified and filtering out these visits using the options supplied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lead Forensics:

You get out what you put in. Lead Forensics will identify companies that have visited your website but it won't directly increase your sales alone. If you know your audience and are aware of your activity then it is a fantastic tool that gives you that extra bit of information you may not have had from elsewhere. Use it correctly and it is very powerful. We have certainly increased conversions and gained sales we wouldn't have had without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sales conversion. The tool has definitely helped us increase overall sales conversion. Without it, some of the customers we have gained would never have converted. A prime example is one large client we now have that was on our site reading some content. They didn't convert on the site, but our sales manager instantly got in touch with them and asked the right questions. Initially, they weren't directly looking for help, but by knowing they had been on our site we were able to complete a sale we wouldn't have had from any other means. This particular customer is now one of our largest accounts so the proof that Lead Forensics is valuable is in this alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Lead Forensics has been extremely helpful to our business development team who use the platform on a daily basis. It helps us to identify new businesses in each of our branches local areas to expand our business. It also allowed the teams to follow up with current customers with up and cross sell opportunities they gathered through viewing customers activity our website.

Our marketing team also uses Lead Forensics to monitor the effectiveness of ads campaigns, which allows us to see how our marketing is driving traffic to our website.

Triggered reports make it easier for us to send our sales team automated alerts about their key accounts and new business. Overall, it has been a great tool for us to improve our sales and marketing efforts.

Our IT team also found it icredibly easy to intergrate and implement due to the API features.

The Support and Customer Success team was great in handling and helping us implement our specific requirements for the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

One area where Lead Forensics can improves is in the process of data. Sometimes the amount of information provided can feel a bit overwhelming, even though its limited to each of the users locations. Also, because of the amount of data we get, the load times suffer, but these are minor points in terms of the benefits we recieve overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software helps us solve two key issues, identifying prospective businesses on our website and informing the local sales teams, and tracking current customer website useage. Before using Lead Forensics, we couldn’t see which companies visited our website and what content they were engaging with so adding this has helped to develop new business not only with new companies but existing customers too.

Our business development team can now identify potential businesses in their local area, allowing them to reach out when we are fresh in thier minds. We can also track the interest of existing customers, which helps us strengthen those relationships. We also found it helped us to identify customers that were browsing products that they weren't purchasing from us, allowing the sales team to diversify the product portfolio with these customers.

For our marketing team, Lead Forensics also provides insight into effective ads campaigns and email outreach to track how these efforts are driving traffic to our website. This visibility has been essential to improving our sales and marketing effectiveness, ultimately helping us grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I can see what companies visit my websites and who the target contacts are at those companies. I also can get the emails and phone numbers of those targets. Some of the competitors that I have used did not provide the list of contacts and their information. This is a huge advantage that Lead Forensics has. I also like the ability to create alerts based on many different factors and have them sent to my sales team. The integration with the CRM is very helpful. Lead Forensics contacts trigger a series of automated events once automatically added to the CRM. Very helpful. The people that work for LF, especially Aliya Hennessy, in particular, is a high-quality professional. Helpful in all technical things and even makes it easy to deal with their accounting dept. ;) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

Sometimes the app throws errors, but typically when you refresh, it always comes back. Some of the user interface could be brought up to the current design best practices, but this is not as important as the benefits LF provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us discover qualified leads. It shows us what companies are looking at us that we otherwise would not know. It also helps with a quick outreach to companies that just minutes ago were reading our website. The recency factor is huge in winning a client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

While Lead Forensics has been a valuable tool for us, one area for improvement is the volume of data that can sometimes feel overwhelming. There are occasions when the information provided isn't always as clear as we'd like, requiring extra time to filter through the most relevant leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Before Lead Forensics we had no idea of who was visting our website and looking at our products. After signing up, we immediately had insight to potential customers looking at our website and the particular equipment they were viewing. This gave me the oppounity to pursue potential clients I had no idea were in the market for our products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

I wish there were a way to determine who at "said company" visited. It would be great to get an actual email address/phone number or name of the person visiting. I have to use LinkedIn or other message to try and get a contact for the website visitors which proves to be very challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have no problems. Our account manger Sam is great and very helpful. My only dislike was mentioned earlier oin this form... Although the chat with us feature can go away, it is annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Then you can search for specific people within those companies that you would like to target based on what is important to your organisation. it has all this information in the one place easy to access. My account manager is super helpful as well and always working with me to find better ways to utilise the platform.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

The only things i dislike happen very very rarely, sometimes contacts purchased actually no longer work at those companies. However, once you report that you get the credit back into your account which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its helping save us time by giving us access to more of the right people who may be interested in us as we know someone from that company will have visited our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

It is a great tool to identify companies that have been on our website and then having a marketing strategy that helps us chase warm leads rather than relying on cold calling. It also helps as a reminder to chase a customer that you have quoted who have said that its in future FY budget and then you see activity on your website and contact the customer for an update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

With customers now working from home, if they do not use a company VPN then it will not let you know the company activity on the site, apart from that, i really like using the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is identifying warm leads and also helps to show if campaigns that we are running that drive companies to our website are the right type of customer that we are looking to attract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

No way that I can find to automate email list generation of desired categories and job titles. We do this manually, and then add the leads to our email campaign. If this could be developed with a review/approval step to confirm using contact credits, that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
