It is very easy to navigate the platform and see potential opportunities who visited my website. Within 15 mins of installing a piece of code, my sales contact informed me of some businesses we had been targeting. WOW. The demo by Oliver Roberts was amazing. He really showed me how the platform could be used. He really didn't have to sell the product to me........he uncovered a pain and solved it with the solution - Top Salesmanship

There are multiple ways of performing the same task to create a filter so i think this could be slimmed down to make life easier.

We are an industry shaker, and we need to ensure we are in contact with low-hanging fruit - quickly. We don't have the time to waste selling our leadership programmes so this enables us to close the sales cycle. The onboarding from the CSM Alex Bruce has been amazing as he has customised the platform to how Oliver positioned it. He has also given additional support by training the wider team in its capabilities.

The tool is effective in finding accounts that most tools can't distinguish. The interface is intuitive and does not take a lot of time to ramp up. My customer success manager, Corinne Anderson goes above and beyond with support.

I'm waiting on further integration with HubSpot. It's coming soon.

Helping us understand which industries and accounts are visiting our site. We have a better perspective of the traffic that visits our site. This is allowing us to focus on accounts that are active.

You can really see where people are spending their time on the website and what products they are interested in. The reports are so useful, they really allow you to follow up in an easy way and try take advantage of all the traffic on your website. It is also great to set up real time alerts which send an email when someone has visited.

It can be time consuming at first, however I think it is important to persevere with it and the results come in due time. Aside from that, there isn't anything I dislike about it.

Cold calling is always difficult, especially when selling serviced offices. However, this gives you a great list of good leads to follow up on and there is always a lot more traffic on the website than you would originally think. Sometimes people just need that push and this offers a great tool go get in touch with people and really promote your product.

This is a simple, easy to use the well-supported system , They always answer the phone when you need help, and more often that's not the case with a lot of companys today

Didn't really have any downsides always dealt with Emma. She was very patient and always had a solution, and was very professional, took her time to help and support

Lead Forensics has gained us additional sales we didn't know were out there; It has given us access to a previously untapped market which is new to us, leading to a more confident approach method

Troy has shown how I can add symbols to URL that occur frequently so I can quickly recognize them in the list which are important to me

It is addictive which makes you look at it several times a day
