## Lead Forensics Reviews
 ### 1. LeadForensics Delivers Clear Visibility into Website Visitors and Sales Opportunities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle S. | Analytical Laboratory Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

What I like best about LeadForensics is the visibility it gives our team into website visitor activity that we otherwise would not have identified. It helps bridge the gap between anonymous web traffic and actionable sales opportunities by providing company-level insights, allowing our team to better understand who is engaging with our website and prioritize outreach more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

One area that could be improved is the accuracy and consistency of some of the visitor identification data. While the platform provides valuable insights, there are times when the contact information or company matches are either outdated or too broad to be immediately actionable. It would also be helpful to have more seamless integrations and deeper reporting customization to make it easier to tailor the data to our specific sales and marketing workflows.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadForensics is helping solve the challenge of identifying and engaging with potential customers who visit our website but do not fill out a form or directly contact us. Before using the platform, much of that traffic remained anonymous, making it difficult to understand which companies were showing interest in our services. LF gives our team greater visibility into visitor behavior and helps uncover new business opportunities that may have otherwise gone unnoticed.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thanks Danielle for your very positive review. Our software is a great tool for sales teams to not only identify companies who visit your site, but also to understand their journey across your website, and therefore allowing you to prioritise and handle each outreach appropriately.

We have also taken on board your comments about the data accuracy, which we pride ourselves on. We will work with your Customer Success team to try to get to understand better the cases you have and how we can make that better. The same goes for our integration and deeper reporting. We will look to understand more.

 ### 2. Simple Solution for a Complex Problem

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian D. | General Manager, Industrial Automation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It is very easy to know the number of visitors to your site, how many pages they viewed and how long they were on your site but Lead Forensics tells you what company they are from, how they came to your site, which pages they viewed, how many times they have been on your site, if they purchased anything, and almost any other identifying information you wish to have regarding the users on your site. The ability to set the flags for each of these identifiers allows for the filtering by any data point.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There is always room for improvement, but I have yet to find anything missing from this program.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics allows us to know who was on our site, exactly what they looked at, how long they were on our site and most importantly it links all of the cumulative visits together creating a mosaic of the customer that we never had before.

**Official Response from Josie Bagley:**

> Thanks so much for your review, Brian! I'm so glad to head that you've had such a great experience using Lead Forensics so far and wish you continued success with the software.

 ### 3. Intuitive Visitor Identification That Supercharges Sales Targeting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Being able to identify previously unknown website visitors and turn them into actionable sales opportunities is a huge advantage. The platform is intuitive, and the data provided is helping our sales and marketing teams carry out much more effective targeting.

It is also incredibly useful to have a dedicated account manager who we have regualar calls with and who is always on hand to assist with functionality and provides insights into our usage.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Some of the data can occasionally feel a little vague, particularly for smaller businesses or less well-known domains and can require additional research to fully qualify leads as it's a bit of a guessing game sometimes.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It means we're not only relying on inbound enquiries anymore and instead we can proactively approach companies that have already shown interest in our products as well as getting an idea of the user journey they have taken - ie the referral channels and pages visited. This has improved lead generation and given our sales team a stronger pipeline to work from as well as giving a greater insight into how people are using the website, what they're looking for, and what actions they're taking.

 ### 4. Fantastic Rep and a Wealth of Lead Insights with Lead Forensics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor M. | Project Manager/Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Patrick Malone is a fantastic rep. We had some hiccups with lead forensics until we were given Patrick as a rep. He is constantly looking for ways to improve the information that they are generating for us and ways to improve what they are able to do overall. Lead forensics is great for newer/up and coming businesses that need that push to find customers. It is a great way to see who you need to reach out to to get those leads. There is a TON of information you can get by utilizing Lead Forensics correctly.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Lead forensics was just not for us. I see the amazing potential that this can offer to many other business. The information we were receiving was mostly existing customers as we have been a well established business for over 50 years

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead forensics showed us exactly who was visiting out site which was very good information. Patrick was able to pinpoint many ways and generate weekly reports for new visits which helped us determine what to do with that lead

 ### 5. Lead Forensics: Essential for Quality Leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Regan C. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I use Lead Forensics for prospecting new businesses to call for outings at our ballpark. It helps me see who is viewing our website and what they are looking at, so I can have warmer leads. One of my favorite features is being able to look up specific contacts at the company, which helps me find who I am looking for. It helps me find emails and phone numbers of direct contacts in the company, allowing me to get through company gatekeepers and get more outings. The initial setup was easy because they have great resources and a great team to train. Lead Forensics is a great resource.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I do not have any complaints at this time.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps me identify website visitors and what they view, leading to warmer leads. I also find emails and phone numbers for direct contacts, helping me bypass gatekeepers and secure more outings.

 ### 6. Unmatched Website Insights and Actionable Leads

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian M. | Branding Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I have not had this level of insight into our website until I started looking at the data from lead forensics. It shows clear pathways, what our prospective customers are interested in, and as a result we have a strong pool of leads for followup and actionable ideas for improving how we market our company.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Very little so far! I wish we could drill all the way down to the individual user for full transparency but for privacy reasons not possible.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had poor visibility into who was visiting our site, including patterns and frequency--until now. Armed with this data we can now begin systematic outreach of organizations already engaging with our content, and use that to refine our marketing messages and sales pitches.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you for your positive comments, Brian. It's great to read about how you are using our data and the benefit to your sales and marketing operations.

 ### 7. Effortlessly Identifies Warm Leads, Customized for Every Team Member

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh M. | Head of Sales & marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I use Lead Forensics for tracking website visits and providing the sales team with warm leads and intent signals. It's very easy to use and can be easily customized so that each user can see the data they need. I can filter the information so marketing sees what they need, sales see what's relevant to them, and customer service sees anything customer-related. This allows each function to act with more intelligence and intention. The setup was really easy, just a quick bit of code on the website. Our customer success manager, Jess, has been amazing from start to now—always prepared with new use cases and able to assist with any requests, making her feel like an extension of the team.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I would like to see better tracking with Microsoft Ads but I know they are working on that now.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to track website visits and supply the sales team with warm leads. It eliminates the guesswork of visitor identity, ensuring we attract the right people. It is easy to use and customizable, helping different functions act with more intelligence and intention.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you for such an excellent review, Josh. It's wonderful to hear about how you are using the data to benefit your sales, marketing and customer service teams. It's also great to hear how Jess is an amazing extension of your team!

 ### 8. Clear website visitor insights with Lead Forensics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I’ve found Lead Forensics really useful for getting a clearer understanding of who is visiting our website and who is returning.

One of the features I value most is the visitor tracking, as it gives a clear picture of website activity without making things overly complicated. Being able to see returning visitors is especially helpful, as it makes it easier to identify stronger interest and potential follow-up opportunities.

I also find the reports section really useful. It helps us review activity, spot trends, and understand website engagement in a more structured way.

Overall, Lead Forensics provides a clear, easy-to-use view of website visitors and helps turn that insight into something more actionable.

Also, our Customer Success Manager, Jessica, is always very organised, helpful, and great to work with.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I have not experienced anything that I dislike about Lead Forensics.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps us understand who is visiting our website, which companies are showing interest, and when people are coming back.

This solves the problem of website traffic feeling anonymous. Instead of only seeing numbers in analytics, we can get a clearer view of potential prospects and identify where there may be genuine buying intent.

It is also really useful for the sales team, as reps can identify relevant companies and self-assign them for follow-up. This helps reduce admin for both marketing and sales, as opportunities can be picked up more quickly without needing as much manual allocation or back-and-forth.

Seeing returning visitors and using the reports section also helps us prioritise activity more effectively, spot trends, and focus on warmer opportunities.

Overall, Lead Forensics makes website activity more visible, easier to understand, and more actionable for both sales and marketing.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you for your great comments, especially regarding the tracking and reporting features. Also, it's very heartening to read how Jessica is providing additional support.

 ### 9. Fantastic Service with Some Limitations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David W.

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I've been using Lead Forensics for about twelve months, and I find it to be a useful tool for monitoring who visits our website, which helps us target and focus on the clients we want. The simplicity of the tool makes it easy to access information quickly, especially when managing multiple sales tasks. I appreciate the alerts when someone's been on the website and how clear and easy it is to see who they are and what they've been looking at. What impresses me most is the service provided by our account manager, Rachel. She's very good at listening to our specific and unique needs, offering suggestions, and tailoring the experience to help us get the best use out of it. Her availability and dedication to improving our benefits from the tool make the service level very good.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

In terms of what doesn't work well, it's nothing that the software's done. It's because we're quite unique in the service that it's not a standard sales process. The improvements would be to be able to help identify and target the right clients more effectively.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to monitor website visitors and tailor responses based on the pages they view. It helps target specific customers and provides access to business contacts we didn't have before.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thanks David, for your review and comments about the tool and how you use it to target clients, the ease of use and the service from Rachel.

 ### 10. Superior Business Identification, Accurate Insights, and Fantastic Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics is extremely beneficial to our business. Having tried and tested many other tools, Lead Forensics was far superior in terms of identification of businesses and also accuracy. The platform is clean, easy to use and extremely easy to set up on your website. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Special shout out to Joshua Hall for excellent pre-sales support and onboarding and also to Marisa Wiseman for being an exceptional account manager.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

No complaints or problems and have been using for over a year. The support is fantastics as is the software itself.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have greatly benefited by identifying businesses and opportunities that would never have otherwise became known to us.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you Aaron for your comments and great to hear about how happy you are with our software and the work from both Josh in pre-sales and Marisa now that you are live.

 ### 11. Powerful Conversion Tracking and CRM Exports for Clear Campaign ROI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

What I appreciate most about the software is its ability to create conversion tracking based on referrals or tracking tags. It makes exporting leads to our CRM straightforward, allowing us to effectively monitor the ROI of specific campaigns. I also value the insights it provides into the user journey and the types of content that users engage with most on our website.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

My least favorite aspect of the software is the inability to separate visits from different users within the same company. While you can view historical page visits, not being able to identify whether the visits were made by the same individual complicates accurate tracking of the lead source when assessing the ROI of the campaign.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We faced challenges in tracking the returns on our campaigns effectively, but the Lead Forensics team provided invaluable support by setting up a conversion tracking report. This tool allows us to monitor conversions efficiently, eliminating the need for manual review of each visit. As a small company, our time is limited for digging into data, but the responsiveness of the Lead Forensics team has been instrumental. They consistently address our questions and help us access the data we need, enabling us to make more informed decisions.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you very much for your review.
We are very glad to hear that our tool is allowing you great insights of your visitor journeys and to track the ROI of your campaigns.

 ### 12. Unparalleled Insight and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like that Lead Forensics helps us identify visitors to our website and allows us to initiate contact with them, already knowing what they're interested in. It's also a precise tool for gathering website visit statistics. I appreciate how keen Lead Forensics is on ensuring we get the most out of our subscription, with regular Teams meetings, follow-ups, and actionable tasks based on the data we obtain. They really work hard to ensure we benefit from the service we are paying for. The initial setup was quite easy, as they took care of setting everything up, and we just had to connect our website company with Lead Forensics. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of service and information.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I can't think of anything

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to identify website visitors, allowing us to initiate contact and understand their interests. It provides precise website visitor statistics. **Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you Philip for your comments.
It's great to hear that you are pleased with the information we can provide and the benefits and the service that your receive from your subscription.

 ### 13. Intuitive, Detailed Visitor Insights That Help Drive New Business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** adam w. | Group Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Gaining insight into our website visitors has been really helpful, especially for reaching out to potential contacts and finding new business. The menu layout is intuitive, the reporting is detailed, and there’s a wide range of customisable options. The use of tokens to access lead information is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I don’t have any specific pain points. If you’re using the built-in CRM, it would be helpful to have a few additional sections in the pipeline to better refine and track interactions.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had no real understanding of who was accessing our site, when they were visiting, or whether any of our external marketing was working. This has actively allowed us to see who is on our site, when they visit, and where they’re coming from, which helps us understand whether mail campaigns or third-party directory advertising is working by showing where each individual accessed the site from.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thanks for your review Adam! We’re thrilled that Lead Forensics is helping you understand your website visitors, track marketing effectiveness, and uncover new business opportunities, and we appreciate your feedback for an even smoother experience.

Best regards,
Dawn

 ### 14. Gamechanger for our group

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam P. | Director, Group Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I love that it tells you exactly what companies in your area are looking at. I love that it has top decision makers' contact information at your fingertips. It's super easy to use. It took just a few days to get it up and running to its full potential. Sam is the best; he answers all of my questions when I have them. It helped us catch extra revenue we were leaving on the table because we didn't know who was looking at our website. I use it everyday.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I don't like that it doesn't integrate with our CRM (Score).

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It tells us what buyers are looking at online. It also adds new leads to our pipeline for our reps to call

 ### 15. Lead Forensics: Effortless Navigation, Instant Results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Callum B. | Protection Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like Lead Forensics for several reasons. It's really easy to use, and I appreciate the real-time data feature. The system is easy to navigate and allows me to create my own filters, which is incredibly useful when I’m targeting specific industries. The platform has also helped me gain more visibility with potential clients and has been crucial in earning sales that I wouldn't have had without it. The initial setup was straightforward, and our account manager, Jess, has been super helpful, ensuring we make the most of the system.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Leadforensics

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to see when companies are on our website. It gains us visibility with potential clients, provides real-time data, and the system is easy to navigate. It's also really useful for targeting specific industries and has earned me sales.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Hello Callum, and thank you for your comments. It's great to hear about the sales that we have enabled you to achieve. It's also really encouraging to read about how you are personalising our tool with filters to maximise the benefits to you. Finally, thank you for the comments about Jess and how she is enabling you to maximise the benefits to you.

 ### 16. Valuable Lead Insights with Fair Pricing and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The information I gather from Lead Forensics is not something we have had access to in the previous years.
For me in marketing it is used for the geographical purposes as well as for retargeting purposes.
The UI is very intense and can take a minute to get used to but I love that they have videos available to click on at each step.
The ROI is always mentioned in meetings which is hard for us to define since it is mainly used for marketing purposes.
Pricing is fair for what the software does.

I love that Jacki is available at all times. Monthly meetings to ensure they are covering everything is something not every company is willing to do.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Not much I dislike, The main thing with this software is the same as most. You just need to learn the software.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest benefit comes from the marketing perspective. Being able to see who which business is on our website and what demographic and geographic we are receiving which gives us the information we need to know which target to attack more or less.

 ### 17. Turning Anonymous Website Traffic into Actionable Sales Opportunities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James S. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

From a marketing perspective, Lead Forensics turns anonymous website visits into identifiable opportunities. It gives our sales team real, actionable data, including what potential customers are interested in and how often they return to the site. That level of insight is incredibly valuable.

It also provides clear visibility into where our traffic is coming from, allowing me to evaluate keyword performance and make informed adjustments to our Google Ads campaigns.

Beyond the platform itself, the support team at Lead Forensics is outstanding. The software is powerful, but their guidance ensures we are fully utilizing its capabilities.

We are also using the Lead Forensics AI chatbot on our website, which has significantly improved the user experience. It helps visitors quickly find the information they need while guiding them toward taking action, such as submitting a contact form. Once again, the support behind this tool has been exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Honestly, it is difficult to find any real drawbacks with Lead Forensics. The only challenge I have encountered is when dealing with larger companies. Since the platform does not identify the specific individual visiting the site, it can make it more difficult to pinpoint and reach the right contact.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics solves one of the biggest challenges in digital marketing, which is turning anonymous website traffic into actionable sales opportunities. Instead of guessing who is visiting our site, we are able to identify companies, understand what pages they are viewing, and see how often they return. This gives our sales team real insight into buyer intent and allows them to prioritize outreach with more confidence.

It also solves the gap between marketing efforts and measurable results. With clear data on where our traffic is coming from, we can evaluate keyword performance and make informed adjustments to our Google Ads campaigns, ensuring we are investing in what is actually driving engagement.

In addition, the AI chatbot enhances the user experience by helping visitors quickly find the information they need and guiding them toward taking action, such as submitting a contact form. This not only improves engagement but also increases the likelihood of converting visitors into leads.

Overall, Lead Forensics is helping us bridge the gap between website traffic and real business opportunities, making both our marketing and sales efforts more effective.

 ### 18. Lead Forensics Turns Website Traffic Into Accurate, Actionable Leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics is an excellent tool for monitoring website traffic and turning that data into meaningful leads. The matched data is accurate and helps confirm the identity of the visiting entity as well as their location. Overall, it feels like an essential part of the toolbox for any sales or business development executive.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Whilst Lead Forensics provides accurate data about web visitors in terms of organisation and location, including date/time, it relies on matching IP addresses. This works well for visitors from companies with a static IP, but if someone is working from home, data protection regulations can prevent IP addresses from being identified. As a result, those visitors cannot be tracked or matched accurately.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics listened to our feedback and offered improved pricing with a shorter-term commitment, helping ensure we remain a client.

 ### 19. Outstanding Support, Easy-to-Use UI, and In-Depth Website Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan Y. | Marketing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

You get allocated an account manager who is always free for frequent meetings and training with flexible hours. There are multiple training sessions that help get accommodated with the system which is very easy to use with a good user interface. The team are extremely helpful with frequent checkups and constant support. The website is very effective and can be altered to suit individual needs. The website is really simple to integrate to the website and shows in depth analytics of each page. The website is both helpful for allocating leads and gathering intel on marketing, showing what marketing campaigns work well and where they leads customers to.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

One slight issue was at first a lot of customers were visiting the website just for service or parts numbers. However, I worked with my account manger to change the leads allocated to try to decrease the likelihood of this issue.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is extremely helpful the success of Marketing campaigns. For example, email campaigns can have landing pages which then can show how many people have visited that page. It also helps generate leads and find customers who have a need or interest.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linsay D. | CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We use Lead Forensics to support the outbound sales process and better understand who we're driving to our website. It helps fill information gaps in the sales process, giving us insights into which parts of our website resonate with audiences. We really like the combination of website intent data with contact data, which aids our sales team's outbound efforts by helping them take action based on companies engaging with our website. The customer service team has been a great help too, assisting us proactively in understanding best practices and tailoring Lead Forensics to our sales and marketing processes, ensuring we optimize the system. The initial setup was very easy too. Special mention to Dee and Ryan in the Lead Forensics team.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It's too early to say.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps plug information gaps in our sales process, understanding prospect behavior on our website. It supports outbound efforts and decision-making in sales and marketing. It's also giving us signals about other interested segments in the market to further explore. The website intent data, coupled with contact data, and an engaged customer service team make it a compelling complementary tool.

 ### 21. Excellent Lead Tracking and Customer Engagement Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** vicky m. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

This tool excels at showing you which companies have visited your website, what they viewed, and how long they spent on each item. I find it very user-friendly, making it simple to reach out to potential leads. It’s also valuable for customer service and upselling to existing customers. The daily and weekly email summaries help me stay updated on website activity without taking up too much of my time, allowing me to respond quickly to new leads. Jack, our Customer Success Manager, is always helpful and provides individual support to clarify data and generate reports. The virtual group training sessions I’ve attended have been well-structured and thoughtfully implemented, offering plenty of insights and actionable ideas.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

One of the most time-consuming aspects of using the software is researching a contact. Since we often interact with many individuals within a business, it can be challenging to determine exactly who was viewing the website. The Catering Managers, who are usually our primary contacts, are rarely listed among the available contacts or on LinkedIn. As a result, I often find myself having to make phone calls without knowing the specific person to ask for.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Lead Forensics, I had no way of knowing which of my customers were visiting our website or what pages they were viewing. I also had no insight into potential new customers unless they reached out to us directly. With this software, I can now anticipate when a potential customer is interested, often before they even make contact. It also enables me to deliver an even higher level of service to my existing customers.

 ### 22. Effortless Lead Prospecting, Fantastic Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristy M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like how Lead Forensics is easy to use and has a simple platform. The account managers are accessible, which I appreciate. The platform also offers a lot of features, including reporting, finding contacts, and helping understand ICP and markets better, which aids in directing marketing and sales activities. I also like that the team is always on hand and ready to help, complemented by our monthly calls. The initial setup was very simple, and an account manager walked us through it in detail. Once we were happy, Lead Forensics customized the platform as we wanted.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I think perhaps the fact you have to pay extra for integration could be improved. Some of the other competitors offer this as part of the service. Perhaps slightly higher rates but integration is standard within those fees.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to quickly find our ICP online and download contacts for our HubSpot account, streamlining our marketing and sales activities.

 ### 23. User-Friendly Lead Insights and greater visibility over web visits

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The user-friendly interface and the ability to transfer data into our CRM are both really helpful. Having visibility into which businesses are visiting our website gives us more opportunities to nurture leads, especially in what we class as the discovery phase. We can also see when our competitors are viewing specific pages and information, which is useful.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Sometimes the contact data isn’t fully accurate, and the process of transferring that data into our CRM could be improved. There can sometimes be glitches in the software when transferring data and it doesn't arrive in our CRM.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics provides visibility into the businesses visiting our website, and especially into our PPC leads, including the search terms they used to reach the relevant page for their business. This gives us a much clearer understanding of our website traffic and empowers us with better data to identify leads and define opportunities. Without Lead Forensics, we simply wouldn’t have this level of visibility.

 ### 24. Accurate Data Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hajra L. | Commercial Marketing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It helps get me accurate and relevant data. Also the customers support is very good. Tom is amazing in helping us whenever we need him.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I honestly don’t think there are any real downsides. The only thing I’ve noticed is that using the filters and similar options can be a bit difficult at times.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with missed sales opportunities from high-intent visitors who left without filling in a form. It Identifies the companies visiting our website, turning anonymous traffic into actionable leads. Also, Enables our sales team to follow up with businesses already showing interest, shortening the sales cycle. Improves lead quality by focusing on engaged, relevant organisations rather than cold prospects.
Helps us understand which marketing channels and pages are performing best. It strengthens alignment between marketing and sales with shared, data-driven insights.

 ### 25. Lead Forensics has been a real help in my day to day life at work. I use it a lot. Amazing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vicky W. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I thing I like best how all the information is in one place and that I can go back to any date if i miss a company. I also like that you can have it on one day so you can see the companies that come on as and when. This way i can catch the companies that look on our website while they are still on.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I don’t particularly appreciate it when it shows me companies that have nothing to do with what I’m selling.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics solves the problem of having to manually fill in all the company information in my CRM.

 ### 26. User-Friendly Tool with Room for Cost-Value Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jo W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I find Lead Forensics to be a great prospecting tool. It gives instant visibility of which prospects and customers are visiting our website, which helps us reach out at the perfect time and keep conversations moving. This strengthens customer engagement and saves time with valuable company insights. I really like how user-friendly it is, and the initial setup was fairly straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Identifying the actual individual visitor would be helpful and the value for money ratio is questionable. Other companies like FullEnrich are cheaper and provide verified emails and mobile numbers, not just company names. Identifying the individual visitor would allow our SD team to know exactly who to contact rather than guessing or having to research a company directory.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics gives instant visibility of prospects and customers visiting our website, so this helps us to reach out at the perfect time, keeping conversations moving. It strengthens customer engagement and saves time with valuable company insights.

 ### 27. Insightful Web Tracking with Stellar Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew H. | Bathroom Sales , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I use Lead Forensics to track website visits and it helps me generate leads. I love how it shows me exactly how long each company spends on each page and specifies which pages they visit. When speaking to potential clients, it helps me identify exactly what they are looking for on our website. It integrates well into HubSpot, which is great for my workflow. The initial setup was fantastic, and Jess, our current account manager, does an amazing job of making sure we are happy.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Nothing

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to track website visits and generate leads. It shows me how long each company spends on pages and helps me identify client interests, making it easier to tailor conversations.

 ### 28. Seamless Salesforce Integration and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** lauren S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I really like the visibility Lead Forensics provides over the organizations visiting our website. The integration with Salesforce is incredibly useful, as it allows our sales team to see all the relevant website activity directly within their CRM. It's also great that we can segment relevant visitors to different account managers, making our workflow smoother. Having all the information in Salesforce means our sales team can access everything they need in one place, which is super convenient. The initial setup was very easy, and our CSM Ashutosh Bhaskar has been fantastic. He's knowledgeable, makes informed actions, and is always super friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Contact and prospect lists could be synced with Salesforce as if uploaded manually means they are quickly out of date. We are trying to manually match up web data with our email data in Salesforce but haven't found a way around this as yet.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to identify companies visiting our website and integrate this with Salesforce, giving greater visibility over traffic and segmenting visitors for our sales team.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you for the great review! We're glad to hear Lead Forensics is giving your team valuable visibility into website visitors and working well with Salesforce. It's also fantastic to hear your positive feedback about Ashutosh Bhaskar, we'll be sure to pass that on.

We appreciate the feedback on contact and prospect syncing and will share it with our team as we continue improving the platform.

Best regards,
Dawn

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabby E. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It helps us gain visibility into the businesses that have visited our website, which shows intent and interest. It’s a powerful tool that allows us to start conversations with potential prospects.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I personally think the dashboard could have a more modern look and feel to it to make it easier to navigate. I also feel as though there is a lot to of different report types which can sometimes be confusing, knowing which one to use.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics gives us clear visibility into which companies have been on our website. It shows the pages they visited, the keywords they searched for, and provides contact information for people who work there. Overall, it’s a strong sales enablement tool for our sales team.

 ### 30. Boosts Lead Generation but Needs UI Refinement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob M. | Vice President of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like the contacts Lead Forensics provides. It really helps us scale our prospects and get warm leads. The way it shows the type of business and the roster is useful for us.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I wish there was a bit more flow in some areas. Sometimes, I can't remember what page I'm on and what buttons work. When going into a company page, searching for the contact should be easier, like having the top three contacts pop up that match the pages looked at, such as marketing, HR, etc.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps us scale our prospects and get warm leads.

 ### 31. Auto Alerts to HubSpot and Email Make Follow-Ups Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dougie S. | Account Manager, Pelion IoT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Review who has visited and the auto alerts to Hubspot and email alerts as a result. I use it daily and it integrates well with hubspot and outlook via hubspot

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Sometimes glitchy to login but this is only occasional. I'd like to be able to adjust what views I get when highlighting an account visit on the right view pane

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics gives me the ability to target activity to prospects more accurately by spending time on accounts that have visited us. I use Lead Forensics to identify accounts that have visited us and what pages then check my outbound sequencing in hubspot to see who has opened emails. Without this I would find it much harder to spot activity by prospects and customers in hubspot - this way I can see who has been active and target my time

 ### 32. Easy to Use with an Impressive Range of Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lena B. | Sales Executive II, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead forensics puts a world of information at my fingertips. Not only can I better track click paths, campaign effectiveness and areas of interest, but I can see which companies are interacting with the marketing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I haven't found anything I dislike so far.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics gives me the ability to track campaigns well beyond click paths. I can see what types of businesses are responding to different messaging, help guide our sales team to warm leads, and also tell if a meeting the sales team had with potential clients is driving the needle by the way that client interacts with the website after the fact.

 ### 33. Unmatched B2B Visitor Insights for High-Value Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael G. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics gives us visibility into high-intent B2B traffic that would otherwise be completely anonymous. We rely on it daily to understand which companies are engaging with our site, what pages they view, and how that behavior aligns with real sales conversations. It’s especially valuable for longer, high-value sales cycles where visitors don’t immediately fill out a form. The platform is intuitive, actionable, and far more useful than traditional analytics alone.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

One limitation is that identification works from visitors browsing on a company network, so traffic coming from personal devices or home internet can be harder to attribute at the company level. That’s an inherent constraint of the technology rather than the platform itself.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics solves the problem of anonymous B2B website traffic. In our business, many high-intent visitors research extensively before ever submitting a form, which traditionally leaves sales and marketing blind. Lead Forensics allows us to identify the companies behind that traffic, understand what content they’re engaging with, and prioritize follow-up more intelligently. This has improved sales conversations, informed how we optimize our website, and helped align marketing activity with real buying intent for high-value opportunities.

 ### 34. Accurate Data, Easy Setup, and Brilliant Support from Lead Forensics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah R. | Business Sales Support Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I have been using Lead Forensics for about 2 months now. This has significantly improved our lead conversion rate. The data is accurate and easy to use. The support I have received from Jack at Lead Forensics has been brilliant! I use the system daily to target new business. The set up was super easy and I was given a lot of support to help get going.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

At the moment I am yet to find anything significant that I dislike. As I am fairly new to using the system I am still getting to grips with how it works and what it can do to benefit. Perhaps this may be unique to my workplace but sometimes its difficult to establish if it's a business or a learner viewing our website.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

building in the Lead Forensics platform with our CRM so that the systems talk to one another. This will help take away some of the manual work behind using the systems.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience Hannah and for the 5stars! We’re thrilled to hear Lead Forensics has boosted your lead conversion and that Jack has been so helpful. Integrating with your CRM will make things even smoother, and we’re excited to see the results!

Best regards,
Dawn

 ### 35. Clear Visitor Insights with Names, Roles, and Page-Level Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayne F. | Human Resources Manager and Sales Assistant , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Ultimately, it shows WHO has visited our website together with exactly what page has been visited and provides names, job titles and contact details. It also shows how many times they have visited our website.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The only thing I would say is a downside to Lead Forensics as it doesn't have an option to identify the visitor as potential

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to get new business. To be able to contact a company who have been on our website, rather than total cold calls is a long term problem solving benefit for any business, trying to get new.

 ### 36. Pre-Qualified Leads, Seamless User Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guy M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like that Lead Forensics is easy to use, reliable, and accurate. It gives us valuable insights into companies that are actively looking for the software and services we provide, turning them into sales opportunities. It effectively provides us with pre-qualified leads, helping us identify companies likely to be good prospects. The initial setup was very easy; we simply gave a code to our web developers and got started. The integration with our Zoho CRM works well.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There's only one thing that I wish was better. A mobile app. They currently don't have one and the mobile optimization on the website is very clunky. I'm a very active user of the platform and I can be away from my desk for extended periods. Having a good mobile app would make it easier to assign visits as they happen and receive alerts & notifications etc.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to capture website visits, turning them into sales opportunities by identifying ghost visitors. It provides valuable insights into potential leads, helping me pre-qualify prospects and close business effectively.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thanks for your feedback Guy and for the 5stars! We’re glad Lead Forensics is helping you identify high-quality leads and that setup and Zoho integration were smooth. We appreciate your suggestion about a mobile app and will pass it on to our team.

Best regards,
Dawn

 ### 37. Enhances Lead Visibility, Eases Sales Process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lily S. | Head of Social Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2024

I appreciate how Lead Forensics helps us bridge the gap between website traffic and actual lead visibility. I love that we're able to identify anonymous visitors and reach out to them directly. It's great to gain insight into companies or individuals who are interested in working with us. From a sales perspective, it helps strengthen our pipeline. I also found the initial setup to be super easy.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The accuracy of company identification can vary at times.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics bridges the gap between website traffic and lead visibility, identifying anonymous visitors to strengthen our sales pipeline.

 ### 38. Clear Data Insights, Room for Accuracy Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonia S. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like that Lead Forensics captures more visits compared to other similar tools. It provides a clear and easy-to-use way of showing the data. It's also helpful in determining if our SEM is targeting the right audiences. The initial setup was easy and not difficult.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

We are having a problem to know who exactly visited our website and the contact acquired in Lead Forensics are sometime not accurate. In addition, the business industry is not quite correct, so we need to check the data manually

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps us determine if our SEM targets the right audiences and captures more visitor data compared to similar tools. The way the data is presented is clear and easy to use.

 ### 39. Exceptional support from Joe and some powerful insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean B. | Digital Marketing and Internal Communications Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Joseph Stone (Joe) has been amazing to work with. From day one he has been knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of Lead Forensics. He has given me the tools and confidence to use the platform far more effectively, always taking the time to explain things clearly and tailor guidance to what we actually need.

What I have appreciated most is his responsiveness and consistency - whenever I have a question or need support, Joe is there with a helpful, practical answer and a clear next step. His expertise has made a real difference to our setup and day-to-day use.

Lead Forensics itself has been a valuable tool for us. It gives strong visibility on who is visiting our website, helps us uncover opportunities we would otherwise miss, and supports better, more timely follow-up. With Joe's support, we have been able to sharpen how we use the insights and turn them into real marketing and sales value. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

If I had to pick anything, it is that the platform can feel a bit complex at first and takes time to get fully confident with all the features. There is a lot of capability, which is great, but it does mean the learning curve is slightly steeper than expected.

To get the most out of it, you really benefit from having dedicated support or training alongside you. The tool is powerful, but it is not always plug-and-play, and having someone guide you through setup, best practices, and how to interpret the insights makes a big difference.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is solving the problem of anonymous website traffic - turning visits into identifiable companies and decision makers we can actually act on. Instead of seeing only numbers in analytics, we can understand who is engaging with our content, what they are looking at, and how interested they are.

That benefits us by helping to uncover opportunities we would otherwise miss, prioritise follow-up based on real intent, and tailor our marketing and outreach to what prospects are genuinely exploring. It supports more timely, relevant conversations and helps us focus effort on organisations that are already showing signals of interest in our services.

 ### 40. Improved our lead tracking, simplified our lead magnet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James W.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I use Lead Forensics to track PPC clicks to our website, which helps make our ad spend more economical. It offers better insights than Google Ads and allows us to qualify our leads with emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles. We can see the keywords searched by anyone who clicked our ad, which is helpful for adding more keywords. It also allows us to filter out people we don't want to find our ads using negative keywords. The initial setup was really easy; we just installed a bit of code in our Google ad, and it collected data immediately.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

No complaints yet! Perhaps the website could look a bit nicer? But not really a complaint

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to identify interested businesses without forms, track PPC clicks, and it enhances our ad spend economics by offering better insights than Google Ads, and qualifying leads with detailed contact info. Seeing keywords used in ads lets me optimize with new and negative keywords.

 ### 41. Using Lead Forensics to identify potential warmer sales opportunities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley D. | Senior New Business Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We use Lead Forensics as a means to track activity across our website and identify potential warmer sales opportunities to follow-up on. We also use it to track known prospects and existing customers to identify up-sell opportunities. I like that Lead Forensics provides a simple to use Visitor List dashboard that provides all the information needed, including which sites/pages have been visited, time spent on each page and total number of visits. Additionally, the reporting functionality allows us to identify which pages and industries are most frequently coming to our website.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The contact search functionality is useful, however, I do sometimes find that the known contacts within Lead Forensics don't always match with the known contacts from an organisations LinkedIn page. This does leave some gaps when collating contact data on prospective individuals.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying warmer leads and sales opportunities to follow-up in a target manner as opposed to taking a spray and pray approach.

 ### 42. Transforms Website Intelligence with Intuitive Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Damian W.

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I find Lead Forensics very easy to use. The software has an intuitive and modern dashboard that makes it refreshing to understand the data coming in. I love how it allows easy access to the sites of prospects or clients on the website, and even connects with LinkedIn for searching contacts. I also appreciate the amazing customer service, which started with James Simmons understanding our needs during the sales process, followed by incredible onboarding and training from the CSR team. Additionally, the setup was seamless thanks to the great support. The software helps us track and see who's visiting our sites, whether they're new clients, prospects, or returning clients, and lets us actively target clients genuinely interested in our products. It's also valuable in informing us when returning clients access the site, reminding us to follow them up, which has proven beneficial for projects.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I'd love to have an app on the phone that's easier to use. And I'd love it if the notifications were quicker to come through to me on email or through the portal to notify us when certain prospects are returning to the website.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to see who's visiting our site, targeting genuinely interested clients. It alerts us when previous clients revisit, prompting follow-ups and reviving stagnant projects.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you for the fantastic feedback! We’re so pleased to hear that Lead Forensics is helping you easily identify and act on engaged visitors, and that our team made the sales and onboarding experience seamless. It’s great to know the platform is supporting follow-ups and reviving projects, and we really appreciate your suggestions around mobile access and faster notifications - feedback like this helps us continue to improve.

Best regards,
Dawn

 ### 43. Review from Led Forensics Customer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan H. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics has become an essential tool for us at Brian James Trailers. It allows us to see which companies and individuals are visiting our website, even if they don’t submit an enquiry, which gives our sales and marketing teams a significant advantage in prioritising leads. We’ve been able to identify new sectors and geographies we hadn’t previously considered, which has helped us expand into markets we were targeting. The platform integrates well with our CRM system, making it easier to manage leads and follow up in a structured way. We also appreciate the support from the Lead Forensics team, who have guided us through setup, helped with best practices, and provided training to ensure our team can use the tool effectively

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The platform isn’t without its challenges. The interface can feel a bit dated and the layout is not always intuitive, which can make navigating certain reports confusing at first. Occasionally, some of the contact details obtained through the platform are no longer valid, which can result in lost credits. While Lead Forensics integrates with many platforms, we would like to see more direct connections with certain CRM systems to remove the need for middleware. Despite these minor issues, the benefits in lead generation and market insight far outweigh the drawbacks, and any initial setup challenges are quickly resolved with the support team.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics solves the problem of unidentified website visitors. Many potential customers browse our site without filling out a contact form, which previously meant we had no way of knowing who was interested. With Lead Forensics, we can identify these companies and key decision-makers, understand which pages they’re viewing, and prioritize follow-ups effectively.

This is benefiting Brian James Trailers by:

Generating warm leads we would otherwise miss.

Helping us target new industries and regions where there is interest but no current business.

 ### 44. Effortless User Experience, Needs Better Contact Targeting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emilie R. | Internal Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like the easy way of navigating the Lead Forensics website. It's easy to use, and the initial setup was very easy, especially since we had a Teams call with someone from Lead Forensics.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Having more of an idea of the person/department to contact and being able to target even further the person visiting our website.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to target companies and customers visiting our website and understand what companies are interested in our products.

 ### 45. Simple Integration, Insightful Leads, and Friendly Account Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

simple integration, easy to use, insightful information and it does generate leads! Bonus is that we always have friendly help to hand from our dedicated account manager

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There's nothing that I really dislike about Lead Forensics, other than I don't like the idea of data collection and cold calls! LF provide our team with tools and guidance on how to handle this though so it puts my mind at ease

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its a huge advantage having the advance insight of a website visitors areas of interest, as we're able to make an informed decision when we reach out. It means that the correct team member is ready to guide them through the areas in which they showed interest in.

 ### 46. Essential Tool for Uncovering and Prioritising Website Leads

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex D. | Digital Marketing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics provides us with clear insight into which businesses are visiting our website without converting. Our internal lead generation teams rely on this information daily to uncover new opportunities, better understand visitor intent, and customise their outreach efforts. The platform allows us to easily track who is interacting with our content, which pages they are viewing, and how frequently they return. This detailed data enables us to prioritise prospects, refine our conversations, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our marketing activities.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The user interface appears somewhat outdated, which sometimes makes it harder to notice certain useful features. I often find that it takes me longer than I’d like to locate the tools or views I need, mainly because they aren’t displayed as clearly as they could be.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics has enabled us to connect the dots between our website traffic and tangible, actionable leads. Previously, we had very limited insight into which businesses were visiting our site unless they filled out a form. With Lead Forensics, our teams are now able to identify these visitors, gauge their interest, and follow up with more targeted outreach.

This has enhanced our lead generation efforts, improved the quality of our conversations with prospects, and provided us with a clearer understanding of what potential customers are seeking. Additionally, it supports more informed decision-making across both sales and marketing by revealing which campaigns, pages, and messages are most effective in driving engagement.

 ### 47. Company Interaction Alerts That Improve Engagement Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Callum F. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It’s not just a one-time update; we get a notification every time a company interacts with our website, which helps us understand their activity and better gauge their level of engagement.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

If it’s from a large company, it’s difficult to know who to engage with, since there are no further details beyond the company name.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us understand whether both current customers and prospective customers are actively engaging with our public materials, which in turn lets us use our time more effectively and focus our engagement where it matters most.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Hi Callum, thanks for your review. We're glad to hear you're finding the trigger alerts helpful in seeing when people are coming to your website. Unfortunately due to GDPR we cannot tell you the exact person that visits your website, but you can use our contact data to identify the decision maker/s you would normally sell to and follow up with which follows best practice for process and results. I have asked your CSM Adam to follow up with you in more detail.

Best regards,
Dawn

 ### 48. Critical Real-Time Target Tracking for Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sooz K. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I find Lead Forensics particularly helpful for using business lists and creating categories to track targets or accounts we're interested in. I appreciate being able to drill down into the content a visitor is looking at, whether it's a pricing page, the homepage, or a blog, as it helps us prioritize based on visitor actions. It's also extremely intuitive in managing the setup, adding business lists and target accounts, and analyzing visitor activity. The monthly account calls are very helpful in providing insights into how our account is used.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Nothing comes to mind

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics lets me track website visitors who are known customers, suppliers, and target accounts in real-time. I find it helpful to create categories for business lists and track visitor actions on different pages for prioritization.

 ### 49. Clear Customer Page Insights and Handy, Straightforward Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** nico r. | Account Manager - Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Most helpful i find is that i can see what pages my customers are most drawn to and i can tailor my approach more specifically.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I haven’t found anything to dislike yet, but we’re still fairly new to the process. So far, everything is super handy, and all the integrations are pretty cut and dry.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me see which specific clients are visiting our website, and that gives me the information I need to tailor my approach in a more in-depth way.

 ### 50. CIL's use of Lead Forensics is very important to know who is landing on our site

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cherie S. | Business Development Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We like the fact that not only does it tell us who has landed on our website, it tells us what landing page so we can call and mention their specific needs

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It would be good if LF could tell us who was looking on the site but saying that when we use the credits their relevant contacts are always good

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It shows us who is landing so they are hot leads, how else would we know to call them, gives us the edge over our competitors.
