I like how easy it is to use and to navigate. It is in real-time so messages received are instant. The notification system keeps you on top of your leads. The implementation into our team was seamless with its ease of use and customer support. The integration of leads from LD are quickly moved over to our case management database with ease. LeadDocket isn't exactly tailored to the field of law that our firm practices, but the customization that it allows made it a great tool for our office and automated several tasks that took away time from chasing leads and getting signatures. We were able to make the system almost unrecognizable in that we tailored every customizabel aspect to fit our exect needs. We use it all day every day and it has completely replaced our old system. Incoming messages are recieved by all users, and there is no feature to filter out messages sent to other users, which makes it a lot harder to respond to messages in a timely manner.
