le topo helps brokers organize and document their verifications, identify information that requires further review and approach each file with greater structure. It supports professional judgment but never replaces the broker's obligations, analysis or advice. ImmoFax was renamed le topo in 2026. It is the same due diligence platform, built by Pilr for Québec real estate brokers.
