Lazomis QI is a clinician-led platform for clinical audit and quality improvement, designed for healthcare professionals. It brings project setup, data collection, analysis, improvement planning, re-audit and reporting into one structured workspace. Ready-built projects include criteria and references drawn from relevant clinical guidance and professional standards, with data-collection fields and automated compliance calculations already configured. Users can choose a project suited to their speciality and setting, customise premium projects to local requirements, or build their own audit. Live dashboards help teams understand findings and monitor progress. The same project data can generate editable Word reports, PowerPoint presentations, Excel workbooks, executive summaries and ARCP portfolio evidence, reducing repeated data entry and report preparation. Improvement actions and subsequent audit cycles keep the focus on demonstrating change. Selected ready-built projects are free to complete, including analysis and outputs. Premium projects and customisation are available through one-off Project Credits, with separate organisational licensing options. Developed in the UK and operated by Flux Medical Limited, Lazomis QI is designed for anonymised audit and quality-improvement data. Patient-identifiable information must not be entered, and users remain responsible for local governance requirements and reviewing their findings.
