Layers is cloud-based condominium management software that automates financial, operational, legal, and administrative functions for residential properties. The platform integrates management areas into one system, replacing spreadsheets and manual processes. The financial core handles fees, collections, budgets, statements, and reserve funds. The resident portal enables online payments, account access, area reservations, maintenance reporting, and community updates. Security features include visitor tracking, vendor access, deliveries, incident reporting, and QR-based control. Maintenance tools support work orders, inventory, and task tracking. Digital assembly facilitates electronic voting, meeting convocations, and record keeping. Additional features include vendor and document management, issue resolution, and real-time reporting via a dashboard. Layers streamlines property management by automating workflows for administrators, residents, and staff.
