Layerbound is a decision‑prep tool that helps recruiters qualify candidates before they jump on a call. It lets agencies generate role‑specific, branded screening links where candidates confirm salary expectations, location, right‑to‑work, notice period, and key skills in a clean, mobile‑friendly flow. Unlike heavy ATSs or AI interview platforms, Layerbound focuses only on the “pre‑call basics” that most often derail offers later. Recruiters stay in full control of the questions and wording, review responses in clear buckets like “Ready”, “Needs clarification”, and “Likely mismatch”, and can copy summaries straight into emails, CRMs, or ATS notes. Layerbound is built GDPR‑first: candidate data is not sent to external AI services, and the product is designed to support transparent, human‑in‑the‑loop screening rather than automated rejections.
