LawVu is always listening to their customer's needs. We have had previous matter management systems where we have submitted product enhancement requests but nothing was ever implement. LawVu actually listens to what their customer needs/wants and is constantly improving and updating their software accordingly. The system is very user friendly, we have postive response from our outside counsel for submitting invoices, and we love how customizeable their system is to fit our needs! User interface is much better than most other products I've used. This is true both for creating and tracking matters as well as for managing settings like permissions/notifications. It's gotten immediate uptake in use from our team. Integrations (SSO, Microsoft products) work really well with fewer bugs/crashes than other products I've used.
