LawPay is packed with intuitive features that cater to a variety of business needs. The powerful reporting tools let us track all financial transactions, making it easy for our bookkeeper to balance our accounts. The real-time payment notifications on our dashboard and corresponding emails, keeps us informed of all payments coming in. The “Quick Bill” feature is one of our favorites, as it’s a simple way to send out requests for payment. The “Charge” feature is very convenient for our customers, because it gives them multiple payment options, ACH, credit card and the wonderful “Pay Later” feature, where they can apply to finance a line of credit. We can't really name anything we dislike about LawPay. LawPay like every other vendor has fees, and nobody likes to pay those, but their fees are competative and I feel they are in line with other companies like them, so no real complaint there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LawPay is an excellent system. It offers a simple, user-friendly interface with easy invoice uploading, transaction reminders, and other features. Additionally, it provides fast payouts with relatively low fees, and the integrations are easy to set up. I would like to see more features for building invoices within the web platform instead of relying on an external system. Additionally, I want to access more information about the client's credit card details and location, similar to what other competitors provide. I get billing done and out sooner, and the majority of clients pay the day billing is received. My billing is so much more convenient and easy. In "tech" language, it is easy to implement, and once I started, I use it frequently--several times a day. I so love this program, and I have recommended it to many associates. There are some minor wrinkles related to crediting payments. I am not entirely happy with the Trust Account credits, but that is quibbling. Overall, my experience is entirely satisfying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Law Pay makes it easy for our Firm to process credit cards, schedule future charges, and track payments that have come through. I can't say we have ever encountered issues with LawPay. Our account has a limited amount of dollars that we can take in within a 24 hour period, so we have to schedule multiple payments for those clients with larger bills. The interface of the dashboard is easy to understand. It offers great features, such as QR code generation for payment pages, easy links to copy, request card/billing information and quick bills. These features allow us to use the software to collect retainers and payments on accounts. Clients are able to submit payments where every they are or when in the office, we added the card reader which accepts tap to pay.

The customer support has been prompt and helpful whenever a question arises.
