The onboarding process is straightforward, and I have not encountered a single issue since I started using LawPay. Integration is also simple. **What do you dislike about 8am LawPay?** I would like to see more features for building invoices within the web platform instead of relying on an external system. Additionally, I want to access more information about the client's credit card details and location, similar to what other competitors provide. It would also be helpful to view the email and transaction process more easily. **What problems is 8am LawPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accepting credit cards is not necessarily difficult for a business. However, as a lawyer, it's beneficial to have a service that understands the legal profession, including the ability to send funds to trust accounts and other features relevant to lawyers. I also love that processing fees draw from my operating account, not from my IOLTA account. My billing is so much more convenient and easy. In "tech" language, it is easy to implement, and once I started, I use it frequently--several times a day. I so love this program, and I have recommended it to many associates. I am one happy LawPay customer. **What do you dislike about 8am LawPay?** There are some minor wrinkles related to crediting payments. I am not entirely happy with the Trust Account credits, but that is quibbling. Our account has a limited amount of dollars that we can take in within a 24 hour period, so we have to schedule multiple payments for those clients with larger bills. Clients are able to submit payments where every they are or when in the office, we added the card reader which accepts tap to pay. The customer support has been prompt and helpful whenever a question arises. You may get differing reporting results, e.g. a transaction shows it ran on 9/30 but another report shows it on 10/1. **What problems is 8am LawPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to have clients process payments on their invoices. It is helpful when a transaction is denied you can see the exact reason and pass that information on to the client. No french version of the LawPay frondend is available yet, sadly. **What problems is 8am LawPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accepting credit card payments, it allows me to get paid much faster in certain occasions. ### 44.
