LawnLedger runs a lawn, landscape or snow business in one app: customers and locations, estimates with Good / Better / Best options, scheduling and recurring jobs, a crew app for iPhone and Android, invoices with card and ACH payments through Stripe, and, from Growth, contracts with e-signatures and a customer portal. From the Growth plan it also keeps real double-entry books: bank feeds through Plaid, reconciliation, month-end and year-end close, bills, and the statements an accountant asks for. If you would rather keep QuickBooks Online, LawnLedger syncs with it instead (you pick one ledger). Plans are sized by the customers and locations you serve, never by seats. Prices are published, there is no signup fee, and every plan starts with a 14-day trial with no card. The office app, the crew app, the customer portal, and invoices and estimates work in English and Spanish. Route optimization, the live dispatch map, weather alerts, job costing and budgets are on Professional and up.
