Lawg is the Australian tax engine for accountants, built by CoeusX for Australian accountants and tax practitioners. It combines AI tax research, source review, document analysis and draft preparation in one workflow for small and mid-sized accounting and tax firms. Practitioners can ask client tax questions in plain English and work through legislation, case law and ATO guidance with citations to review. Lawg supports research on matters such as Division 7A, trust distributions, capital gains tax, GST, FBT and SMSFs. Upload supported client documents to add context, then prepare draft tax memos, client letters and file notes for the client file. Standard Analysis supports everyday questions, while Deep Analysis supports more complex research. Business and Team plans include Consultation mode; Team also provides a shared workspace, member management and centralised billing. Lawg supports professional research and working-paper preparation. Practitioners check the sources, facts and drafts and retain responsibility for their professional judgment and final client advice.
