The Customer Support has been very helpful and they respond promptly. **What do you dislike about LawDepot?** I have only created a few Domcuments. I can't think of anything I dislike. **What problems is LawDepot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have any problems currently. In the past they have helped with billing questions promptly. ### 2. Hit or Miss **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2021 **What do you like best about LawDepot?** Fully downloadable and editable forms to MS Word; gives you control to edit and utilize with full freedom. **What do you dislike about LawDepot?** Forms are often very broad and general and vague; can tend to lack the necessary specificity you may need for a certain form or document. **Recommendations to others considering LawDepot:** Can be confident that you will at least find a general template/starting point. Use it as a baseline, not a finish line. **What problems is LawDepot solving and how is that benefiting you?** The forms provide at least a decent starting point, even if you have to do some extra leg work to get it finalized. While they also lack specifics needed, it gives more than is often what you would start with otherwise.
