**What do you like best about LaunchRock?**

LaunchRock fails to provide a user friendly and straightforward platform, for creating pre launch websites. Despite having features compared to tools its difficult design and functionality make it bad choice.

**What do you dislike about LaunchRock?**

There are limitations in terms of customer support and customization options LaunchRock still serves its purpose badly. It does not cater to users it falls at capturing email addresses. LaunchRock does not fulfill its intended purpose making it a poor tool for anyone seeking to create a launch website.

**What problems is LaunchRock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The lack of customer service unless you opt out of needing any assistance. It is frustrating when issues arise and there is no one to turn to for help.  Among platforms I have tried for launching my business none have been as ineffective, as LaunchRock. It has not solved the problem of building a customer base before my launch.

I like the fact that the pricing is quote-based.

**What do you dislike about LaunchRock?**

The support I received was not awful but not great either. Not much to customize either. 

**Recommendations to others considering LaunchRock:**

I would not purchase unless you don't need customer service.
