LaunchRock fails to provide a user friendly and straightforward platform, for creating pre launch websites. Despite having features compared to tools its difficult design and functionality make it bad choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about LaunchRock? There are limitations in terms of customer support and customization options LaunchRock still serves its purpose badly. It does not cater to users it falls at capturing email addresses. LaunchRock does not fulfill its intended purpose making it a poor tool for anyone seeking to create a launch website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is LaunchRock solving and how is that benefiting you? The lack of customer service unless you opt out of needing any assistance. It is frustrating when issues arise and there is no one to turn to for help. Among platforms I have tried for launching my business none have been as ineffective, as LaunchRock.
