What I like about LMS is that it has made us more efficient on the inbound side. Ulimated the manual entry of data and human error. A few problems LMS is solvng for example are The unfuciencies on the inbound depratment to where we use to manually enter data for new product coming in. Now its more process driven to where by given us a road map to upload import into LMS it makes us more efficent and give us time to do other things. Tracking efficiency reports before where not as detailed as LMS. Now we are using those details to keep track and creat efficiency reports and be able to monitor are our day to day business. It has a lot of different options and ways to categorise our guests to keep track of them before and after the events which is very practical for us. Also the customisation of the mailings is very easy to do. The support team is super fast to answer, and our main point of contact, Federica Gavagna, extremely helpful and always makes herself available if we have questions, requests, etc. That has been great, as it has helped a great deal to ensure that our first try-outs with the tool went smoothly. We would like to have the option to have completely customised rsvp landing pages, so that there would be a visually connecting thread from the email invite into the rsvp page. It has a very good system to invite guests, keep track of those who rsvp'd and then check them in fast in our events with the QR code they recieve on the confirmation email. Launchmetrics allows us to barcode and track samples efficiently and effectively. Mark is always available to answer questions and provide help. Often going above and beyond, Mark helps us with different options that may be better for our operation. This improves our quality of use and simplifies the process. Many of the processes have terms that mean something else and are locked or hard to change to our company's representation. This leads to us having to issue trainings for the terms that mean two completely different subjects. Mark is more than willing to help us or to try and fix what he can. Launchmetrics allows us to create barcodes and tags for samples that may not have any information. This then allows us to track these items by signing out to a person and return as nessasary. Implementing Launchmetrics has automated our sample lending process and inventory managemant, saving me so much time by removing outdated manual practices that were used previously. Everyone from our customer success partner to the product managers and developers have been extremely open and responsive to feedback and willing to provide solutions to our unique needs. There are certain features of the platform that we do wish were a bit more customizable to better fit our needs, especially in the Galleries platform such as filtering options in showrooms, custom fields for reporting/tracking, more inventory management offerings, etc. The team is always extremely grateful and eager to receive feedback and suggestions on platform improvement, however it does seem to be a rather long lead time to have most improvements rolled out. Especially compared to other providers, it's great that Launchmetrics also shows the image material of publications in print media and not only in form of numbers. The daily newsletters that you can create provides a good overview on a daily basis. Also the creation of monthly or quarterly reports is super and easy to generate on the platform. Launchmetrics is an excellent event management solution that has made planning and executing events easy. It offers a range of tools that help streamline the event planning process, including guest list management, invitation tracking, and guest check-in. I particularly like how easy it is to create and manage guest lists, which has helped me stay organized and ensure that my events run smoothly. During the onboarding process, I had the pleasure of working with Federica Gavagna, a customer success specialist at Launchmetrics. Federica made the process easy and always made herself available to answer any questions that arose. She was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the transition to the platform smooth and straightforward. One area where Launchmetrics could improve is that the platform does not offer a customizable GPS Radar website for event registration, which can be limiting when we want to provide a unique registration experience for their attendees. The Inisghts protal is a fantastic tool to be able to better understand what moves the needle when it comes to earned media performance and how we sit versus key competitors.
