The only issues I've run into when this happens are when I return to the sample manager and print barcodes and accidentally print 40 barcodes as opposed to my selection of 5. For us, as a fast-growing fashion startup, LM has brought a lot of centralization and order to an otherwise chaotic tug-of-war among departments for samples. **What do you dislike about Launchmetrics?** Nothing particularly wrong - if there's ever a glitch or an obstacle with user capabilities, the Launchmetrics team responds swiftly (Charlotte & Jasmine in particular) and adapts the system to suit our needs. **What problems is Launchmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** LM solves the issue of not knowing the availability of a sample, the timing of different departments needing the samples and also provides transparency on alternative samples that could be used instead when unavailable. We were able to use LM to modify each inventoried object, add new inventory, and additional information to help other teams within the company. Exporting the data already in the system helped us fully accomplish a large archiving project. This involved printing revised and clearer tags for each garment and accessory. A key part of the project's success was having friendly and expert customer service. The principal benefit is that each portal (Contacts, Samples, Events, Discover) can be synced, creating a 360 platform for Communications usage. If there is ever an issue or confusion, the Support team quickly responds and offers easy solutions. It massively helps reduce sample loss and implement sample trafficking. **What do you dislike about Launchmetrics?** The Launchmetrics physical barcodes sometimes can be ripped off or fall off; LM should have a different sticker's material so every fabric's sample can be labelled (for example, cashmere, wool, sheer, etc.). **What problems is Launchmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Launchmetrics helps reduce sample loss, especially in luxury brands where samples, showroom, and PR teams manage more than 1000 samples per season.
