## About LaunchDarkly
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Oakland, California, LaunchDarkly serves over thousands of enterprises, including a quarter of the Fortune 500. LaunchDarkly is the runtime control platform for the AI era, trusted by software teams to control AI-generated code and AI agents in production at any scale. The LaunchDarkly platform delivers runtime control through two solutions: CodeControl and AgentControl. CodeControl helps teams ship AI-generated code confidently. With CodeControl, teams can observe production behavior, make changes in real time, and limit exposure based on actual impact. Through a combination of industry-leading feature flags, progressive rollouts, real-time observability, experimentation, and automatic recovery, LaunchDarkly gives organizations the ability to move at AI speed without giving up control. AgentControl helps teams keep AI agents in check in production, blocking bad behavior and steering responses in real time. Teams can configure prompts and models before launch, monitor and observe live performance and behavior, and automatically take action—without redeploying. When agents make curious decisions, or when small prompt or model changes cause big issues, AgentControl detects and corrects them as they happen. With runtime control across code and agents, LaunchDarkly helps enable teams to ship AI-built software with confidence, govern agent behavior in production, optimize AI performance and cost, build self-healing systems, and experiment continuously. The result is faster release velocity, lower production risk, and the ability to continuously adapt software and AI systems without slowing down to stay safer.

## LaunchDarkly Reviews
  ### 1. Streamlined Feature Management, Minor Documentation Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Freda D. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I like how easy it is to manage feature flags with LaunchDarkly. It's great that we can see all experiments and flags in a unified place, which makes handling them much simpler. Given that our engineering department is large, having this unified view really helps us see what's deployed and in which environments.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

I find the documentation confusing for deprecating and archiving flags. It wasn't clear from the UI/documentation exactly what the behavior is.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LaunchDarkly as a killswitch for new features. It lets us manage feature flags easily, providing a unified place to see all experiments, which simplifies deployments for our large engineering team.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

  ### 2. Effortless Setup, Exceptional Feature Flag Control

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sajal G.

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I appreciate how LaunchDarkly provides exceptional observability around feature flags, which addresses my primary concerns by clearly showing usage metrics across various environments. This feature allows me to see the occurrence and timing of each feature flag use, offering comprehensive insights and metrics. The setup was smooth with no issues; the process involved routine tasks like whitelisting, and both the documentation and support were particularly helpful in facilitating this. The ability to set up a list of rules, such as quotas per team, adds a layer of control that I find extremely beneficial. The robust observability stack and holistic control over feature flags make LaunchDarkly a standout choice, and everything just works seamlessly, leaving no room for issues or necessary changes.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

Nothing

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LaunchDarkly for managing feature flags, solving observability issues and providing metrics, which streamline flag usage monitoring and team quotas setup.

**Reviewed by:** Luke M. | Product Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

The ease of searching through the flags, then the intuitiveness of editing the flags was very surprising.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

Any of the issues we've run into have been more around how we set up the flag and less about how LaunchDarkly works. Overall, there isn't anything I disklike.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to control access to new features as we continue to work through development. It is also used to limit access based on licensing agreements

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear how easy it’s been to search for and edit flags, and that LaunchDarkly has been intuitive to work with overall.

  ### 5. Robust Feature Management for Customer Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David D.

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I like the robust flag logic controls of LaunchDarkly. The ability to create different groups and add notes is really helpful as it makes it easier for others to understand why things are set in certain ways. I use LaunchDarkly to manage feature access for customers, and it solves the issue of managing what different customers on different contracts have access to, as well as testing new features with smaller subsets of customers. I haven't run into any issues so far and would definitely recommend it.

  ### 6. Effortless Feature Management with LaunchDarkly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay G.

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I like how I can just go into the LaunchDarkly dashboard and flip a switch for one of the flags we have, and it instantly goes into the application. The initial setup was pretty straightforward; we just followed the documentation from LaunchDarkly, and we didn't have any issues.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

I would say clearer documentation around the JS client-side SDK. Sometimes you find it challenging. It's hard to find what I need in the docs. So that's the only thing.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LaunchDarkly lets me deploy our code base and hide incomplete features behind feature flags, so they don't show in production.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that LaunchDarkly’s dashboard and documentation made setup and feature management so smooth for your team. We appreciate your feedback specifically about the JS client-side SDK docs and will share that with our docs team.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georgi K. | Senior Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

The SDK is top-notch. Adopting LaunchDarkly was easy across the entire stack.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

Having limited user seats in the organisation means we can't have the entire product and development team and update flags with ease.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feature management. We mainly need a simple way to control who can see new features, without having to build and maintain our own solution for it.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you for the review and for highlighting how easy LaunchDarkly was to adopt and the strength of the SDK. We understand how limited seats can create friction for broader team collaboration, and we appreciate you sharing that feedback. If your team uses tools like Slack or Teams, our integrations can help extend visibility to teammates without direct access.

  ### 8. Effortless Feature Flagging with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oren L.

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I appreciate the seamless integration of LaunchDarkly into our system, which simplifies the implementation of feature flags in our various environments. The feature flag service is crucial for controlling bug production, wrapping codes, and enhancing both internal testing and customer success. This tool significantly supports our operations and it's incredibly useful for testing better features and preparing for new clients.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

One aspect of LaunchDarkly that I find challenging is the process of opening and managing feature flags across all environments. Currently, I need to enable each feature flag one by one in different environments such as development, staging, pre-production, and production. This is time-consuming and tedious. I would prefer a feature that allows me to update all flags simultaneously across all environments, which would streamline the process significantly.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LaunchDarkly's feature flag service to control bugs and enhance internal testing, which supports better features for customer success and new clients.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review. We're glad LaunchDarkly is supporting your internal testing and client readiness, and we really appreciate your feedback on managing flags across environments. You might find our documentation on comparing and copying flag settings helpful for streamlining that process:

  ### 11. Seamless Feature Rollouts and Reliable AB Testing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I appreciate how easy it is to add and create feature flags and segments, which simplifies my development process in our app. The ability to instantly switch feature flags on and off is immensely useful, as it allows me to manage features in both the front-end and back-end effortlessly. Furthermore, LaunchDarkly's feature for partial rollouts enables controlled testing, letting us test with a small user base and quickly roll back if needed, enhancing stability as we scale. We've used the rollback functionality of LaunchDarkly many times in production and it has saved us (and our users) a lot of headache.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

We have a lot of old flags lying around. Either rollouts that have been completed, or A/B tests that we decided to scrap. I find it pretty hard to navigate what flags are no longer useful, and removing these takes substantial effort.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find LaunchDarkly solves feature deployment issues, allowing controlled rollouts and quick reversals. It aids in AB testing, ensuring we enhance user experience with precise targeting. The fast toggling of features significantly improves our development workflow.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you for the kind words. We're glad to hear that LaunchDarkly is making a meaningful difference in your development workflow, especially with seamless rollouts and rollback support. **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

Easy to access for everyone. Managing permissions.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

NO favorites can be set. Difficult to search. lack of access to team based

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending traffic based on the conditions and thats the only usecase I know

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Really appreciate you sharing this! Happy to hear permissions and access are hitting the mark. The search and favorites experience is something we're actively looking to improve, so this is helpful to hear and I'll share it with the correct team.

There's a lot more to LaunchDarkly than traffic routing, yesterday we just launched AgentControl, which lets teams control AI agent behavior in production in real time, no redeployment needed. I've added the announcement from our founder if you're curious to learn more. Thanks again for taking the time!

  ### 13. Robust Feature Management with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mateusz B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I really like LaunchDarkly's UI. It allows my team to control releases easily, make informative decisions, and be able to easily see what we are actually doing with releases.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

UI is great, but it can be too hard to use for new users. There are too much of things on a screen, I think some of those can be hidden into some dropdowns, or something like that.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LaunchDarkly to release new features with controlled processes. The great UI makes it easy for our team to control releases, make informed decisions, and understand our actions.

  ### 14. Great for Customer Insight and Preparation, Excited for More Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vitalii K. | Director of Software Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I really liked how easy it was to use the session feature to prepare for a customer meeting. Being able to quickly find customer sessions and anticipate their questions made my preparation much better. The ability to see what customers did in the app is priceless for our support and engineering teams. Integration of the SDK into our codebase was straightforward, and every question we had was answered promptly by the LD team—excellent support.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

Except for a single minor caveat (was quickly resolved), the session experience has been smooth. Logs and network request tools are still largely unexplored internally, and we plan to expand usage once Flutter observability becomes available for mobile.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gradual feature rollout and continues delivery of work in progress features guarded by feature flags.
With observability features - identifying errors before reported, better inside into user journey and preparation for client meetings

**Official Response from Emily Coleman:**

> Thanks for sharing your positive feedback on our Session Replay feature! We're also excited to add more features and get more customers on board with it and seeing the success with it that you are. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review; we really appreciate it.

I find LaunchDarkly's setup to be quite intuitive, with minimal learning curve, which made the initial experience smooth and uncomplicated. I particularly appreciate the visibility and observability features that it offers around managing feature flags. This feature is crucial as it provides insights that would otherwise require considerable effort if done directly via databases. The capability to efficiently manage feature flags stands out for me as the most valuable aspect, providing significant benefits in terms of metrics visibility and operational transparency. This aspect of observability is so impactful that it would be a deciding factor in choosing LaunchDarkly again. The overall user experience has been positive enough that I would highly recommend LaunchDarkly, rating it a 9 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

None

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find LaunchDarkly enhances our feature flag management, offering better visibility into metrics and observability.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

LaunchDarkly provides excellent control throughout the release process, making it easier to manage and adjust releases with confidence.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

The API documentation could have been better, especially when it comes to setting up LD flags at scale.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During a new feature release, the confidence LaunchDarkly provides is unparalleled. I can choose to roll out a specific feature to a set of users, companies, or segments, which makes it great for controlled feature rollouts and production testing without having to worry as much about customer concerns.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you so much for the review! We’re glad LaunchDarkly gives you the control and confidence needed for safe, targeted releases, and we appreciate the feedback on our API documentation as we are always continuing to improve them.

  ### 18. Effortless Feature Management with LaunchDarkly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitesh T.

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I love that LaunchDarkly is platform agnostic, making it compatible with multiple platforms, which is crucial as we expand our tech stack. The extensive SDK support demonstrates its capability over time and ensures that LaunchDarkly stays ahead, which is why I choose it over other options. I appreciate how it has improved our app release cycle, significantly reducing our delivery timeline from months to just a couple of weeks. The ability to control feature flags gives me more control over the release process, enhancing our operational efficiency.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

I find that LaunchDarkly's support for custom fields is limited to only version numbers. It would be beneficial if it could support a 'Calvary version' or other customizable naming conventions, as different teams have their own methods for app releases. This would add flexibility to accommodate various nomenclature used across teams.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LaunchDarkly to release apps without impacting features, improving delivery timelines from months to weeks, and enabling feature control across versions.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear how LaunchDarkly's flexibility and SDK support are helping accelerate your release cycles and give you more control. If you're exploring options for versioning and custom attributes, this documentation may be helpful:

  ### 19. Highly Effective for Gated Rollouts and Feature Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Braxton B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2026

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I find the product itself works great for what I use it for. It allows me to enable feature flags and serve different variations to different customers. This is incredibly useful for enabling certain AI features as we onboard customers.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

The segment search is iffy sometimes. I will type a portion of the segment name or the exact segment name and it doesn't come up.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LaunchDarkly for enabling feature flags and segments, allowing me to enable certain AI features for customers as we onboard them and serve different variations to different customers effectively.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you for the review! We’re glad to hear LaunchDarkly is helping you manage gated rollouts and enable AI features for customers as you onboard them.

  ### 20. Effortless Feature Releases and Safer Deployments

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sajjan C. | Implementation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

LaunchDarkly lets us control when features go live without needing new deployments. We can release changes gradually, limit access to specific users, and quickly switch features off if something goes wrong. This has reduced production risk and made releases much safer and faster.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

Some settings feel more complex than they need to be

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LaunchDarkly separates releasing features from deploying code. This allows us to test changes with small user groups, roll out safely, and quickly roll back if needed. It has improved system stability and reduced the impact of production issues.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re glad LaunchDarkly is helping your team release features safely, control rollouts, and respond quickly when issues come up.

  ### 21. The user experience is confusing

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael W. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

The key handling for each environment and predefined endpoints at LaunchDarkly makes it easy to get started.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

The user experience is confusing. In which menu I can find things is not intuitive. The rule set works but I can't point a customer here since a customer will need a separate UI with simple toggles, maybe an idea could be to be able to generate custom UIs from rule sets. I also want to be able to have a key casing convention for UPPER_SNAKECASE which is the most common one used for environment variables, since I want to be able to replace environment variable settings with feature flags if they exist. The "hello world" setup for Launch Darkly is not something you would want to use in production, so it would be good is there was more framework related setup done. The setup in ASP.NET core for reading in feature flags as options could have been provided by I library for ease of use, instead of me having to develop the code myself. There also seems to be a lack of tutorials on YouTube which gives the impression that this is not a product commonly used. When entering the webpage I would expect to get online help interactivly showing what the product can do, instead of just showing unfamiliar terms in my face. I do not like the need to wait for sampled data from the user before being able to setup a rule against that user, I would want to be able to have a predefined rule sets even without anyone having made a call to Launch Darkly. My favorite environments keep disappearing so I have to add them again every time I login.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping me allow customers to try out features in production by toggling them on and off.
It is probably overkill and It would be beneficial to be able to configure the actual features I am able to see since most will never be used.
It would also be good to be able to show the customer a simpler interface with the limited ability to just toggle features, that was adaptable to mobile screens etc.

**Official Response from Emily Coleman:**

> Thanks for your thoughtful feedback, Michael. We’re sorry your experience with the UI has been confusing and appreciate your detailed suggestions for custom UIs, casing conventions, and overall setup improvements. We’d love to connect directly to help resolve some of these issues now and make the setup experience better for new customers.

  ### 22. Fast Deployment, Clean UI, But Tricky for Non-Tech Staff

I really like that LaunchDarkly is easy to use. I also find its clean UI appealing, although it can sometimes be a bit complicated for non-tech staff. Additionally, I appreciate how it enables fast and easy deployment safely, which is really important for managing feature flags efficiently.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

Sometimes the UI is too complicated for non-tech staff to use. It would be nice if it was easier for sales and support to use to triage and provide custom support.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LaunchDarkly enables fast and easy deployment safely, making managing feature flags straightforward.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I use LaunchDarkly for launching new features safely, utilizing feature flags and gradual rollout features. The ability to deploy code to production with feature flags turned off, and turning them on gradually increases my confidence in releases by making it easier to rollback in case of any regression. I find percentage rollouts and targeted rollouts, which are enhanced by custom rules and contexts, incredibly useful. These features help in catching bugs and edge cases early before they escalate into incidents. The easy enable and disable functionality of feature flags significantly aids in quickly mitigating issues. Additionally, the initial setup of LaunchDarkly is very easy, contributing to a seamless integration into my workflow.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

There is a bit of a learning curve for the complex features in LaunchDarkly. Understanding rule precedence and creating complex custom rules requires time and practice, which can initially be challenging.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LaunchDarkly to safely launch new features with feature flags and gradual rollouts, enhancing confidence in releases. It helps catch bugs early and manage issues quickly with easy enable/disable options, boosting overall deployment safety.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

  ### 25. Effortless for Engineering Teams, Clean and Simple Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler M. | Head of Global Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

Super easy to use for my engineering teams. Clean and simple user face

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

sometimes i think it could be organized better. We have so many different segments its hard to find without saving the specific link. Could be just an us problem though.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it largely to grant clients access to certain features or segments and its clean and simple to use

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience! I’m so glad the platform has been easy for your engineering teams to use, and I appreciate your feedback on segment navigation. We’re here anytime if you’d like to talk through your workflow.

  ### 26. Very easy to enable and disable feature flags with access control.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divya N. | Senior Techanical Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

The ability to enable or disable feature flags at the cluster level.

Fine-grained control to toggle feature flags at the namespace level within a cluster.

Role-based authorization, allowing admins to define who can manage flags in environments like pre-prod and prod.

Support for multiple targeting rules per flag, enabling more complex rollout strategies.

Well-defined default states for flags, ensuring predictable behavior when rules don’t match.

The ability to tag flags by feature or team, making them easier to organize and manage.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

The search experience for feature flags could be improved. Currently, if I need to search for multiple flags, I have to open multiple sessions or tabs. The interface doesn't allow simultaneous searches unless the flags are already tagged or filtered together.

It would be helpful to enable bulk editing or bulk tagging of feature flags across multiple environments.

When a flag has multiple rules, the UI can become cluttered. A more intuitive rule builder or rule grouping would improve usability.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our project, LaunchDarkly provides critical control over feature enablement across different clusters and namespaces, allowing us to:

Quickly enable or disable features in specific clusters or namespaces without requiring new deployments.

Use RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) to control who can manage feature toggles in environments like dev, pre-prod, and prod, enhancing governance and security.

Integrate with our CI/CD pipelines to automate flag updates as part of the deployment process, reducing manual effort and human error.

Run experiments and A/B tests within targeted namespaces to validate new features before a broader rollout.

**Official Response from Emily Coleman:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed feedback, Divya. It sounds like you're making excellent use of role-based access, flag controls, and targeting capabilities. We also appreciate your suggestions on improving the flag search, UI clarity with complex rules, and bulk editing, and we’ve shared your comments with our product team. Keep up your great work, and thanks again for taking the time to leave such a thorough review.

Its very straightforward, easy to use, and formatted in a way that makes sense. The flow chart style is really easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

Sometimes I feel like the search functionality could be better. I sometimes find that I need to search exactly the write words to get the right flag to come up

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LaunchDarkly makes it easy for us to control what users can use which features. It also helps us to keep things just for Dev before public release.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

  ### 31. LaunchDarkly has greatly increased our ability to deploy and rollback production quickly and easily

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dwight S. | Senior Release Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

LaunchDarkly has allowed us to deploy code into production on a regular basis and then enable release on demand to different segments of our customers (or all of them) on our schedule and not when the code is deployed. If something is wrong, instead of spending costly time rolling things back we can simply turn off the feature flag and hide the error from our customers and then fix it behind the scenes. This allow allows us to test it in production without impacting production. Highly recommend taking the steps needed to enable feature flags in your code and then utlizing LaunchDarkly to quickly manage who can see what in your applications.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

The only thing that would be nice to have in LaunchDarkly would be a one click button after something was approved for rollback that would quickly undo what was done.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LaunchDarkly allows us to go to production quickly, enable a slow rollout to different customer segments, quicker rollbacks than rolling back code, and supportability - if we turn off the feature flag we can enable it for people to then go in and see what the actual problem was and fix any defects in real time without impacting our customers. It is amazing how many things are easier to fix if the problem still exists but it is now hidden vs rolled back and the developer is unable to see the logs / issue in action.

**Official Response from Emily Coleman:**

> You are truly a LaunchDarkly pro, Dwight. We are glad to hear that LaunchDarkly has helped with your deployment and rollback processes. Thank you for recommending us and for your thoughtful, thorough feedback, as always!

  ### 32. Effortless Beta Testing with LaunchDarkly

**Reviewed by:** Dylan H.

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I appreciate LaunchDarkly's ease of use, which makes it straightforward to work with. I also find targeting users for betas to be particularly effective, along with the customer support and the ability to flag beta features which enhance user testing, segmentation, and feature releases.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

I wish it was easier to scroll down large lists of users to see submission buttons on large populations.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LaunchDarkly for user testing and segmentation, feature release, and beta programs, which simplifies targeting users for betas.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

The API is great. We are adding LD flags in our pipeline.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

We have not used it long enough to get annoyed yet.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Separating our releases from deployments.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Wohoo! Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the API is fitting smoothly into your pipeline and helping you separate releases from deployments. As you continue using LaunchDarkly, we’d love to hear more of your feedback along the way.

  ### 34. Powerful Feature Flags, Lacks Backend Setup Guidance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aadesh R. | Front End Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I appreciate how LaunchDarkly's feature flags make it easy to manage feature releases. In cases where a solution needs modifications post-production, I can simply turn off the feature flag, apply changes in a lower environment, and redeploy without hassle. This ease of toggling features is a significant advantage.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

I find setting up LaunchDarkly initially challenging, especially when working on a back-end application using Node.js. There were environment-specific configuration issues, and there were no clear instructions on how to handle them. I had to rely on a colleague's configuration to resolve my issue. Additionally, the support provided wasn't very effective, as their suggested solutions didn't work. I also notice a lack of tutorials or videos that provide step-by-step instructions on how to use specific versions of the library, which would be beneficial for users like me.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LaunchDarkly's feature flags allow me to easily disable and modify features after production release, avoiding code reversion and easing deployments. It's beneficial for handling production changes smoothly.

**Official Response from Emily Coleman:**

> Thanks for your thoughtful feedback, Aadesh. We're glad to hear LaunchDarkly has made a difference in how you and your team manage production changes. We also appreciate your feedback about the setup experience; your account team will follow up on this to make sure you have everything you need!

  ### 35. Love the UI: Clean, Intuitive, and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

The UI is very good and convenient. It feels like Git, but for configuration changes, which makes it really convenient to use

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

I receive emails about every change, and I feel the review group is too broad

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems it solves for me are mainly being able to change configuration without any code changes, and being able to see which feature flags are enabled for each organization.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> We love that you love it! We’re glad the UI feels intuitive and makes configuration changes easy without code updates. Thanks as well for the feedback on email notifications, we appreciate you calling that out and will share it with the team.

  ### 36. Powerful Feature Control, But UI Could Be More Intuitive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Issam E. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I really like the features that LaunchDarkly provides. It is extremely helpful when releasing a feature and we need complete control over the roll-out/ rollback.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

Sometimes the UI is not the most intuitive and it feels like I need to look for certain features that previously seemed easier to find. Also, targeting users can oftentimes be difficult.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most helpful thing is the A/B testing as it allows us to be data-driven in our approach to releasing features.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review and for sharing how LaunchDarkly helps your team manage rollouts and A/B testing. We appreciate your feedback about the UI and targeting and our team is always working to make the platform more intuitive. If you'd like to share more details, we’d love to connect directly to better understand your needs.

  ### 37. Great Feature Solutions, Complex New UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** M Krishna C. | Software Development Engineer 2, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I appreciate LaunchDarkly's ease of use, especially the straightforward process for creating feature flags. It simplifies releasing new features and provides the ability to quickly disable them if issues arise. I find individual targeting and the UI very effective, with the targeting allowing for precise control over which users see specific features. Additionally, the ability to create allow and block lists is invaluable for ensuring specific user access. The rollout features and plan scheduling further streamline my workflow.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

I find the new user interface to be complex compared to the previous version. The old UI was simpler and easier to understand, making navigation and viewing variations straightforward. In the new UI, the main content area is smaller, with the left and right parts taking up a significant portion of the space, which makes it less intuitive to use initially.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LaunchDarkly for easy feature flag creation, managing feature releases, and individual targeting, which aids in controlled rollouts and minimizes risks by allowing quick disabling of faulty features.

**Official Response from Emily Coleman:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, Krishna! We’re glad to hear you're putting targeting and scheduling to good use. We will pass along your feedback on the UI to our team to help improve the experience for you.

  ### 38. Launch Darkley provides a very easy to use and super helpful Feature Flags platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

The product is very helpful and very easy to use - Feature Flags are almost immediately updated in the code, I can easily control which environments receive which values and monitor the received values in different environments.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

There are some small UI bugs which might make it harder to use - switch envs sometimes doesn't take effect, filtering feature flags based on name is slow

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to manage my code effortlessly without having to deploy each time. I often roll out new features gradually by using feature flags and managing the flow through Launch Darkley. If something doesn't work perfectly or as intended, I can quickly and easily disable those features.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that LaunchDarkly’s feature flags make it easy for you to manage environments and roll out new features seamlessly. We appreciate your note about slow filtering, feedback like this helps us improve the platform for everyone.

  ### 39. The right size APM for our Medium-Sized Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

Our team evaluated several APM products, but each time we found that they would require a significant investment of time and resources to learn, implement and maintain. That changed when we discovered LaunchDarkly’s APM product (formerly Highlight.io). From the start it felt like the right fit, covering the areas we needed visibility into without feeling overwhelming. The UI is intuitive and the metrics are straightforward and easy to follow.

The customer support has been excellent. The LaunchDarkly team has consistently been responsive to our questions, attentive during the sales process, and equally engaged after implementation.

Two features we turn to the most are: session tracking and session replay. Being able to view detailed session data alongside a visual playback of what the user experienced has been useful for troubleshooting. The ability to link session data directly to errors has been a significant improvement over our previous tools.

Another feature we’ve found useful is the Weekly Digest. It provides a high-level view of sessions, usage, and errors across multiple environments for the past week which is a great tool for managers and overseeing multiple applications and environments.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

We have not really had any issues. As an early customer of the APM product, there were some issues initially getting all the various .NET frameworks running, but their customer support team handled those quickly and got us up and running.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When applications experience performance issues, we use the suite of tools to quickly identify where to start and more efficiently diagnose root causes. It’s also valuable for uncovering related problems, spotting patterns, and understanding timelines. The ability to search historically and pinpoint bugs has saved us valuable time. Having this available to our team has given us greater insight into our customers’ actions and behaviors.

**Official Response from Emily Coleman:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful and detailed review! We’re especially glad our support team was able to help you get started quickly. Looking forward to continuing to work with you to make the product even better.

  ### 40. Excellent change management software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

The UI is very sleek and overall quite intuitive - I don't need to think too much about where to find or access a feature, it just is where I expect it to be.

It's also easy to read at a glance - even from the list view page, I can see what state my flags are in for each environment.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

A minor nitpick, but sometimes the site doesn't remember the environments that I want to see for a particular flag, and I'm forced to re-open each individual environment again to be able to switch between them. It's not a big deal, but it does slow me down occasionally when it does happen.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LaunchDarkly is helping us a lot with our beta rollout. We have a set of feature which need to be encapsulated under one general cohort - LaunchDarkly allows us to provide fine-grained control to each individual feature under the umbrella via the use of prerequisite flags, ensuring that each user only has access to the correct/production-ready features as required.

**Official Response from Emily Coleman:**

> Thanks for the great review! We’re glad to hear the UI and visibility into flag states are working well for your team, especially during beta rollouts. We appreciate the note on environment settings; we'll pass that detail along to the team.

  ### 41. Intuitive UI with Reliable Feature Flagging

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ford B.

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I appreciate LaunchDarkly's intuitive and clean user interface, which simplifies our workflow. The documentation is good, ensuring an easy setup process. I value the ability to use feature flagging to release changes safely and confidently. Its integration with C# and JavaScript is seamless, aiding in smooth application development.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

I dislike how group variants are allocated during percentage rollouts. When assigning percentages to different variants, the groups may change based on the percentage calculation, leading to inconsistency. For instance, if I have a distribution of 10% for variant one, 10% for variant two, and 80% for variant three, and I later adjust these percentages, the users initially allocated to one variant might end up switching to another. This crossover can cause confusion. It would be beneficial if users originally allocated in the initial groupings stayed consistent, even as the percentage allocations change.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LaunchDarkly to safely release our software changes with feature flags, ensuring they work correctly before customer rollout, thus enhancing our team's confidence and productivity.

**Official Response from Emily Coleman:**

> Thanks for the detailed feedback, Ford! We’re glad to hear LaunchDarkly’s integration with C# and JavaScript have been working like you expected. We appreciate your note on percentage rollouts, and we'll definitely pass that feedback along.

  ### 42. Reliable and Easy-to-Use Feature Flag Platform with Great Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

LaunchDarkly has a clean and intuitive UX, making it easy to set up and manage feature flags. It’s highly reliable and integrates seamlessly into our workflow. I especially appreciate the flexibility in defining flag values (boolean, multivariate, targeting rules), the ability to preview flag changes before saving, and the visibility into who made changes and when. Comparing flags across environments during deployments is a huge time-saver, and being able to inspect how flags were evaluated helps with debugging and transparency.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

I sometimes feel limited in the depth of flag evaluation details available. I’d like to drill down further into how a flag was evaluated for specific users or contexts. It’s unclear whether this limitation is due to the platform itself or if I’m not using it correctly.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LaunchDarkly allows us to deploy features independently of code releases, enabling safer and more flexible rollouts. If an issue arises, we can instantly disable the feature without needing a hotfix or rollback, significantly reducing downtime and improving recovery speed. It also gives us strong observability into the lifecycle of our features—from development through production—so we can track usage, changes, and impact with confidence.

**Official Response from Emily Coleman:**

> Thank you for the detailed and thoughtful review! We're delighted that the tool is giving you the reliability and the flexibility you expected, but it's even better to hear that it's saving you time. We do have some additional functionality for deeper flag evaluations, but, depending on your current plan, it may be an add-on. Check out the documentation we've linked below and see if it's something that might give you the extra detail you're looking for. We also have observability capabilities as an add-on that provides application-level session replays, logs, traces, errors and metrics correlated with context and flag evaluation data (which it collects via a mechanism independent of data export). It is less complete than data export in that it only captures this data from applications that have integrated the observability plugins also, whereas data export is implicitly supported by all LaunchDarkly SDKs. Thanks again for the great feedback!

  ### 43. Easy Setup, Intuitive UX, and Powerful Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven S.

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I love how easy LaunchDarkly is to set up and manage. Its intuitive UX/UI makes it simple to use, and the powerful features give us great flexibility with feature flags. The ability to conduct A/B testing, individual targeting, and progressive rollouts greatly enhances our testing processes. The Slack integration is invaluable for real-time updates on feature flags changes.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

I dislike having to enable environment variables one by one. I wish all environment variables for different environments like dev, stage, and prod were enabled by default. From what I remember previously, all were shown by default, and a change was made that now requires me to enable or disable them individually. This change makes it cumbersome to know which flags are active, requiring more clicks and making the workflow less efficient compared to having a default overview of them all.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LaunchDarkly for feature flag management, enabling quick feature rollouts and testing while ensuring code quality through individual targeting and segments, simplifying the release process.

**Official Response from Emily Coleman:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Steven! We’re glad to hear LaunchDarkly’s setup and UI are working well. It's easy to see why the Slack integration is so popular!

  ### 44. LaunchDarkly in Practice: Safe Rollouts, Gradual Delivery, and Real Trade-offs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad S. | Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

Feature flag management is essential for enabling gradual rollouts, allowing teams to test new features in production environments safely. This approach also makes it easier to segment users, so specific groups can experience updates before a full release. By using these strategies, I can control who sees new features and monitor their impact, which helps ensure a smoother deployment process.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

When considering cost and value for smaller teams, it's important to note that the pricing can increase significantly as more feature flags are added.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Risky Releases and Rollbacks

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. We're so glad to hear LaunchDarkly is helping you manage gradual rollouts and safe deployments with more control and confidence!

  ### 45. Observability and Realtime User Monitiring for Salesforce Digital Experience is Possible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brendan S. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

So I used Highlight.io which was acuqired by Launch Darkly for observibility. The ease of implementation and customer support which was offered was by far AMAZING! Salesforce and LWC Components are not the the easiest items to review and understand when items begin to fail. With LaunchDarkly, they are able to track errors and logs to allow me to provide scenarios and context to the developers to review and unit test, which was previously time consuming and often unlikely to be reproducible.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

There isn't really one. When you reach out to the team, you can often find that they are willing and able to custom build items for you, if its tangible. Which was the circumstance I ran into, and it was a great experience.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LaunchDarkly is the only observability tool that I found that was able to accomplish Realtime User Monitoring for LWC on the Salesforce platform. Previously we tried using tools like Datadog, and there methods did not create a good end user experience. We were fortunate to meet the observability team at LaunchDarkyly during the procurment process. Seeing the tool accomplish exactly what we needed, to report how the tech team improved the end user experience. I wish HIghlight.io/LaunchDarkly extisted years ago, as it would have drastically improved my work life balance, and ability to communicate challenges across our platform.

**Official Response from Emily Coleman:**

> Brendan, this review has us grinning from ear to ear, thank you! We’re thrilled LaunchDarkly (and previously Highlight.io) has made such a difference for you, especially in navigating the complexities of LWC on Salesforce. Thanks for remaining with us as we brought on Highlight; we couldn't do what we do without users like you!

  ### 46. Highly Customizable, Eases Feature Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Braxton L.

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I really appreciate how customizable LaunchDarkly is. I use features allowing me to create variations based on specific contexts, such as Google auth IDs. This customization simplifies how flags are evaluated, making it incredibly useful for tailoring feature access to specific users. The ability to limit access to certain features for user testing before public release is valuable for refining our product. Overall, the ease of setup and implementation, thanks to pre-established patterns by my team, is excellent.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

I find the lack of type safety when trying to evaluate a flag in TypeScript a bit challenging. It's possible that this feature exists, but I'm not aware of it.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LaunchDarkly allows us to release new features to selected users, gather feedback, and refine before public release. Customization based on specific contexts, like Google auth IDs, is especially beneficial.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review! It’s great to hear how LaunchDarkly’s customization and context-based targeting have streamlined your workflows. We also appreciate your note on TypeScript type safety. Feedback like this helps us improve, and we’ll be sure to share it with our product team. In the meantime, you might find our JavaScript SDK documentation helpful for working with TypeScript and improving type safety.

  ### 47. Makes managing feature access across environments easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I really like how easy it is to control which users or groups get access to certain features without needing to involve engineers or deploy new code. I mostly use segments to manage university access in our product, and being able to make changes instantly across production and QA is super convenient. It gives our team a lot of flexibility and control without technical complexity.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially with so many options and settings. It took me a while to understand how segments, flags, and environments all work together. I also wish there was a simpler way to clean up or manage older segments and flags — things can get cluttered over time.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LaunchDarkly helps us manage feature access without needing engineering support for every change. We can easily control which universities get access to specific features and roll things out gradually or in stages. This reduces the risk of bugs affecting all users at once, speeds up our ability to launch updates, and gives our team more independence to manage things directly in QA and production.

**Official Response from Emily Coleman:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review! We’re glad LaunchDarkly is giving your team the flexibility to manage university access across environments without needing constant engineering support. Your feedback on the UI and segment cleanup is really helpful. If you haven't seen it already, we do have a guide on reducing technical debt with feature flags in our docs that we'll link below in case it's helpful for you.

  ### 48. Effortless Flag Management with an Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

Creating and configuring a new flag is really easy ans straightforward, launchdarkly UI is very intuitive and easy to use. Sdk integration is also very easy and adding it in code is also very straightforward, we never faced any downtime

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

Segments have a limit of 15000 which is low for one of our usecase

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feature releasing is easier, its much easier to roll back any changes if we found any issue

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so glad to hear that creating and managing flags feels effortless for your team.

  ### 49. Simplifies Feature Management but Needs UI Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carmen P.

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

I appreciate LaunchDarkly’s experimentation features alongside its feature flag management. It's easy to define segments and activate features accordingly, offering great simplicity and transparency. Managing access to functionalities for multiple users with ease and clarity is highly valuable because it makes oversight and administration straightforward.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

I found the initial setup of LaunchDarkly rather difficult, requiring a substantial amount of engineering effort to migrate our existing feature flag management to their platform. Additionally, there are issues with the user interface related to setting new rules and automatic expiry dates for feature flags. Often, when trying to save an expiry date, it doesn’t get saved properly, or it's not clearly visible.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LaunchDarkly to organize feature flags, manage which users see functionalities, and experiment with new features. This helps analyze usage results and make data-driven decisions on future developments, with simplicity and transparency in the process.

**Official Response from Emily Coleman:**

> Thanks for the great review, Carmen! We’re glad LaunchDarkly is making it easy for everyone on your team to get the access they need without a lot of overhead. We appreciate your feedback on the UI and setup. We’ll make sure they’re shared with the team as we continue improving onboarding and setup.

  ### 50. Launchdarkly is a game changer for feature management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank A. | Sr Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?**

The ability to easily and securely enable or disable features, as well as collect data, has been very valuable. I have also found the integration with GitHub and Datadog to be excellent.

**What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?**

The current tooling functions well, but I find that it needs more integration with GitHub. I would also appreciate greater visibility on flags and a smoother connection with the main application.

**What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickly be able to turn and off feature flags and even schedule those changes to avoid late night releases.

**Official Response from Micaela Durkin:**

> Thank you for the great feedback. We're glad to hear LaunchDarkly is helping you securely manage features and streamline releases, especially with the GitHub and Datadog integrations. We appreciate your suggestion for a deeper GitHub integration and improved visibility, those insights are really helpful as we continue to improve.
