What problems is LaunchBay solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software saves us a time and has allowed us to onboard more customers each and every month. We are no longer chasing new clients to get the information we need to launch them with our company. Things are being updated a lot and things kinda seem to glitch out a lot because of it. They don't have a live chat, you have to wait for an email back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LaunchBay?

Having the opportunity to straight away provide an agreement, a set time for someone to complete, get it signed off with a signature, a portal for our customers to upload their documents and images, progress bar for us and the customers to use. What do you dislike about LaunchBay?

What do you like best about LaunchBay?

The client portal and project management are my favorite parts. Not to mention the customer service that is top freaking notch! Using motion.io makes my agency seem so much more professional and put together. I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LaunchBay?

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about it. Maybe it was a bit confusing at first to me but the support team was terrific in explaining things and showing me on several live calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LaunchBay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Again, it helps make my agency seem very professional and put together. While it may be chaotic behind the scenes (my agency, not motion.io), it doesn't seem that way with our clients. I love that clients can be more active in projects by seeing progress and completing tasks assigned to them. No more back and forth with emails for weeks getting assets!
