It uses official public Companies House data to provide a more structured alternative to manually searching for new company registrations. \*What does Launch Register do?\* Accountants can create tailored search profiles based on criteria such as industry, location and company type. Launch Register uses these preferences to identify recently incorporated companies that match the practice's requirements. Rather than repeatedly checking Companies House, users can receive regular email alerts containing relevant company records, alongside downloadable CSV or Excel files. This service also includes a straightforward outreach workspace where practices can review potential opportunities, shortlist companies, record notes, assign responsibilities and track follow-up activity. This helps maintain a consistent prospecting process without requiring a seperate complex sales platform. Key capabilities include: \* Targeted company searches - Filter newly incorporated companies by location, industry and other available registration criteria \* Regular alerts - Receive daily or weekly notifications of matching incorporations \* Company information - Access relevant public registration details sourced from Companies House \* Prospect management - Review, shortlist and track companies through a simple outreach workflow \* Data exports - Download company records in CSV or Excel format for use in existing systems \* Initial sample - Preview up to 10 recently incorporated companies matching a personalised search profile before subscribing \*Who is Launch Register for?\* Launch Register is primarily intended for UK accountants, bookkeepers and small to medium-sized accountancy practices seeking a more systematic approach to finding prospective limited-company clients. It is particularly relevant to practices that specialise in specific industries or geographic areas, regularly undertake business development activities or want to establish a repeatable process for identifying and contacting newly incorporated companies. The service may be less suitable for practices relying exclusively on referrals or those that do not want to actively seek new clients. \*The purpose of Launch Register is to make identifying, reviewing and following up with newly incorporated companies a simpler and more consistent part of an accountancy practice's business development process. \* Show More When users leave Launch Register reviews, G2 also collects common questions about the day-to-day use of Launch Register.
