Launch Control sets you up where you are not just figuring it out on your own. Their support is great and the way the system is defined, it allows it where you can keep making adjustments which in return helps you get better results. I have done 50 messages, and have received 95% delivery rate and some responses. So far so good. They are also super willing to make sure pricing and startup is easier for newer users. The UI is extremely simple and easy to use, while being flexible enough for the nuances of different marketing strategies. It easily tracks campaign performance and ensures that you maintain compliance and high deliverability rates. Most importantly, Launch Control's customer service team is unmatched, as they are easily accessible, helpful, and take the time to not only help you fix issues but regularly check in to maximize your campaigns' success. My partner and I have been using Launch Control for the past few years, and we have had great success. Launch Control is the foundation of our entire business, and we're messaging 2400 people every day. In fact, we will double that number very soon. Launch Control has been outstanding to deal with. Excellent technical support, a success team that backs us up every step of the way, and provides cutting-edge deliverability rates. I like that Launch Control enables me to reach more markets, and allows me to import important land details like APN, making it easier to stay in touch with leads automatically through drips. I appreciate that their customer team is accessible, and I can get priority support no matter the plan I'm on, which is super important since I'm a beginner. It’s super safe and I don't have to worry about compliance, plus they recently eased template requirements making it easier to get in touch. I love that it's super easy to just communicate with a human for support, with no robot interaction. What do you dislike about Launch Control? I wish there was an auto-tagging system for certain words that would help me a ton. If a lead replied with yes it can put them in hot or warm status or if a lead replies with interested maybe it can trigger another status so I don't have to do so much manual work. I really value Launch Control's AI Content Builder because it means I don't have to struggle with templates myself; everything is built-in, compliant, and takes a great approach. I appreciate how they take care of your numbers' health on the backend, so I don't have to worry about anything, including compliance. The fact that I get a dedicated Text Marketing Expert to guide me for free is a part of their great service. I'm impressed with the quality of the leads as they are legit, and response rates are great. They integrate my CRM free of charge and even build a free website for my 10dlc, which isn't something other platforms do.
