I wish it was a full service HRIS platform. They recently rolled out a similar feature but it is more for onboarding once an employee starts rather than prior to them starting. There aren’t many downsides, but at times the platform can feel a bit slow when switching between modules or loading analytics dashboards. Some of the goal-tracking views could be more customizable - for example, being able to filter or visualize progress in different ways would be useful. Also, notifications can pile up quickly if multiple updates happen at once, and it would help to have better control over which alerts to receive.
