"Intuitive UI and Strong Performance Reviews with Clear Org Hierarchy"
4/5
What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice's UI/UX stands out - it's intuitive and clean, making navigation effortless even for first-time users. The performance review management module is particularly strong, streamlining the entire review cycle from goal-setting to feedback collection. I also appreciate how well it handles employee master data, with a hierarchy view that gives a clear, accurate picture of reporting structures across the organization - genuinely one of the best I've used for this purpose. What do you dislike about Lattice?

A few areas for improvement include limited flexibility in custom reporting/analytics, occasional integration constraints with third-party tools, and pricing that could be more modular for smaller teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent OKR Tracking and Structured Reviews in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lattice?

We use Lattice mainly for goal tracking, and the OKR feature is really helpful. You can set goals at the company, team, and individual level and clearly see how everything is connected. The 1:1 meetings feature is also quite good; you can add agenda items and action points directly in the tool so nothing gets missed. Performance reviews are very structured as well—managers and employees both fill out their sections, and everything stays in one place instead of being scattered across emails. What do you dislike about Lattice?

The interface is a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many features that new users don’t really know where to start. The employee surveys are decent, but the customisation options are quite limited, and you can’t change the question format very much. The growth and development plans also feel a bit disconnected from the rest of the features; they don’t integrate very smoothly with the OKR and review sections, which makes it feel like a separate tool altogether. "Seamless Integration and Intuitive Usability with Lattice"
5/5
What do you like best about Lattice?

I like how easy it is to use and user-friendly for both the employee and the back-end user. I think a lot of the different apps within Lattice talk to each other, which makes things seamless and easier for the employee and manager. Lattice integrates with Rippling, so it syncs in effortlessly. The regular syncing of data from our HRIS to Lattice is super helpful. The different Lattice apps like Lattice Grow, performance reviews, and one-on-ones all work incredibly well together because of the new AI feature. This integration makes the experience easy for the employees and managers, making it less of a burden and something employees want to use because of the ease of use. The career tracks in Lattice help employees see where they are and what competencies are related to their level, and guide them on how to level up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

Managers find the 'about me' button confusing. It's difficult for them to find where their teammate submitted their own personal review. It's kind of buried and hard to access for people who don't use Lattice as often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Feedback and Performance Tracking Seamlessly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lattice?

I like that Lattice is organized and saves information over time. Everyone has a profile where feedback data is saved, which I find really useful. I also appreciate the highly customizable surveys and performance reviews, which help us capture employee performance over time effectively. The use of Lattice has also been really easy for me to set up, which is a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

We have long awaited group 1:1s, where a manager that oversees an entire functional team could set up a 1:1 where multiple direct reports have access to the same notes. Basically, a 1:1 function where one manager could set up a meeting for multiple direct reports. So take the current 1:1 function and expand it into a 'functional team' option. "Empowers Career Growth, Needs Visualization Improvements"
5/5
What do you like best about Lattice?

I think the best thing about Lattice is how it allows me to put my experience and track my career growth. It's great to see my role, the tasks I'm doing, and if I'm reaching another level, which really helps me see my growth. Also, the belonging plans are quite useful. I find receiving feedback from colleagues is a great characteristic of Lattice, and it's interesting to focus on the goals we have here. Plus, the initial setup was pretty easy; you just tap on Google Lattice and sign up with your email or comment, and that's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

The visual part of Lattice could be better. When you join Lattice, there should be another visualization. It's not an easy part to navigate. There's another thing with the career track—it focuses only on the vertical position, but I'm in a horizontal position. Including that part would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Platform for Continuous Growth and Goal Alignment"
5/5
What do you like best about Lattice?

What I like most about Lattice is that it combines performance management, goal setting, feedback, and career development into a single platform. This integration facilitates ongoing, meaningful discussions about growth rather than relying solely on annual reviews. Additionally, I value the transparency it offers regarding goals and progress, which helps teams remain aligned and engaged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

Lattice is a useful platform, but some processes can be repetitive and time-consuming. Additionally, I believe the user experience could be enhanced to streamline navigation and access to information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Consolidated Our Performance Management in One Place"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Lattice?

I use Lattice for all of our performance management, including PIPs, reviews, and one-on-ones. What I like most is that it's an easy UX to use and it's very intuitive for employees and managers. It keeps everything in one place, which is great. We're not searching through Google Drive for one-on-ones, feedback, midyear, or calibrations in Google Docs anymore, and everyone's not using different tools for feedback. As HR, we can monitor everything in one place to help the managers and employees. When you log in, it's pretty easy to set up one-on-ones, there's a button on the front that says give feedback or ask for feedback, and you can review a PIP if you need to. These features really help in the midyear and end-of-year reviews because you can just look at everything in one place. The AI agent will condense and summarize what you've been saying or reiterating and makes it really easy to understand. It distills information really quickly, can tie everything back to your goals, and helps the manager a lot by not having to sift through a lot of information since it's right there. The initial setup was pretty easy, especially when you had a plan. Consolidating onto one platform is nice since now we just have one tool instead of Reflektive, Culture Amp, and the Google Suite. I think it has a lot going for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

{"There's nowhere to put warnings, which would be helpful.","For PIP outcomes, they only give you two options, successful or unsuccessful. A lot of times it's more nuanced than that.","They ask for a package. We ended it early, so we'd love the opportunity to add more details.","I rated it 'probably a seven' because I think it has a lot going for it, but there are some basics that I would love for them to focus on getting fixed."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lattice Strengthens Culture and Employee Growth"
5/5
What do you like best about Lattice?

I really appreciate how Lattice extends beyond traditional HR tools by helping us actively engage with employees and discover meaningful ways to strengthen connection, collaboration, and team culture. It’s been valuable in supporting not just company growth, but growth alongside our employees as a shared journey. I’m also excited about the upcoming updates, as Lattice has continued to improve since we started using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

I’d like to see deeper integration between Lattice and Rippling. Right now, we still need to manually update employee data in Lattice whenever there are changes in employee information or company structure, which can be time-consuming and prone to inconsistency. It would be much more efficient if this data synced automatically across systems. Given the cost of Lattice per employee, a tighter integration like this would add significant value and improve overall usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Recommended"
4/5
What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice is an incredibly helpful tool for managing performance and growth within the company. We use it for performance reviews, 1:1s, and tracking career development through the Career Path. It's a highly intuitive, feature-rich platform where they're always introducing new features, and on top of that, their AM team is absolutely amazing to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

Sometimes the Performance Review setup feels a bit rigid, such as not being able to reorder competencies. We also find the built-in analytics tool a bit limited for our deep-dive analysis, though to be fair, that’s down to our own strict requirements rather than a flaw in their platform. "Helpful recognition and 1:1 tool, new look has some issues"
4/5
What do you like best about Lattice?

AI integration is useful in asking questions to collect data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

There was a recent update to the home screen profile views. For individual users that are not in the tool every day, it has become less obvious what tasks they need to complete. When we launched a recent survey I received many questions on where to find it or people not knowing if they had done it because open tasks are not highlighted in the way they use to be.
