I like that all of the communication that you document within a one-on-one, or provide via feedback or in an update (everything that you do in Lattice for an employee) is available for you to review when you do your biannual or annual performance reviews with your employees. It's a one-stop shop for that documentation of employee performance, which I know our managers really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Lattice? The number one request that I get from my management team, and it's also the number one reason that I get pushback of why they don't use it more, is that they wish they could utilize it for note taking for TEAM MEETINGS versus just one on ones. I like the AI-driven chat help in Lattice because it's super helpful when I run into functions or have questions that need clarification. I appreciate the resources available and the overall usability of the platform. It's intuitive and open to feedback. I have easy access to my rep, Kevin, who along with customer care, makes the experience very human and responsive. What do you dislike about Lattice? I don't use the results function as their graphs aren't customizable. I build all my own. I also create tutorials and gifs/videos and walkthroughs as their directions are all text based and we want to cover multiple different types of users.
