# Would it be possible to block weekly updates when employee is on holidays/sick leave? Due to days off the outstanding weekly updates are showing up and there's no way for me to complete them other than writing "N/A" in each section. To be perfectly honest I do not think this is a great solution as this shows also my indirect manager sees that I might have incomplete review when in real life there was nothing to update them on for that week. ##### Post Metadata
