LatterHQ is diagnostic software for air conditioning and heat pump engineers, built by a working F-Gas engineer. Most tools in this category start with the paperwork. LatterHQ starts with the fault. Guided fault finding takes a symptom and works through it on the readings you can actually get on that unit. Where a model won't give a readout, it drops to the unit's own controller, then to what you can see and feel. Every step is stamped measured, estimated or untested, and every route ends in a verdict - confirmed, probable or likely - with the reading that would make it surer. Live pressure-enthalpy diagnostics plot your cycle against the shape a healthy machine would draw. Fault codes across 18 makes name the manual and section they came from, so you can check them yourself. The job becomes the report, certificates, F-Gas register and invoice, filled in once.
