User friendly, efficient, and a great tool to control shipping costs **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sporting Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2018 **What do you like best about Latitude Manifest & Shipping System?** The ability to control all of our different accounts shipping requirements in LMS allows for our employees to ship an order with a click of a button, without needing to verify ship methods, payment types, etc. It's fantastic! **What do you dislike about Latitude Manifest & Shipping System?** The rating tools can take sometime to learn at first, but once you get used to it it's great. **What problems is Latitude Manifest & Shipping System solving and how is that benefiting you?** First, international shipping through LMS is setup to transmit all of the necessary documents straight to our broker which has created an error free document without human error, and it ships just like a regular order. Direct to Consumer shipping has also been seemless. The ability to rate shop and choose the most cost effective ship method is great. ### 2. From discounting/mark up by carrier, handling fee control by customer, creating Best Rate service options, and rating tools, we have been able to simplify our manifesting processes. **What do you dislike about Latitude Manifest & Shipping System?** If a customer selects a non-PO box carrier service, do not block shipments listed to PO boxes. **What problems is Latitude Manifest & Shipping System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automating Discount and Best Rate services have been a great benefit.
