I apply to quite a few campaigns through Later Influence and the one thing I wish was more transparent is why I wasn't chosen for a campaign, especially when it's with a brand I usually get campaigns with. I would like to know so I can improve and be considered in the future. I would like to know specifically why they didn't choose me; whether it be my rate, my stats, content performance, sales performance slacking, etc. And if it is a rate issue, I would love to be able to work with them on the rate so we could move forward. There are a lot of great brands available on Later Influence. I love the new social inbox feature, even though I wish it was available on my phone. It's a great way for me to stay connected with my followers and engage with them regularly. As a creator, I love on my phone. I usually can't get into the find your campaigns at all when I'm in Chrome, and it requires Safari. It would also be great to have a way to actually communicate with the different brands that we work with. Oftentimes, I find that things get stuck or there aren't email or contact information to actually reach out to the brand that I may be working with. I wish that I could automatically schedule things for my recommended post time or my best post time. I believe the rates for campaigns that come through the platform are a bit lower than what I'm typically earning, and it's similar feedback I've heard from other creators. I've received on average 50% less than I typically would by working with the brand via another agency. I understand sometimes this is out of Later's control as budgets are client-directed, but if we can work on educating clients about paying rates closer to what creator's are charging or asking for this might help fill the gap. Using Later Influence has had a positive impact on our brand and business. Later has been able to align with our goals and business objectives and develop impactful plans. The project management side has been really strong as well, especially in keeping us on track and ensuring we stick to plans in a timely manner. Our project managers take the time to truly understand the brand and our objectives, which helps drive well-thought-out, effective plans. It’s also been great to see the platform’s strong analytics capabilities and clearly understand what is and isn’t working from past campaigns, so we can optimize future campaigns based on those learnings. The overall ease of using the platform is another big plus, especially during busy times. The team’s communication was great and very supportive. At one point, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to create the content I wanted because of bad weather at my event. The Later Influence team reassured me and made sure I felt confident moving forward. I could easily reach them during and even after work hours whenever I had questions.
