I run a company that specializes in business efficiency, and the ability for Latenode to give us all the connections needed to streamline business processes is awesome! Being able to automatically get the system to read incoming emails, take it through an Ai like ChatGPT to craft an email in reply, which can be saved in your draft folder for you to approve and send. You can even design the node to reply as a particular 'role'. This means that your draft can be written as a manager, or the CEO or financial officer, etc. It will reply in the tone of the role you choose. It's quite incredible how much you can get done once you know how to connect one app to the other! **What do you dislike about Latenode?** Well, the only challenge with Latenode is the learning curve. It does take a while to wrap your head around how to actually set up your modules correctly to work with one another. **What problems is Latenode solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a small business owner, I don't have enough resources to pay a team of people to do different things, particularly administrative work. Trust me, being able to write "some" of your own code makes a huge difference when you're trying to build automations quickly. It took me less than half the time and less frustration, to build an automation I tried to build in Make and n8n. Honestly, I didn't like that I couldn't use my own OpenAI API Keys in the OpenAI Node at first, but now I understand why they opted to bake it in. It makes it easy to use AI in your automations, quickly. **What do you dislike about Latenode?** LateNode doesn't let you make raw API calls without being forced into block-style “toy” selectors. We are moving away from LateNode because its rigid block-style expression system and limited JavaScript node capabilities made it unnecessarily difficult to handle dynamic data, especially for assembling large AI prompts from modular components. The lack of proper array/object manipulation, poor documentation, inconsistent data passing between nodes, and frustrating debugging experience ultimately slowed us down and forced awkward workarounds. It's simpler and more cost-effective than other tools I've used. I was impressed and highly recommend giving it a try. Initially skeptical, I was impressed by Latenode's fluidity and ease of use. I previously used Zapier, but Latenode includes all the apps I need to integrate (30 apps) at a lower cost and with greater ease of use. They are quickly integrating new triggers and apps, showing a lot of potential. I recommend it to anyone using other integration tools. **What do you dislike about Latenode?** I would like to see more apps available for integration, but this is a gradual process. There are occasional small bugs, but refreshing the page usually resolves them.
