I like the ability to save obscure passwords in a vault that is auditable and controllable by IT admins. As an IT organization, it's important for us to ensure the passwords we use to access our systems and intellectual property are secure. Also, having an audit trail is useful, especially in litigation, to show who accessed what. Additionally, the ability to move passwords between accounts, allowing them to survive employee termination, adds great value. LastPass was very easy to set up initially. Years ago, we just imported a CSV of our passwords, which made the process seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The LastPass browser extension often is very slow to respond and it doesn't matter which computer or browser I use it in. It just feels very sluggish often. And the other problem is that the account linking through the family benefits fails often. So our shared personal folders disappear, and I have to unlink and relink the account.
