"Trustworthy Password Manager"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LastPass?

I trust LastPass a lot and find it essential for managing my passwords. I add every password to it and currently have over 700 stored. The dashboards, navigation and sharing are reasonably intuitive. The price is reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

My biggest complaint is that I can't get the logout timing to hold. It clears the fields of whatever I set. I think it's an issue with Chrome. It was also somewhat hard to login overseas, but I think that was for security reasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, Versatile Password Manager with Excellent Passkeys Feature"
5/5
What do you like best about LastPass?

LastPass is great for storing all your web page passwords and will autofill the majority of them. Not only that but I can securely store all sorts of information including other passwords that and logons I can search and copy paste to where they are needed, notes, banking and card information and many others that I want to keep safe. I have also recently started using the Passkeys feature to great success.

When accessing webpages that require sign-ins, I now go directly to the LastPass extension in my browser and search the site from there. I can then launch the link and majority of the time LastPass will autofill and login for me automatically.

As a network admin, LastPass has been quite easy to roll out to our staff. Initially they didn't see the value in it when comparing to saving passwords into their browser of choice. Once I explain the security benefits and that they are able to access LastPass in other locations and on their mobile devices they come around relatively quickly. What do you dislike about LastPass?

I have been using LastPass for a few years now and nothing comes to mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fixes my password mess and login hassle at work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LastPass?

In my daily work, I handle nutrition consultations, manage clinic operations, and also work on health education content. I started using LastPass recently, and it helps me keep my work logins in one secure place, so I don’t waste time trying different passwords when work gets busy. Setting it up was simple and I could start using it the same day. I use it regularly now, and it saves time when I move between different tools and pages. I like that I don’t have to think about passwords anymore and can just get on with my work. It works smoothly with my browser and fits into my daily routine without any extra steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

There is not much that bothers me in daily use. One small thing I notice is that sometimes the extension does not fill the login on the first click and I have to click it again. Also, when I open many tabs at once, the vault can feel a little slow for a moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, User-Friendly, with Room for Autofill Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about LastPass?

I like that LastPass is fairly simple to use and that I can use it both on the mobile app and on the desktop. The ability to share passwords with other people is really nice and adds flexibility. The mobile app is particularly useful because I can store or access passwords when I'm away from my desk. I also appreciate being able to sign in using biometrics and copy and paste passwords without having to see them. The option to share passwords with my partner through our LastPass accounts is beneficial for managing similar accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

Sometimes I find that it doesn't automatically autofill. Most of the time it does, but occasionally it doesn't. Occasionally, I have a login issue, but very, very occasionally, I think that hasn't happened for a while now. But, yes, mainly that it stops auto-filling things, but that's not that frequent either. "Straightforward, Secure Password Management Across Mobile, Desktop, and Browsers"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LastPass?

LastPass is so straightforward, where setting it is user friendly and it works efficiently on mobile apps and browser extensions

LastPass creates a robust password security system, snd no one who can access clients or users data

The process of password generation with autofill capabilities is something the software does efficiently

The program operates smoothly in multiple platforms and this includes mobile, desktop and even browsers

LastPass has a free version, a trial that ensures people have unlimited passwords storage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

LastPass lacks proper history for security breaches and this includes the ability to expose encrypted data that is faulty

The free plan supports one gadget or device and this may fail to help users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Team Collaboration with Password Security"
5/5
What do you like best about LastPass?

I appreciate LastPass for helping me keep track of all our passwords so we know exactly which one goes to which website. It allows us to share passwords between team members, and when one password is changed, it automatically updates across LastPass for everyone. I like that we don't have to manually handle many tasks, making things more automatic. The automatic password generation feature is also helpful, as it keeps our accounts secure. Using LastPass in Google Chrome is convenient because it automatically pops up when we visit certain websites. The initial setup was very simple, even though it took some time to input all of our current passwords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

Sometimes when it automatically fills in the password, it is tough to get out of that to actually fill in the password and click a button that needs to be clicked once on the page. The password suggestions sometimes block buttons or certain elements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Reliable Password Management for All Devices"
5/5
What do you like best about LastPass?

I use LastPass as my primary password manager across various websites, and it's a great way to keep everything in one place. I like that it works well on both my phone and computer. It's a clean and functional app that isn't bloated with ads, and I haven't really had any issues with it. I appreciate that LastPass has an additional area for notes, which is useful for storing more than just usernames and passwords, like organization IDs. It's a feature that sets LastPass apart from other password managers. The initial setup was extremely easy with no friction, and I've recommended it many times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

I wish you can pay in advance more. Currently, you could only pay for one year for a subscription, but ideally, I would like to pay for more than one year at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Passwords, Seamless Usage, Needs Tweaking"
5/5
What do you like best about LastPass?

I like that LastPass works pretty seamlessly and very rarely hiccups or has any issues. It just loads the past field whenever I'm logged in to places, and it's handy that it pops up and reminds me to add content to LastPass or update it as I go. It makes me feel more secure with my passwords, as I don't have to use the same one for everything since I'm not worried about remembering all of them, with LastPass saving them for me. The initial setup was very easy, as I could add things as I went. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

Every now and then, LastPass saves information wrong when it tries to automatically save something. For example, it might save a truncated version of a login or have issues with multistep forms where the email address and password don't carry over between steps. "Effortless Password Management Across Devices"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LastPass?

What I like best about LastPass is how simple and reliable it makes password management. It saves time by auto-filling logins across devices, generates strong passwords so you don’t have to think about security every time, and keeps everything organized in one place. Once it’s set up, it just quietly works in the background—which is exactly what you want from a tool like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

What I dislike about LastPass is the security incidents in the past, which hurt trust for a product built around protecting data. It can also feel slow or buggy at times, especially with browser extensions, and some useful features have been moved behind the paid plan, which frustrates long-time users. Overall, it works, but those issues make you think twice about relying on it fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
